An embodiment of an automatic tracking operation method and system for wastewater decolorization is a system for decolorizing and recycling cotton dyeing wastewater, wherein the cotton dyeing wastewater contains a large amount of anhydrous sodium sulphate and soda ash, belongs to alkaline wastewater, and the decolorization reaction adopts a hydrogen peroxide activated carbon catalytic reaction system, as shown in fig. 6, the system comprises:
(1) the wastewater introduction control system consists of a P1 wastewater pump and an L liquid level meter, 100 wastewater is introduced into the 1-step decoloring reaction tank through the P1 wastewater pump, a fixed amount of water can be introduced through the L liquid level meter according to batch requirements to perform batch decoloring reaction, and when the requirement of the L liquid level meter is met, introduction of the wastewater is stopped.
(2) The wastewater decolorization reaction mixing system comprises a decolorization reaction tank 1, an M reaction stirrer, an H heat preservation heater, a 60 hydrogen peroxide dosing device, a 50 acid dosing device and the like; the cotton dyeing wastewater is subjected to decoloration reaction mixing operation, the wastewater is stirred by an M reaction stirrer, activated carbon is introduced into the wastewater from a 40 activated carbon inlet, the wastewater can be fully mixed and reacted with the activated carbon, the wastewater decoloration reaction condition meets the optimal operation requirement, the wastewater can maintain the fixed reaction temperature by an H heat-preservation heater, the wastewater can be neutralized by PH control, sodium carbonate is converted into anhydrous sodium sulphate as a dyeing assistant, and the decolored saline water after treatment can be recycled.
(3) The waste water information measuring system consists of a Q saline water concentration meter, a PH meter, a T temperature sensor, a 3 hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor and a 5 color acquisition device; wherein 5, the color acquisition device, the PH meter, the 3 hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor and the like need to extract reaction wastewater by a P4 sampling pump for tracking measurement, the concentration of the wastewater can be clearly introduced by a thermometer and the operation temperature during reaction can be controlled, and the reaction can be carried out within the preferred operation range of 30-65 ℃ by keeping the reaction process temperature under the action of the H heat preservation heater; the Q saline water concentration meter can measure the salt content in the wastewater, can influence the decolorization function and can be used as a searching formula guide parameter; the pH meter can be used as an acid neutralization reaction control tool to provide a control operation tool for anhydrous sodium sulphate conversion, and the conversion mechanism is

(5) The decolouring saline water leading-out system is composed of a P2 water outlet pump and a 20 decolouring water filter which are connected with an outlet at the lower part of the decolouring reaction tank 1, the decolouring water after the decolouring reaction can be led out, the 20 decolouring water filter can filter out residues and active carbon in the waste water, the residues and the active carbon can be led out of the system through a V2 filtering discharge valve, and the decolouring water can be led in the waste water for the next decolouring reaction after.
