此外,中国专利CN 201911088077.8公开了一种百香果烟用香精的制备方法及其应用,所述制备方法包括:对百香果清洗处理,挑选,去其果皮和果壳,得到含有果核的果肉汁液;在果肉汁液中加入提取溶剂,常温放置浸泡;将浸泡处理过的百香果果肉汁液进行超声破壁,过滤浓缩得到百香果提取物;将百香果提取物加入到分子蒸馏仪中进行蒸馏,保留沿真空腔壁流出的蒸馏液;将蒸馏液加入乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀即得百香果烟用香精。该专利虽然以天然百香果为原料来提取百香果提取物,并以百香果提取物直接作为烟用香精香料添加到卷烟上,这样能够使得卷烟产生更接近天然的百香果香味,但是加香后的卷烟存在刺激性较大,口腔残留较严重且增加的百香果香味与烟气协调性较差的问题,制备的卷烟感官质量不能达到一类卷烟的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种百香果爆珠香精及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种百香果爆珠香精,含有以下质量百分比成分:百香果提取物0.1~2%,百香果香基A5~10%,百香果香基B 4~12%,辛癸酸甘油酯80~84%;
所述百香果香基A含有以下成分:乙酸乙酯,丙酸乙酯,丙二醇,庚酸乙酯,异戊酸异戊酯,薄荷脑,桃醛;
所述百香果香基B含有以下成分:甲酸乙酯,乙酸,乙酸乙酯,异戊醛,2-甲基丁醛,丙酸乙酯,3-羟基-2-丁酮,丁酸,丁酸乙酯,3-甲基丁酸,乳酸乙酯,琥珀酸乙酯,2-甲基丁酸乙酯,异戊酸乙酯,糠醛,正己酸,2-乙酰基呋喃,正己酸乙酯,5-甲基呋喃醛,辛酸乙酯,苯甲酸,壬酸乙酯,癸酸乙酯。
优选地,所述百香果香基A含有以下重量份成分:乙酸乙酯20份,丙酸乙酯4~5份,丙二醇60~70份,庚酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸异戊酯8~9份,薄荷脑0.2份,桃醛1~2份。
优选地,所述百香果香基B含有以下重量份成分:甲酸乙酯5~6份,乙酸2~3份,乙酸乙酯30~35份,异戊醛6~7份,2-甲基丁醛0.1~0.2份,丙酸乙酯0.5~0.6份,3-羟基-2-丁酮0.1~0.2份,丁酸0.3~0.4份,丁酸乙酯2~3份,3-甲基丁酸1~2份,乳酸乙酯1~2份,琥珀酸乙酯0.2~0.3份,2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.5~1份,异戊酸乙酯8~9份,糠醛8~9份,正己酸1~2份,2-乙酰基呋喃0.2~0.3份,正己酸乙酯10~15份,5-甲基呋喃醛3~4份,辛酸乙酯5~6份,苯甲酸0.5~1份,壬酸乙酯0.5~1份,癸酸乙酯0.1~0.5份。
优选地,所述百香果提取物按以下方法制备:将新鲜成熟的百香果破碎后,加入纯水浸泡处理;将浸泡液加热回流处理;之后过滤、向滤液中加入乙醇醇沉、再次过滤后对滤液进行浓缩处理。
优选地,所述浸泡处理的时间为6~10h,百香果与纯水的物料比为1:(5~8)。
优选地,所述加热回流处理的加热温度为85~95℃,回流时间2~3h。
本发明还提供一种百香果爆珠香精在卷烟加香上的应用。
本发明还提供一种百香果卷烟,包括卷烟滤棒,所述卷烟滤棒内嵌有爆珠,所述爆珠内填充有上述权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种百香果爆珠香精。

本发明的一种百香果爆珠香精通过在天然百香果提取物中加入一定量的百香果香基A和百香果香基B成分,将其应用到卷烟爆珠加香中后,不仅可以使卷烟具有天然百香果香味,还可以改善和丰富卷烟香气,显著提升卷烟的回甜感,降低百香果香精带来的刺激,减少口腔残留,提升百香果香气与烟气的协调性,制备的百香果卷烟感官质量能够达到一类卷烟的要求。

实施例1
本发明实施例1提供一种百香果爆珠香精及其制备方法。具体如下:
一种百香果爆珠香精含有以下质量百分比成分:百香果提取物1.0%,百香果香基A8.0%,百香果香基B 7.0%,辛癸酸甘油酯84.0%。
其中,百香果香基A含有以下重量份成分:乙酸乙酯20份,丙酸乙酯4份,丙二醇60份,庚酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸异戊酯8份,薄荷脑0.2份,桃醛1份。
百香果香基B含有以下重量份成分:甲酸乙酯5份,乙酸2份,乙酸乙酯30份,异戊醛6份,2-甲基丁醛0.1份,丙酸乙酯0.5份,3-羟基-2-丁酮0.1份,丁酸0.3份,丁酸乙酯2份,3-甲基丁酸1份,乳酸乙酯1份,琥珀酸乙酯0.2份,2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸乙酯8份,糠醛8份,正己酸1份,2-乙酰基呋喃0.2份,正己酸乙酯10份,5-甲基呋喃醛3份,辛酸乙酯5份,苯甲酸0.5份,壬酸乙酯0.5份,癸酸乙酯0.1份。
上述百香果爆珠香精按以下方法制备:
(1)制备百香果提取物:将新鲜成熟的百香果放入螺旋榨汁机进行破碎处理,向破碎后的浆液中加入纯水进行浸泡处理,按百香果与纯水的质量比1:5加入纯水,浸泡6h;将浸泡液加热回流处理,加热温度为85℃,回流时间3h;之后用0.22微米的滤膜趁热过滤,向滤液中加入95%的乙醇醇沉,滤液与乙醇的体积比为1:3,再次过滤后采用旋转蒸发的方式对滤液进行浓缩处理,浓缩至密度为0.9885kg/m³,即为百香果提取物。
(2)按上述配方将百香果香基A中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基A。
(3)按上述配方将百香果香基B中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基B。
(4)将制备的百香果提取物、百香果香基A、百香果香基B和辛癸酸甘油酯按上述配方比例搅拌混匀即得到百香果爆珠香精。
实施例2
一种百香果爆珠香精含有以下质量百分比成分:百香果提取物0.5%,百香果香基A6.0%,百香果香基B 10.0%,辛癸酸甘油酯83.5%。
其中,百香果香基A含有以下重量份成分:乙酸乙酯20份,丙酸乙酯5份,丙二醇70份,庚酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸异戊酯9份,薄荷脑0.2份,桃醛2份。
百香果香基B含有以下重量份成分:甲酸乙酯6份,乙酸3份,乙酸乙酯35份,异戊醛7份,2-甲基丁醛0.2份,丙酸乙酯0.6份,3-羟基-2-丁酮0.2份,丁酸0.4份,丁酸乙酯3份,3-甲基丁酸2份,乳酸乙酯2份,琥珀酸乙酯0.3份,2-甲基丁酸乙酯1份,异戊酸乙酯9份,糠醛9份,正己酸2份,2-乙酰基呋喃0.3份,正己酸乙酯15份,5-甲基呋喃醛4份,辛酸乙酯6份,苯甲酸1份,壬酸乙酯1份,癸酸乙酯0.5份。
上述百香果爆珠香精按以下方法制备:
(1)制备百香果提取物:将新鲜成熟的百香果放入螺旋榨汁机进行破碎处理,向破碎后的浆液中加入纯水进行浸泡处理,按百香果与纯水的质量比1:8加入纯水,浸泡10h;将浸泡液加热回流处理,加热温度为95℃,回流时间2h;之后用0.22微米的滤膜趁热过滤,向滤液中加入95%的乙醇醇沉,滤液与乙醇的体积比为1:3,再次过滤后采用旋转蒸发的方式对滤液进行浓缩处理,浓缩至密度为0.9893kg/m³,即为百香果提取物。
(2)按上述配方将百香果香基A中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基A。
(3)按上述配方将百香果香基B中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基B。
(4)将制备的百香果提取物、百香果香基A、百香果香基B和辛癸酸甘油酯按上述配方比例搅拌混匀即得到百香果爆珠香精。
实施例3
一种百香果爆珠香精含有以下质量百分比成分:百香果提取物1.5%,百香果香基A7.0%,百香果香基B 10.0%,辛癸酸甘油酯81.5%。
其中,百香果香基A含有以下重量份成分:乙酸乙酯20份,丙酸乙酯4.5份,丙二醇65份,庚酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸异戊酯8.5份,薄荷脑0.2份,桃醛1.5份。
百香果香基B含有以下重量份成分:甲酸乙酯5份,乙酸2.5份,乙酸乙酯32份,异戊醛7份,2-甲基丁醛0.2份,丙酸乙酯0.5份,3-羟基-2-丁酮0.2份,丁酸0.3份,丁酸乙酯3份,3-甲基丁酸1份,乳酸乙酯1份,琥珀酸乙酯0.2份,2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.8份,异戊酸乙酯8份,糠醛9份,正己酸1.5份,2-乙酰基呋喃0.2份,正己酸乙酯12份,5-甲基呋喃醛3.5份,辛酸乙酯5份,苯甲酸0.8份,壬酸乙酯0.8份,癸酸乙酯0.3份。
上述百香果爆珠香精按以下方法制备:
(1)制备百香果提取物:将新鲜成熟的百香果放入螺旋榨汁机进行破碎处理,向破碎后的浆液中加入纯水进行浸泡处理,按百香果与纯水的质量比1:6加入纯水,浸泡8h;将浸泡液加热回流处理,加热温度为90℃,回流时间2h;之后用0.22微米的滤膜趁热过滤,向滤液中加入95%的乙醇醇沉,滤液与乙醇的体积比为1:3,再次过滤后采用旋转蒸发的方式对滤液进行浓缩处理,浓缩至密度为0.9921kg/m³,即为百香果提取物。
(2)按上述配方将百香果香基A中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基A。
(3)按上述配方将百香果香基B中各成分搅拌混匀得到百香果香基B。
(4)将制备的百香果提取物、百香果香基A、百香果香基B和辛癸酸甘油酯按上述配方比例搅拌混匀即得到百香果爆珠香精。
对比例1
将实施例1制备的百香果提取物直接作为百香果爆珠香精。
对比例2
将实施例1制备的百香果提取物和实施例1的百香果香基A混匀后作为百香果爆珠香精。
对比例3
将实施例1制备的百香果提取物和实施例1的百香果香基B混匀后作为百香果爆珠香精。
应用例
将本发明实施例1~实施例3和对比例1~对比例3制备的烟用百香果爆珠香精分别经过真空脱气处理10~20min后,参照卷烟爆珠的常规生产工艺,与置于滴丸机胶浆罐中的滴丸包裹材料以及至于盛丸器中的固化剂按照滴丸的制作工艺制成烟用爆珠,并在滤嘴丝束成型过程中将爆珠定位施加到滤棒中,制成卷烟,并参照国家局评吸标准GB5606.4-2005进行评价,在抽吸过程中捏爆爆珠。评吸小组有10名卷烟感官评价专家组成,采用暗评方式进行感官评价并打分,并与相同规格未加爆珠香精的空白卷烟进行对比,其感官评价结果如表1所示。
从上表1看到,本发明的烟用百香果爆珠香精不仅能够赋予卷烟百香果香味和功效,使卷烟同时具有天然百香果的果香和淡淡的甜味,还可以改善和丰富卷烟香气,显著提升卷烟的回甜感,降低只添加百香果提取物香精带来的刺激,并且减少口腔残留,提升百香果香气与烟气的协调性。采用本发明制备的百香果爆珠香精添加到卷烟中后,卷烟的感官评价打分在85分以上,达到一类卷烟的要求。
本发明的保护范围不限于上述的实施例,显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变形而不脱离本发明的范围和精神。倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围,则本发明的意图也包含这些改动和变形在内。
Claims (8)
1.一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比成分:百香果提取物0.1~2%,百香果香基A 5~10%,百香果香基B 4~12%,辛癸酸甘油酯80~84%;
所述百香果香基A含有以下成分:乙酸乙酯,丙酸乙酯,丙二醇,庚酸乙酯,异戊酸异戊酯,薄荷脑,桃醛;
所述百香果香基B含有以下成分:甲酸乙酯,乙酸,乙酸乙酯,异戊醛,2-甲基丁醛,丙酸乙酯,3-羟基-2-丁酮,丁酸,丁酸乙酯,3-甲基丁酸,乳酸乙酯,琥珀酸乙酯,2-甲基丁酸乙酯,异戊酸乙酯,糠醛,正己酸,2-乙酰基呋喃,正己酸乙酯,5-甲基呋喃醛,辛酸乙酯,苯甲酸,壬酸乙酯,癸酸乙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,所述百香果香基A含有以下重量份成分:乙酸乙酯20份,丙酸乙酯4~5份,丙二醇60~70份,庚酸乙酯0.5份,异戊酸异戊酯8~9份,薄荷脑0.2份,桃醛1~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,所述百香果香基B含有以下重量份成分:甲酸乙酯5~6份,乙酸2~3份,乙酸乙酯30~35份,异戊醛6~7份,2-甲基丁醛0.1~0.2份,丙酸乙酯0.5~0.6份,3-羟基-2-丁酮0.1~0.2份,丁酸0.3~0.4份,丁酸乙酯2~3份,3-甲基丁酸1~2份,乳酸乙酯1~2份,琥珀酸乙酯0.2~0.3份,2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.5~1份,异戊酸乙酯8~9份,糠醛8~9份,正己酸1~2份,2-乙酰基呋喃0.2~0.3份,正己酸乙酯10~15份,5-甲基呋喃醛3~4份,辛酸乙酯5~6份,苯甲酸0.5~1份,壬酸乙酯0.5~1份,癸酸乙酯0.1~0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,所述百香果提取物按以下方法制备:将新鲜成熟的百香果破碎后,加入纯水浸泡处理;将浸泡液加热回流处理;之后过滤、向滤液中加入乙醇醇沉、再次过滤后对滤液进行浓缩处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,所述浸泡处理的时间为6~10h,百香果与纯水的物料比为1:(5~8)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种百香果爆珠香精,其特征在于,所述加热回流处理的加热温度为85~95℃,回流时间2~3h。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种百香果爆珠香精在卷烟加香上的应用。
8.一种百香果卷烟,其特征在于,包括卷烟滤棒,所述卷烟滤棒内嵌有爆珠,所述爆珠内填充有上述权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种百香果爆珠香精。
