In one embodiment, the abnormal color comparison module 205, the intelligent terminal further configured to send alarm information related to the abnormal color information to the staff includes: if the abnormal color timing information is not larger than the minimum value corresponding to the preset standard color continuous range, storing the abnormal color information into a preset change information base; if the hydrolysis operation information corresponding to the hydrolysis color is executed within the preset hydrolysis reaction time, storing the abnormal color information and the corresponding abnormal color timing information into a preset standard color library; and otherwise, sending alarm information related to the color information to an intelligent terminal for the working personnel.
In one embodiment, the abnormal color comparison module 205, further configured to record the corresponding hydrolysis color information includes: acquiring heating temperature information; comparing the heating temperature information with a preset standard temperature range; if the heating temperature information is outside the standard temperature range, the corresponding hydrolysis color information is not recorded; sending abnormal information related to the heating temperature to an intelligent terminal of a worker; otherwise, recording the corresponding hydrolysis color information.
In one embodiment, the abnormal color matching module 205 is further configured to record the corresponding hydrolysis color information including: when the heating temperature information is within the standard temperature range, calculating a temperature change value corresponding to the heating temperature information within preset time and setting the change value as temperature difference change information; comparing the temperature difference change information with a preset standard temperature difference range; if the temperature difference change information is outside the preset standard temperature difference range, acquiring hydrolysis color information; if the hydrolysis color information is different from the standard color information, sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker; otherwise, recording the corresponding hydrolysis color information.
In one embodiment, the abnormal color comparison module 205, the intelligent terminal further configured to send a prompt message related to the temperature difference change information to the staff member includes: starting timing and generating temperature difference change timing information until the hydrolysis color information is the same as the standard color information; comparing the temperature difference change timing information with a preset standard temperature difference time range; if the temperature difference change timing information is within the standard temperature difference time range, canceling sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker; and if the temperature difference change timing information is outside the standard temperature difference time range, sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker.

comparing the hydrolysis color information with standard color information in a preset standard color library, wherein the standard color library stores standard color information corresponding to different stages in the hydrolysis process and hydrolysis operation information corresponding to the standard color information;
and if the hydrolysis color information is the same as the standard color information, executing hydrolysis operation information corresponding to the hydrolysis color.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining hydrolysis picture information in real time comprises:
obtaining hydrolysis reaction time, wherein the hydrolysis reaction time is the time for carrying out hydrolysis operation on the titanium liquid;
comparing the hydrolysis reaction time with a preset standard time range;
if the hydrolysis reaction time is out of the preset reaction time range, canceling to acquire hydrolysis picture information;
and if the hydrolysis reaction time is within the preset reaction time range, acquiring hydrolysis picture information.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the hydrolysis color information is different from the standard color information, recording corresponding hydrolysis color information and setting the hydrolysis color information as abnormal color information;
storing the abnormal color information into a preset abnormal color library;
when abnormal color information is detected, starting timing and generating abnormal color timing information;
comparing the abnormal color timing information with a preset standard color continuous range;
and if the abnormal color timing information is located outside the preset standard color continuous range, sending alarm information related to the abnormal color information to an intelligent terminal of a worker.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sending alarm information related to abnormal color information to an intelligent terminal of a worker comprises:
if the abnormal color timing information is not larger than the preset standard color continuous range, storing the abnormal color information into a preset change information base;
if the hydrolysis operation information corresponding to the hydrolysis color is executed within the preset hydrolysis reaction time, storing the abnormal color information and the corresponding abnormal color timing information into a preset standard color library;
otherwise, sending alarm information related to the color information to an intelligent terminal of a worker.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the recording corresponding hydrolysis color information comprises:
acquiring heating temperature information, wherein the heating temperature information is a temperature value corresponding to the titanium liquid;
comparing the heating temperature information with a preset standard temperature range;
if the heating temperature information is outside the standard temperature range, the corresponding hydrolysis color information is not recorded;
sending abnormal information related to the heating temperature to an intelligent terminal of a worker;
otherwise, recording the corresponding hydrolysis color information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the recording corresponding hydrolysis color information comprises:
when the heating temperature information is within the standard temperature range, calculating a temperature change value corresponding to the heating temperature information within preset time and setting the change value as temperature difference change information;
comparing the temperature difference change information with a preset standard temperature difference range;
if the temperature difference change information is outside a preset standard temperature difference range, acquiring hydrolysis color information;
if the hydrolysis color information is different from the standard color information, sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker;
otherwise, recording the corresponding hydrolysis color information.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending of the prompt message related to the temperature difference change information to the intelligent terminal of the staff member comprises:
starting timing and generating temperature difference change timing information until the hydrolysis color information is the same as the standard color information;
comparing the temperature difference change timing information with a preset standard temperature difference time range;
if the temperature difference change timing information is within the standard temperature difference time range, canceling sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker;
and if the temperature difference change timing information is outside the standard temperature difference time range, sending prompt information related to the temperature difference change information to an intelligent terminal of a worker.
8. A hydrolysis seed crystal preparation regulating device, comprising:
the hydrolysis picture acquisition module (201) is used for acquiring hydrolysis picture information in real time;
the hydrolysis color obtaining module (202) is used for obtaining hydrolysis color information according to the hydrolysis picture information;
