The intelligent movable safety cone delivery device according to claim 4, wherein the valve comprises a valve body, a valve plate arranged on the valve body and capable of being opened and closed, a valve motor arranged on the valve body and used for opening and closing the valve plate, and a plurality of locking mechanisms arranged on the valve body and used for locking the valve plate; the valve motor and the locking mechanism are both electrically communicated with the storage battery through a wireless control switch; the PLC is wirelessly communicated with the wireless control switch;
the valve body comprises a valve disc and four fixed blocks, wherein the valve disc is integrally arranged, and the four fixed blocks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower end of the valve disc; the valve plate comprises a plate body and plate connecting blocks, the plate body and the plate connecting blocks are integrally arranged, the plate connecting blocks are arranged at two ends of the plate body, pin holes are formed in the plate connecting blocks, one end of the valve plate is rotatably connected with the fixing block through a pin shaft, and an output shaft of a valve motor is connected with the pin shaft in a transmission mode.
6. The intelligent delivering device of claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking housing disposed on an outer wall of the fixing block, a locking post slidably disposed in the locking housing, a spring for pushing out the locking post, a magnetic ring disposed on the locking post, and a first electromagnet disposed on an outer wall of the locking housing.
