本发明公开了一种输送装置,该输送装置设有链条、夹持单元,夹持单元中至少有一块模板的限位孔的横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状,限位孔的横截面的两条弧边的半径都相同,限位孔的横截面的两条边形的圆心距离小于限位孔的横截面的任意一条弧边的半径,限位孔的横截面的两条弧边在链条的延伸方向上逐一分布。输送装置的模板两端设置具有两个限制区域的限位孔结构,使得模板之间的夹持区域可以通过改变同一夹持单元的两个模板的相对距离来调整,实现低成本、速度快地调整模板之间的夹持区域大小的目的。

一种输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送装置。
背景技术
奶制品灌装领域会采用直线灌装技术,该技术的特点在于技术的兼容性较高,可以适用于目前所知类型的容器的灌装操作。直线灌装设备中设有一个输送装置,该输送装置包括设置在两组链轮上并展开形成两端呈圆弧形、中间呈笔直状的链条,链条包含有一节一节的链板,间隔排列的链板上设有两个限位柱,两条链条之间在同一位置上的限位柱处于相对位置,因此,在垂直链条转动方向的方向上必定存在一组处于同一直线上的两个限位柱,这些限位柱构成了链条上的限位部件。除链条外,输送装置还包括与链条配合使用的模板,两块模板置于同一个限位部件上,模板的一侧设有缺口,两块模板之间的缺口相对而可以用来夹持一个容器。模板的两端各设有一个限位孔,模板通过限位柱插入限位孔内实现活动连接、进而限制模板在链条运动方向上相对于链条的运动趋势即两者在此方向上处于相对静止的状态。
现有技术中,同一模板只适用于一种容器的夹持输送作业,原因在于模板与链条结合后模板之间的距离固定,如此限制了模板在缺口处的夹持区域大小。工况作业中,更换瓶型即将需要更换并获得对应的模板,输送装置上的模板数量众多,更换模板的人工成本、物料成本极高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何调整模板之间的夹持区域大小,由此得到一种输送装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:该输送装置设有链条、夹持单元,所述夹持单元包括两块模板,所述链条上设有限位柱,所述模板的两端各设有一个限位孔,所述模板通过限位柱插入限位孔内部活动安装在链条上,所述模板与链条之间处于垂直的位置关系,所述夹持单元中至少有一块模板的限位孔的横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状,所述限位孔的横截面的两条弧边的半径都相同,所述限位孔的横截面的两条边形的圆心距离小于限位孔的横截面的任意一条弧边的半径,所述限位孔的横截面的两条弧边在链条的延伸方向上逐一分布。
链条上的限位柱与限位孔之间在连接后限位柱受到限位孔的限制作用而抑制了模板与链条之间的相对运动趋势、两者之间相对静止。所以,本质上限位孔与限位柱之间的连接部位至少能够在三个不同方向上产生相对的作用力。本技术方案中限位孔不仅能够提供前述的三个不同方向上的作用力、还能够在两个部位提供这样的作用力。限位孔的横截面的轮廓类似无穷大符号∞的外形,但是限位孔的横截面的轮廓的两个圆弧部分处于相交状态、两部分之间靠的更近。限位孔的横截面的两条弧边在链条的延伸方向上并非并排分布、而是前后逐一分布,这样就使得限位柱嵌入在限位孔的不同部位时夹持单元之间的夹持区域大小不一样,达到改变夹持区域大小的目的。
本技术方案中以分级方式来获得改变夹持区域大小,若由一块木板所得变化范围势必有限,为了扩大夹持区域的变化范围,夹持单元的两块模板上都设有横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状的限位孔。这样夹持区域的变化范围包括了四种变化情况。
本发明采用上述技术方案:输送装置的模板两端设置具有两个限制区域的限位孔结构,使得模板之间的夹持区域可以通过改变同一夹持单元的两个模板的相对距离来调整,实现低成本、速度快地调整模板之间的夹持区域大小的目的。

具体实施方式
本发明第一种实施例。
输送装置上设有链轮、链条、夹持单元。链条安装在两个链轮上,链条在链轮上展开形成两端呈弧形、中间为笔直状的环形结构。输送装置设有两条链条,两条链条并排平行布置。同一端的链轮都同步运动,链轮驱动链条同步运动。每根链条上都设有等间距排列的限位部件。其中一根链条上所有的限位部件与另一根链条上的所有的限位部件都一一相对,即其中一根链条上的限位部件与另一根链条上的限位部件处于同一垂直链条运动方向的方向上,对应位置上的两个限位部件为一组并服务于一个夹持单元。限位部件包括两个限位柱,每根限位柱整体都呈圆柱状、端部呈圆锥形。限位柱的排列方向与链条的运动方向相同。
每个夹持单元包括两块模板1,夹持单元以整体方式等距分布在链条上。如图1所示,其中一块模板1的一侧设有等间距排列的缺口,模板1的两端各设有一个限位孔2、该限位孔2的横截面为圆形。另一块模板1的一侧也设有等间距排列的缺口,模板1的两端各设有一个限位孔2、但该限位孔2的横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状;限位孔2的横截面的两条弧边的半径都相同,限位孔2的横截面的两条边形的圆心距离小于限位孔2的横截面的任意一条弧边的半径,限位孔2的横截面的两条弧边在链条的延伸方向上逐一分布。模板1通过限位柱插入限位孔2实现与链条活动连接。任意一个夹持单元内部,两块模板1上的缺口一一对应而形成夹持区域。当具有限位孔2的横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状的模板1与限位柱结合时,限位柱可以插入在该限位孔2的不同部位处即插入两个由弧面所构成的区域内,由于在同一夹持单元内,限位孔2中一部分区域靠近另一块模板1、另一部分远离另一块模板1,通过限位柱与限位孔2不同区域结合即可获得调整两块模板1之间的距离的作用,进而调整夹持单元的夹持区域大小,夹持区域有两种大小状态。
本发明第二种实施例。
该实施例与第一种实施例的不同之处在于每个夹持单元的两块模板1的两端的限位孔2都是为横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状,如图2所示。这样通过限位柱插入限位孔2内的不同部位后便可以获得变化范围更广的夹持区域,夹持区域有四种大小状态。

1.一种输送装置,该输送装置设有链条、夹持单元,所述夹持单元包括两块模板(1),所述链条上设有限位柱,所述模板(1)的两端各设有一个限位孔(2),所述模板(1)通过限位柱插入限位孔(2)内部活动安装在链条上,所述模板(1)与链条之间处于垂直的位置关系,其特征在于:所述夹持单元中至少有一块模板(1)的限位孔(2)的横截面呈两个圆形相交所成的形状,所述限位孔(2)的横截面的两条弧边的半径都相同,所述限位孔(2)的横截面的两条边形的圆心距离小于限位孔(2)的横截面的任意一条弧边的半径,所述限位孔(2)的横截面的两条弧边在链条的延伸方向上逐一分布。
