At the same time, the upper end pawl teeth of the applying pawls 451 move toward the center of the storage box 41 and engage the bottom penultimate road cone 60 base stacked together. When all the road cones in one storage box 41 are released, the control module 12 controls the linear moving device 44 to lift the storage box 41 to a reliable height, and then the rotating motor drives the rotating platform 43 to rotate, so that the next storage box 41 full of road cones reaches a correct working position, that is, the storage box 41 is right opposite to the road cone support 31 and has a proper height.
