本发明具体涉及一种富含硒的烟草口香糖,包括以下质量份数比的组分:烟草提取物1份~5份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份~0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯25份~30份,氢化松香甘油酯3份~8份,木糖醇20份~30份,D‑核糖10份~15份,甘油0.8份~1份,卵磷脂0.5份~0.6份,食用香精0.4份~0.6份;其制备方法是:第一步,胶基熔化;第二步,原料混合;第三步,成型与包衣。通过咀嚼本发明的口香糖片消费者可以得到等同吸食卷烟的满足感,又能减少吸烟对健康的危害,更重要的是可以避免吸烟对环境的危害,减少非吸烟人群吸入二手烟的可能,做到吸烟无害于环境,为烟草消费者提供一种更为安全的新型环保型烟草制品。

背景技术
传统的卷烟消费方式,由于卷烟抽吸过程中烟草燃烧、裂解和蒸馏而产生的烟气中含有危害人体的物质,非吸烟人群的被动吸烟也主要是由卷烟燃烧产生的侧流烟气造成的,吸烟越来越受到社会各界的批评及限制。
从烟草及烟雾的成分看,据药学家的分析,目前发现烟草中含有毒物质有20余种,主要有氢氰酸、烟焦油、一氧化碳、芳香化合物等一系列有毒物质。烟草点燃后形成的烟雾中,含有刺激性和细胞毒性物质。据检测,一支香烟燃烧后可产生4000多种化学成分,其中,气态物质占烟气总量的92%,颗粒状物质占8%。气态物质中主要是氮气(58%)和氧气(12%),其余为一氧化碳(3.5%)、二氧化碳(13%)、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、氨、挥发性N-亚硝胺、氰化氢、挥发性碳水化合物以及挥发性烯烃、酚、羧酸、醛、酮和烟碱等物质。颗粒状物质中包括烟草生物碱、焦油和水分以及七十多种金属和放射性元素。焦油是由许多物质组成的浓缩物,包括不挥发性N-亚硝胺、芳香族胺、链烯、苯、萘、多环芳烃、N-杂环烃、羧酸等物质。
在数千种烟气组分中,被认为对人体健康最有害的物质是焦油、一氧化碳、醛类等物质。一氧化碳与血红蛋白的亲和力比氧气高250倍,当人们吸入较多的一氧化碳时,一氧化碳与血红蛋白结合形成大量的碳合血红蛋白,而氧合血红蛋白大大减少,造成组织和器官缺氧,进而使大脑、心脏等多种器官产生损伤。每支烟燃烧时可产生一氧化碳20~30mg。若许多吸烟者聚集在拥挤且不通风的房间内,空气中的一氧化碳浓度可达0.05%,接近发生煤气中毒的浓度。烟焦油含多种致癌物。而且可附着于吸烟者的气管、支气管和肺泡表面产生物理、化学性的刺激,损害人体的呼吸功能。苯并芘苯并芘是强致癌物,它还存在于煤、石油天然气中,但可被大气稀释,而香烟中的苯并芘被吸烟者直接吸入或弥漫于室内,浓度很高。在燃烧一包香烟中,可产生0.24~0.28μg的苯并芘。有调查结果表明,空气中的苯并芘含量每增加1mg/1000m3,就会使肺癌发病率增加5%~15%。放射性物质卷烟烟雾中含210铝、201钋两种放射性同位素,吸烟时可被吸收入肺并沉积体内。它们不断放出射线,长期损伤肺组织。一个每天吸20支烟的人,l年吸入的放射性元素的辐射量,相当于吸烟者1年拍了300张X线胸片。刺激性化合物烟草烟雾中含有多种刺激性化合物,其中有氰化氢、甲醛、丙烯醛等。如1支无过滤嘴卷烟可产生丙烯醛45μg,氰化氢100~400μg,它们破坏支气管粘膜,并减弱肺泡巨噬细胞的功能,使肺和支气管易发生感染。有害金属烟草中含砷、汞、镉、镍等有害金属。以镉为例,其危害为:镉可蓄积体内,引起哮喘、肺气肿。微量的镉可杀灭输精管内的精子,影响生育。大量镉进入骨组织,引起骨骼脱钙,变形,变脆,极易发生骨折。1支烟含镉1~2μg,其中5%被人体吸收。其他有害物质烟草中尚含有多种有害成份,如致癌物质——二甲基亚硝胺、甲基乙基亚硝胺、二乙基亚硝胺、亚硝基吡咯烷、联氨、氯乙烯、尿烷等。
因此,世界卫生组织和反吸烟运动的浪潮一个又一个的掀起。世界上一些主要发达国家也相继采取抵制和限制吸烟的措施,国际卷烟市场也出现了加速向更低焦油等有害成分的卷烟发展的趋势。与此同时,国内也在借鉴国际上降焦减害技术的基础上,开发出适合我国国情的卷烟综合降焦减害技术并推广应用到生产上。
由于烟草的独特魅力,全世界吸烟人群的总数仍有上升趋势。因而,在认识吸烟有害健康的同时,研究开发既能满足烟草消费人群的需要,又能减少吸烟对公众危害的更为安全的烟草消费产品显得尤为必要。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤;硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性;硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性;同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
香烟中产生满足感的原因主要是烟碱,烟碱可以增加消费者的轻松感,有助于服用者提神醒脑、提高工作专注力,减轻疲劳感,研究表明:烟碱在防止阿茨海默症,延缓帕金森病方面具有潜能。鉴于此,本发明一方面通过成分提取,保留烟碱,同时降低烟草中有害物质的种类和含量,另一方面,添加可以提升人体免疫力和修复能力的硒元素,制作出一种新的烟草制品。
发明内容
为了在满足烟草消费人群需要的同时,减少烟草制品中有害物质的种类和含量,并且避免吸烟过程中由于烟草燃烧所产生的有害物质对人体的损害,本发明开发出一种卷烟以外的其他形式的烟草制品——一种富含硒和烟草成分的口香糖,消费者可以通过服用这种新型的富含硒元素和烟草成分的口香糖而得到等同吸食卷烟的满足感,又能减少吸烟对健康的危害,更重要的是可以避免吸烟对环境的危害,减少非吸烟人群吸入二手烟的可能,做到吸烟无害于环境,为烟草消费者提供一种更为安全的新型环保型烟草制品。
本发明的目的是通过以下方法来实现的:
一种富含硒的烟草口香糖,包括以下质量份数比的组分:烟草提取物1份~5份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份~0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯25份~30份,氢化松香甘油酯3份~8份,木糖醇20份~30份,D-核糖10份~15份,甘油0.8份~1份,卵磷脂0.5份~0.6份,食用香精0.4份~0.6份;
其制备方法是:
第一步,胶基熔化:取聚乙酸乙烯酯加入至捏合机中加热至充分熔化;
第二步,原料混合:将各种原料粉被加入第一步制备得到的已熔化的聚乙酸乙烯酯中,充分混合均匀;
第三步,成型与包衣:将混合后的原料冷却,挤压成型,涂糖衣,抛光即得。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖的组分中,所述食用香精为柠檬香精、蓝莓香精、哈密瓜香精、绿茶香精或薄荷香精中的至少一种。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖,包括以下质量份数比的组分:烟草提取物3份~5份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份~0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯25份~28份,氢化松香甘油酯4份~6份,木糖醇25份~30份,D-核糖12份~15份,甘油0.8份~1份,卵磷脂0.5份~0.6份,食用香精0.4份~0.6份。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖的组分中,所述烟草提取物的制备方法为:
步骤(1)将烟草原料粉碎至20目,向其中加入烟草质量的30%~50%用量的、质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液,然后搅拌后,纱布过滤,除去固体物质;
步骤(2)向步骤(1)的提取物中加入乙酸乙酯,在10℃~20℃下萃取,萃取溶剂浓缩,得浓缩物;
步骤(3)向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,升温至40℃~50℃,保持0.5小时~1.0小时,使提取物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,杂质沉淀后,离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏;
步骤(4)用蒸馏塔蒸馏浸膏,保持系统真空度0.1bar,转速400rpm,样品流速2.5mL/min,蒸馏温度为75℃,收集馏分。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖的组分中,所述的烟草提取物的制备步骤(1)为:将烟草原料粉碎至20目,向其中加入烟草质量的40%用量的质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液,常温下搅拌30分钟,10层纱布过滤,除去固体物质;
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖的组分中,所述的烟草提取物的制备步骤(2)为:向步骤(1)所得的提取液中加入乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯用量为提取液体积的5倍,在10℃~20℃下萃取三次,每次1小时~2小时,浓缩萃取溶剂得浓缩物。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖的组分中,所述的烟草提取物的制备步骤(3)为:向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为浓缩物质量的5倍~10倍,升温至40℃~50℃,保持0.5小时~1.0小时,使提取物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,冷冻8小时~12小时,杂质沉淀后,300rpm离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏。
进一步地,本发明所述的富含硒的烟草口香糖,其制备方法为:
第一步:胶基熔化
先取聚乙酸乙烯酯加入至捏合机中加热至90℃~120℃,充分熔化捏合,冷却至50℃~55℃备用;
第二步:原料混合
按照重量配比,称取原料备用,将烟草提取物、硒酸酯多糖、聚乙酸乙烯酯、氢化松香甘油酯、木糖醇、D-核糖、甘油、卵磷脂、食用香精混合后,加热至50℃~55℃,然后分次,加入第一步所得的熔化胶基中,并逐渐混合均匀;第三步:成型与包衣
混合好的口香糖胶基,经碾压延展后按口香糖主体的质量约1g~3g切成或分割成板状、块状、粒状等适宜形状,冷却到室温后涂糖衣、抛光即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、该口香糖中含有烟草提取物,消费者可以通过服用这种新型的富含硒元素和烟草成分的口香糖而得到等同吸食卷烟的满足感,同时经过提取,去除了药草中的大部分的有害物质,减少吸烟对健康的危害,同时保留了烟草中的烟碱,有助于服用者提神、提高工作专注力,减轻疲劳感,此外,根据最新的研究烟碱在防止阿茨海默症,延缓帕金森病方面具有潜能,因此本烟草制品还具有一定保健功效。
2、该口香糖的食用方式是直接嚼服,避免了燃吸过程中产生的焦油等有害物质,还可以避免吸烟对环境的危害,减少非吸烟人群吸入二手烟的可能,做到吸烟无害于环境。
3、该口香糖中添加了硒补充剂,本发明中硒补充剂选用硒酸酯多糖,又称硒化卡拉胶,其是从海洋藻类中提取的天然硫酸脂多糖做母体,硒酸酯多糖溶于水,加入到口香糖基质中制成富硒口香糖,在咀嚼口香糖过程中硒酸酯多糖慢慢溶于人的唾液之中并被吸收,使大众补硒更简单、更方便,更直接;它集有机硒与多糖诸多生理功能于一身,具有以下多种功能:
(1)抗癌,大量实验证明,硒酸脂多糖能选择性地抑制癌瘤细胞增殖蛋白质的合成和DNA复制,从而起到抑癌作用,能调控增殖和分裂癌基因的表达,使癌细胞行为向正常转化同时可抑制与细胞癌变密切相关的蛋白激酶C的活性,从而有效的抑制癌细胞内蛋白质合成、DNA复制癌细胞的生长。
(2)抗肝坏死保护因子,自由基及脂质过氧化物参与了病毒性肝炎的病理过程,使肝脏超微结构发生理性改变。硒酸脂多糖能增强分布在肝细胞液和线粒体中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,清除自由基及脂质过氧化物,加速肝功能改善,达到保护肝的目的。
(3)保护心脏,硒对心肌纤维、血管的结构和功能有重要作用,人体代谢的过程中会产生许多活性很强的氧化物,统称自由基,自由基都是带有未配过的电子的原子、离子、分子,这些化学性质活跃的基因,会攻击细胞具有破坏性的连锁反应,最终导致细胞及组织的病变及老化,缺硒后,脂质过氧化物反应增强,造成生物代谢絮乱,引起心肌纤维坏死,血管受损;硒酸脂多糖能有效地消除清除自由基,从而保护心脏,防治脑血管病变。
(4)防治近视和白内障,含硒的谷胱过氧化物酶可减轻视网膜上的氧化损伤。硒在虹膜及水晶体中含量丰富。人视网膜含硒7μg,而视力敏锐的鹰视网膜含量高达700μg,白内障的发生也与缺硒有关。硒酸脂多糖能有效防治青年近视和老年白内障。
(5)拮抗有毒物质的保护剂,硒酸脂多糖能拮抗和降低许多有毒元素和物质的毒性,硒与金属有很强的亲和力,它在人体内同金属结合能形成—硒—蛋白质复合物,通过这种方式有毒害的金属元素始铅、汞、砷、银、等排出体外,因而,有人把硒誉为“天然解毒剂”。
(6)抗氧化,硒脂酸多糖是一体一种强抗氧化剂,能抑制机体各种细胞膜上不饱和脂肪酸的氧化,经证实:硒酸脂多糖中的硒抗氧化的最高能力是维生素E的80倍。
(7)提高人体免疫力,硒酸脂多糖能促进淋巴胞产生抗体,使血液免疫球蛋白水平增高或维持正常,增强机体对疫苗或其它抗原产生抗体的能力,硒能增强淋巴细胞转化和迟发型变态反应(DTH),缺硒时淋巴细胞对有丝分裂原刺激的反应能力下降,而补硒能促进吞噬细胞的功能。
(8)延缓衰老,随着年龄的增长,体内硒和其它抗氧化物质(如:谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)作用减弱,脂质过氧化物反应强烈,过氧化脂质(LPO)对细胞膜、核酸、蛋白质和酶以及线粒体的功能破坏,导致不可逆损伤,这种作用长期积累,促进机体衰老。
(9)对烟民有保健作用,吸烟人易患肺癌,与不吸烟人比较,微核淋巴出现率明显提高,血硒水平降低,临床证明:肺癌患者服用硒酸脂多糖后,就可以使微淋巴出现率降低,减轻或消除吸烟对人体造成的损伤;因此,硒补充剂可以进一步降低和修护药草提取物中的烟碱(尼古丁)对人体的损害。
具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式,详细说明如下。
原料来源:本发明中所用的原料市场上可购,均为食品级。其中,硒酸酯多糖中有机硒含量为0.8%。
本发明所使用的烟草提取物为自制,制备方式见实施例1~实施例3。
实施例1:烟草提取物制备
步骤(1):提取原料选用为白肋烟或香料烟的烟叶碎屑或烟梗,用粉碎机将原料粉碎至20目,向烟草原料中加入烟草质量的30%用量的、质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液,然后常温下搅拌30分钟,10层纱布过滤,除去固体物质。
步骤(2):向步骤(1)所得的提取液中加入乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯用量为提取液体积的5倍,在10℃下萃取3次,每次2小时,浓缩合并的后的萃取溶剂,得浓缩物。
步骤(3):向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为浓缩物质量的5倍,升温至40℃,保持1.0小时,使提取物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,维持8小时,杂质沉淀后,300rpm离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏。
步骤(4):用蒸馏塔蒸馏浸膏,保持系统真空度0.1bar,转速400rpm,样品流速2.5mL/min,蒸馏温度为75℃,收集馏分。
原料选用烟叶碎屑或烟梗,将卷烟制造中的低次原料,充分利用;采用上述提取方法提取的馏分中富含吡喃酮类、呋喃酮类、二氢大马酮类致香成分,可以补充烟草本香和烘烤香,还保留有大部分的烟碱,可以增加消费者的满足感,有助于服用者提神醒脑、提高工作专注力,减轻疲劳感,此外,烟碱在防止阿茨海默症,延缓帕金森病方面具有潜能,因此烟草提取物还使得烟草制品具有一定保健功效;提取物中的蛋白质、果胶、多糖等大分子物质含量低,在燃吸时焦油产量减少,降低刺激性。
实施例2:烟草提取物制备
步骤(1):提取原料选用为白肋烟或香料烟的烟叶碎屑或烟梗,用粉碎机将原料粉碎至20目,向烟草原料中加入烟草质量的50%用量的、质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液,然后常温下搅拌30分钟,10层纱布过滤,除去固体物质。
步骤(2):向步骤(1)所得的提取液中加入乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯用量为提取液体积的5倍,在20℃下萃取3次,每次1小时,浓缩合并的后的萃取溶剂,得浓缩物。
步骤(3):向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为浓缩物质量的10倍,升温至50℃,保持0.5小时,使提取物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,维持12小时,杂质沉淀后,300rpm离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏。
步骤(4):用蒸馏塔蒸馏浸膏,保持系统真空度0.1bar,转速400rpm,样品流速2.5mL/min,蒸馏温度为75℃,收集馏分。
实施例3:烟草提取物制备
步骤(1):提取原料选用为白肋烟或香料烟的烟叶碎屑或烟梗,用粉碎机将原料粉碎至20目,向烟草原料中加入烟草质量的40%用量的、质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液,然后常温下搅拌30分钟,10层纱布过滤,除去固体物质。
步骤(2):向步骤(1)所得的提取液中加入乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯用量为提取液体积的5倍,在15℃下萃取3次,每次1小时,浓缩合并的后的萃取溶剂,得浓缩物。
步骤(3):向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为浓缩物质量的8倍,升温至45℃,保持1.0小时,使提取物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,维持10小时,杂质沉淀后,300rpm离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏。
步骤(4):用蒸馏塔蒸馏浸膏,保持系统真空度0.1bar,转速400rpm,样品流速2.5mL/min,蒸馏温度为75℃,收集馏分。
以下实施例4~实施例8为富含硒的烟草口香糖的制备实施例。
实施例4:
原料配方:
实施例1所制备的烟草提取物1份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份,聚乙酸乙烯酯25份,氢化松香甘油酯3份,木糖醇20份,D-核糖10份,甘油0.8份,卵磷脂0.5份,食用香精0.4份,其中,食用香精选用柠檬香精。
上述配方是在进行了大量的工艺配方研究,调整出的最优处方。
生产工艺过程:
第一步:胶基熔化
先取聚乙酸乙烯酯加入至捏合机中加热至90℃~120℃,充分熔化捏合,冷却至50℃~55℃备用;
第二步:原料混合
按照重量配比,称取原料备用,将烟草提取物、硒酸酯多糖、聚乙酸乙烯酯、氢化松香甘油酯、木糖醇、D-核糖、甘油、卵磷脂、食用香精混合后,加热至50℃~55℃,然后分次加入第一步所得的熔化胶基中,每次加入量相等,总混合时间15~18分钟,根据物料总量可适当延长或缩短混合时间1~2分钟;加完后混合均匀;
第三步:成型与包衣
混合好的口香糖胶基,经碾压延展后按口香糖主体的质量约1g~3g切成或分割成板状、块状、粒状等适宜形状,冷却到室温后涂糖衣、抛光即得。
第四步:装瓶
将合格的片剂按规格用药用高密度聚乙烯瓶进行分装。
组分中,氢化松香甘油酯具有良好的口感和抗氧化性,添加在胶基(聚乙酸乙烯酯)中,可延长成品保质期,并保持柔软、细腻的口感。
甜味剂选用木糖醇和D-核糖为主,木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的甜味物质,也是人体糖类代谢的正常中间体,健康的人,即使不吃任何含有木糖醇的食物,血液中也含有0.03mg~0.06mg的木糖醇,是防龋齿的最好甜味剂。D-核糖可以较迅速缓解因能量缺乏或供给不足引起的疲劳感,以D-核糖作为口香糖的甜味剂和填充剂可以实现通过咀嚼口香糖就可以使人们获得高能物质D-核糖,及时补充过量消耗的ATP,提供能量来源,更快地恢复体力、缓解疲劳。
本发明中在制备口香糖时所使用的糖衣涂层由本领域公知的涂层配方制成,所述涂层配方为含有甜味剂、增白剂、食用胶质和香料的水溶液。甜味剂优选不含砂糖和葡萄糖的糖醇配方,主要是异麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、山梨醇、甘露糖醇、阿斯巴甜、麦芽糖醇等的一种或几种,可以添加或不添加高甜度非糖甜味剂,增白剂或着色剂可选二氧化钛,食用胶质可选阿拉伯胶等,香料可选与口香糖主体相同的香料,也可以不同,其他还可以添加酸味剂。
对口香糖的胶基进行糖衣涂层工序可按如下涂衣工艺实施:
将分割成块状或粒状的口香糖胶基投入到糖衣圆盘或旋转釜中,以5rpm~30rpm的速度一边旋转糖衣圆盘,一边添加常规糖衣液,使糖衣液将口香糖胶基糖芯的表面全部包裹,接着,向旋转中的转盘中吹入35℃~40℃的干燥空气,除去附着在口香糖胶基表面上的糖衣液的水分,使糖衣液固体成分包覆在口香糖胶基的表面。干燥时使形成的糖衣中水分含量达到粒重的1%~3%为宜。对口香糖进行糖衣涂层工序可分多次重复进行,其外表的糖衣涂层总质量可占糖粒总质量的10%~50%,优选是20%~25%。
待口香糖的胶基表面形成糖衣层之后,为了防止糖粒受潮,同时增强美感,优选对糖粒进行上蜡抛光处理。具体是:将完成糖衣涂层工序的糖粒放入抛光锅,开动抛光锅的同时加入抛光蜡,糖衣口香糖在锅内旋转过程中,在糖衣口香糖的糖衣层的表面即均匀涂上一层蜡,实现了对糖粒的上蜡抛光。其中抛光蜡优选使用巴西棕榈蜡。
实施例5:
原料配方:
实施例2所制备的烟草提取物5份,硒酸酯多糖0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯30份,氢化松香甘油酯8份,木糖醇30份,D-核糖15份,甘油1份,卵磷脂0.6份,食用香精0.6份,其中,食用香精选用蓝莓香精。
制备工艺同实施例4。
实施例6:
原料配方:
实施例1所制备的烟草提取物3份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份,聚乙酸乙烯酯28份,氢化松香甘油酯4份,木糖醇25份,D-核糖12份,甘油0.9份,卵磷脂0.5份,食用香精0.5份,其中,食用香精选用哈密瓜香精。
制备工艺同实施例4。
实施例7:
原料配方:
实施例3所制备的烟草提取物3份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份,聚乙酸乙烯酯28份,氢化松香甘油酯6份,木糖醇25份,D-核糖12份,甘油0.9份,卵磷脂0.5份,食用香精0.5份,其中,食用香精选用绿茶香精。
制备工艺同实施例4。
实施例8:
原料配方:
实施例2所制备的烟草提取物5份,硒酸酯多糖0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯27份,氢化松香甘油酯5份,木糖醇26,D-核糖14份,甘油1份,卵磷脂0.5份,食用香精0.5份,其中,食用香精选用薄荷香精。
制备工艺同实施例4。
实施例4~实施例8所制备得到的口香糖,均符合胶姆糖果卫生标准GB17399-2003。根据一般质量抽检:符合口香糖的感官要求:外观完整、边缘光滑、色泽均匀、大小一致;具有该品种应有的色泽、气味及滋味;无潮解现象,无肉眼可见杂质,无异味。
制得的口香糖外观及感官品评见下表1。

由上表的评价结果可知,本发明口香糖保存后不变色,较为稳定,外观和咀嚼口感均受好评,使用者对本发明的口香糖口感较为满意。
本发明的烟草制品为口香糖类型,方便携带,口感较好,咀嚼口香糖后可得到等同吸食卷烟的满足感,又能减少吸烟对健康的危害,更重要的是可以避免吸烟对环境的危害,减少非吸烟人群吸入二手烟的可能,做到吸烟无害于环境,为烟草消费者提供一种更为安全的新型环保型烟草制品,产品市场利用前景广阔。

1.一种富含硒的烟草口香糖,其特征在于,其原料为以下组分:烟草提取物3份~5份,硒酸酯多糖0.1份~0.2份,聚乙酸乙烯酯25份~28份,氢化松香甘油酯4份~6份,木糖醇25份~30份,D-核糖12份~15份,甘油0.8份~1份,卵磷脂0.5份~0.6份,食用香精0.4份~0.6份;所述食用香精为柠檬香精、蓝莓香精、哈密瓜香精、绿茶香精或薄荷香精中的至少一种;
其制备方法是:
第一步,胶基熔化:先取聚乙酸乙烯酯加入至捏合机中加热至90℃~120℃,充分熔化捏合,冷却至50℃~55℃备用;
第二步,原料混合:按照重量份数,称取原料备用,将烟草提取物、硒酸酯多糖、氢化松香甘油酯、木糖醇、D-核糖、甘油、卵磷脂、食用香精混合后,加热至50℃~55℃,然后分次,加入第一步所得的熔化胶基中,并逐渐混合均匀;

步骤(3)向浓缩物中加入85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为浓缩物质量的5倍~10倍,升温至40℃~50℃,保持0.5小时~1.0小时,使浓缩物在醇中完全溶解,冷却后,降温至–10℃~5℃,保持8小时~12小时,杂质沉淀后,300rpm离心,分出上清液,浓缩除去乙醇得浸膏;
