一种电连接器组合及其扣持装置与扣持件,所述电连接器组合包括芯片连接器及扣持装置,所述扣持装置用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器的上方,其包括固定座及扣持件,固定座设有四个角落及位于所述四个角落处并向上延伸的四个定位柱,扣持件分别位于呈对角关系的两个所述角落处,扣持件包括固定在固定座的安装部、自安装部外端向上延伸的扣持臂及自安装部内端向上延伸的弹性臂,扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压在散热器,以提供向上的作用力,从而在拆卸散热器时,弹性臂能够自动弹起散热器,使操作更加简便快捷。

【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器组合及其扣持装置与扣持件。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第CN207459230U号揭示了一种电连接器组件,包括支撑板、电连接器及散热器,电连接器包括座体及固定座,该固定座包括上下贯穿的第一通孔,散热器包括与第一通孔对齐设置的第二通孔;支撑板包括向上穿过第一通孔的螺丝,散热器包括起固定作用的螺母和套设在所述螺母上的弹簧,套有所述弹簧的螺母向下贯穿第二通孔以与螺丝锁紧,从而组装固定所述散热器。但是,上述装置中,在组装散热器的过程中,由于散热器体积较大,在旋紧散热器时,需要先旋紧散热器一个角落的螺母,再旋紧对角上的螺母,如此操作会使散热器倾斜,从而无法安装。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器组合及其扣持装置与扣持件,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器组合及其扣持装置与扣持件,用以辅助安装或拆卸散热器,使安装或拆卸散热器的过程更加简便快捷。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种扣持装置,用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器的上方,所述扣持装置包括围设在所述芯片连接器外侧的固定座及一对扣持件,所述固定座设有四个角落及位于所述四个角落处并向上延伸的用以穿过所述散热器的四个定位柱,一对所述扣持件分别位于呈对角关系的两个所述角落处,所述扣持件包括固定在所述固定座的安装部、自所述安装部外端向上延伸的扣持臂及自所述安装部内端向上延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压在所述散热器,以提供向上的作用力。
进一步的,所述扣压部自所述扣持臂向内侧凸伸而形成,所述扣持臂顶端形成操作部,所述操作部在其内壁具有倾斜的导引面。
进一步的,所述扣压部呈台阶状,形成呈上下排列的两个均面朝下的扣压面。
进一步的,所述弹性臂自所述安装部倾斜向扣持臂方向延伸而形成。
进一步的,所述安装部具有缺口,所述定位柱穿过所述缺口向上延伸。
进一步的,所述扣持件在所述安装部与扣持臂的交界处设有加强肋,所述加强肋连接所述安装部与扣持臂。
进一步的,所述散热器具有檐板,所述檐板具有四个供所述定位柱向上穿过的通孔;所述散热器安装有四个弹性件,所述弹性件与定位柱配合,向下抵压在所述檐板,提供一个向下的弹力。
进一步的,所述弹性件包括配合所述定位柱的螺母、套设于所述螺母的弹簧,所述定位柱包括与所述螺母相配合的上端部及卡持部,所述卡持部与所述上端部一体成型且所述卡持部的直径大于所述上端部的直径,所述卡持部卡持于所述缺口内以固持所述扣持件;所述定位柱的上端设有螺旋部以与所述螺母配合固定。
为实现本发明的目的,还可以采用如下技术方案:一种扣持装置的扣持件,用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器的上方,所述扣持件为一件式,其包括安装部、自所述安装部外端向上延伸的扣持臂及自所述安装部内端向上延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压在所述散热器,以提供向上的作用力。
进一步的,所述扣压部设有两个面朝下的扣压面,两个所述扣压面呈上下排列。
为实现本发明的目的,还可以采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组合,用于电性连接一芯片模块与一电路板,所述电连接器组合包括芯片连接器及用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器上方的扣持装置,所述芯片连接器包括座体以及固持在座体上的导电端子,所述芯片模块放置于所述座体上以与所述导电端子达成电性连接,所述扣持装置包括围设在所述芯片连接器外侧的固定座及一对扣持件,所述固定座设有四个角落以及位于所述四个角落处并向上延伸的定位柱,所述散热器装设于所述定位柱上,所述扣持件装设于所述定位柱并位于所述散热器与所述固定座之间,所述扣持件包括固定在所述固定座的安装部、自所述安装部向上延伸的可卡扣至所述散热器的扣持臂及自所述安装部反向弯折延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂抵持于所述散热器的下表面。
进一步的,所述电连接器组合还包括与所述定位柱配合固定的弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述定位柱上并向下抵压所述散热器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中的扣持件设有用以扣持散热器的扣持臂及弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压散热器的扣压部,方便将散热器锁紧以固持;弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压于散热器,以提供向上的作用力,在拆卸散热器时,弹性臂能够自动弹起散热器,拆卸散热器时更加简便快捷。

请参照图1至图8所示,一种电连接器组合,用于电性连接一芯片模块500与一电路板400,所述电连接器组合包括安装于电路板400上芯片连接器300及用以将一散热器200固定在一芯片连接器300上方的扣持装置100,所述芯片连接器300包括座体301以及固持在座体301上的导电端子(未图示),所述芯片模块500放置于所述座体301上以与所述导电端子达成电性连接。所述芯片模块500放置于一夹持件600,所述夹持件600固持于所述电路板400。
请参图4至图6所示,一种扣持装置100,用以将一散热器200固定在一芯片连接器300的上方,所述扣持装置100包括围设在所述芯片连接器300外侧的固定座1及一对扣持件2。
所述固定座1设有四个角落11及位于所述四个角落11处并向上延伸的用以穿过所述散热器200的四个定位柱12。所述定位柱12包括固持于所述角落11的卡持部121及自所述卡持部121向上延伸的上端部122,所述卡持部121与所述上端部122一体成型且所述卡持部121的直径大于所述上端部122的直径。所述定位柱12的上端设有螺旋部123。
所述一对扣持件2分别位于呈对角关系的两个所述角落11处。所述扣持件2包括固定在所述固定座1的安装部21、自所述安装部21外端向上延伸的扣持臂22、自所述安装部21内端向上延伸的弹性臂23及设于所述安装部21与扣持臂22的交界处的加强肋24。
所述安装部21为平板状且与所述扣持臂22垂直,所述安装部21包括自所述扣持臂22内侧延伸形成的第一臂211、第二臂212以及由所述第一、第二臂211、212围设形成的一缺口213,所述第一臂211的另一端设有弹性臂23,所述定位柱12穿过所述缺口213向上延伸,所述定位柱12的卡持部121卡持于所述缺口213内以固持所述扣持件2。
所述扣持臂22设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器200的扣压部221,所述扣压部221自所述扣持臂22向内侧凸伸而形成且呈台阶状,所述扣压部221形成呈上下排列的两个均面朝下的扣压面2211,所述扣压部221用以扣压所述散热器200,所述扣压面2211抵接于所述散热器200。优选地,在本实施方式中设置两个扣压部221,从而可以适用于不同厚度的CPU,进而不需要开设更多的模具,节省成本,需要说明的是,在其他实施方式中也可以设置不同数量的扣压部221,只要达到用以扣压所述散热器200的目的即可。所述扣持臂22顶端形成操作部222,所述操作部222在其内壁具有倾斜的导引面223,如此设置,组装所述散热器200时更加方便。
所述弹性臂23自所述安装部21倾斜向扣持臂22方向延伸而形成,用以向上弹性抵压在所述散热器200,以提供向上的作用力(具体请参图7和图8所示),在需要拆卸所述散热器200时,打开所述扣持臂22后,所述弹性臂23向上将所述散热器200弹起,则可将所述散热器200拆卸出来。所述加强肋24连接所述安装部21与扣持臂22,使所述扣持件2的更加结实。在本发明中,设置两个所述扣持件2且所述扣持件2呈对角设置,不仅方便所述散热器200的组装,还便于拆卸所述散热器200。
请参图1至图3所示,所述散热器200设有底板部3及自底板部3向上延伸设置的主体部4,所述主体部4呈现十字型,所述底板部3设有四个位于四角的两两对称的檐板31,所述檐板31具有四个供所述定位柱12向上穿过的通孔32。所述底板部3的底面抵压于所述弹性臂23。
所述散热器200安装有四个弹性件5,所述弹性件5与定位柱12配合,向下抵压在所述檐板31,提供一个向下的弹力,用以固持所述散热器200。所述弹性件5包括配合所述定位柱12的螺母51、套设于所述螺母51的弹簧52;所述螺母51穿过所述通孔32与所述定位柱的螺旋部123向配合,所述弹簧52抵接所述底板部3的顶面,给所述散热器向下的弹力。
综上所述,本发明所述扣持装置100的有益效果如下:在所述固定座1的对角处的两个定位柱12分别设有扣持件2,用以配合所述散热器200的组装与拆卸。所述扣持件2设有用以扣持散热器200的两个扣压部221,可以适用于不同厚度的CPU,只需开一套模具,从而节省成本;同时,所述扣持件2还设有用以向上弹性抵压所述散热器200的弹性臂23,在拆除所述散热器200时,位于两个对角的所述扣持件2的弹性臂23同时提供向上弹起散热器200的弹力,将所述散热器200弹起,使拆卸所述散热器200更加方便快捷。

1.一种扣持装置,用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器的上方,所述扣持装置包括围设在所述芯片连接器外侧的固定座及一对扣持件,所述固定座设有四个角落及位于所述四个角落处并向上延伸的用以穿过所述散热器的四个定位柱,一对所述扣持件分别位于呈对角关系的两个所述角落处,其特征在于:所述扣持件包括固定在所述固定座的安装部、自所述安装部外端向上延伸的扣持臂及自所述安装部内端向上延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压在所述散热器,以提供向上的作用力。
2.如权利要求1所述的扣持装置,其特征在于:所述扣压部自所述扣持臂向内侧凸伸而形成,所述扣持臂顶端形成操作部,所述操作部在其内壁具有倾斜的导引面。
3.如权利要求2所述的扣持装置,其特征在于:所述扣压部呈台阶状,形成呈上下排列的两个均面朝下的扣压面。

9.一种扣持装置的扣持件,用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器的上方,其特征在于:所述扣持件为一件式,其包括安装部、自所述安装部外端向上延伸的扣持臂及自所述安装部内端向上延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂用以向上弹性抵压在所述散热器,以提供向上的作用力。
10.如权利要求9所述的扣持件,其特征在于:所述扣压部设有两个面朝下的扣压面,两个所述扣压面呈上下排列。
11.一种电连接器组合,用于电性连接一芯片模块与一电路板,所述电连接器组合包括芯片连接器及用以将一散热器固定在一芯片连接器上方的扣持装置,所述芯片连接器包括座体以及固持在座体上的导电端子,所述芯片模块放置于所述座体上以与所述导电端子达成电性连接,其特征在于:所述扣持装置包括围设在所述芯片连接器外侧的固定座及一对扣持件,所述固定座设有四个角落以及位于所述四个角落处并向上延伸的定位柱,所述散热器装设于所述定位柱上,所述扣持件装设于所述定位柱并位于所述散热器与所述固定座之间,所述扣持件包括固定在所述固定座的安装部、自所述安装部向上延伸的可卡扣至所述散热器的扣持臂及自所述安装部反向弯折延伸的弹性臂,所述扣持臂设有用以向下扣压至所述散热器的扣压部,所述弹性臂抵持于所述散热器的下表面。
12.如权利要求11所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述电连接器组合还包括与所述定位柱配合固定的弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述定位柱上并向下抵压所述散热器。
