Abstract

Background
The coal mine tunnel boring machine is used for boring a coal mine tunnel, and is required to shorten host equipment with a smaller hole diameter (less than 5 m) as much as possible so as to realize a smaller turning radius. The tunnel is different in length and has frequent transition requirements, and the most common main engine propulsion oil cylinder arrangement modes of the existing tunneling machine comprise a double-shield mode, a single-shield mode and an open mode. The tunnel boring machine is a rock drilling machine, a double-shield type tunnel boring machine and an open type tunnel boring machine, wherein the rock drilling machine, the double-shield type tunnel boring machine and the open type tunnel boring machine have flexibility, but the main machine is longer and difficult to realize small turning, the safety is poor, and the machine dismantling and transition are difficult. The double-shield mode propulsion oil cylinder can realize safe propulsion under shield protection, but has a complex structure, difficult realization of transition dismantling, high cost of transition remanufacturing, poor transition safety, sensitivity to dust, gas and the like in a roadway, difficulty in firing and difficulty in increasing the difficulty in disassembling the shield body. The rock drill is flexible in roadway section, is U-shaped and rectangular in round angle, but is low in tunneling efficiency, poor in safety and lagging in support.

As shown in fig. 3, the upper shoe supporting cylinder unit and the lower shoe supporting cylinder unit have the same structure and respectively include two shoe supporting cylinders 9 arranged oppositely, a cylinder body of each shoe supporting cylinder 9 is fixedly mounted on the self-propelled chassis main body 5, and a rod body extends to the outside of the self-propelled chassis main body 5 and is hinged to the shoe supporting 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the propulsion units include a left propulsion unit and a right propulsion unit, which are symmetrically disposed along the self-propelled chassis main body 5; the left propelling unit and the right propelling unit have the same structure and respectively comprise a plurality of propelling cylinders 3 arranged along the vertical direction, and the four propelling units are taken as examples, wherein a cylinder body of each propelling cylinder 3 is provided with a spherical hinge joint which is hinged in a spherical hinge hole on the supporting shoe 10; the rod body of each propulsion cylinder is hinged on a cylinder seat 6 of a driving system 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: four oil cylinders are arranged on each supporting shoe, and the left propelling unit and the right propelling unit are arranged in a V shape and are in a spherical hinged mode, so that the vertical and horizontal actions of the posture of the main machine can be realized, and the front shield is prevented from rolling. When the heading machine is propelled, the supporting shoes are spread to abut against the wall of the hole to provide counter force of the propulsion oil cylinder, and the propulsion oil cylinder extends out to provide thrust for heading. When the step is changed, the supporting shoe is retracted, the propelling oil cylinder is retracted, the bottom of the supporting shoe moves forwards from the advancing chassis main body, and the rear matching trolley is driven to move forwards to finish the step change.
When the transition of the roadway driving is completed, the propulsion oil cylinder is retracted, the cutter head is disassembled, the upper half part of the front shield is disassembled, and the rapid transition is completed. The decomposed front shield and cutterhead can be transported to start again by simple remanufacturing, so that the remanufacturing cost of transition is reduced, and the time is saved.
