Abstract
本发明公开了一种输送装置,该输送装置设有链条、模板,模板以等间距排列方式活动安装在链条,模板与链条之间处于垂直的位置关系,模板的一侧设有弧形的第一卡口、模板的另一侧设有弧形的第二卡口,第一卡口的半径大于第二卡口的半径,相邻两个模板之间镜像分布,任意一个模板的第一卡口相对于与相邻的一个模板的第一卡口、任意一个模板的第二卡口相对于与相邻的另一个模板的第二卡口。输送装置的模板两侧各设置结构不同的卡口,设定模板排列规则,由此获得大小不同的两种夹持区域,从而使得输送装置具有输送口径不同的两种容器,增加输送装置的适用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送装置。
背景技术
奶制品灌装领域会采用直线灌装技术,该技术的特点在于技术的兼容性较高,可以适用于目前所知类型的容器的灌装操作。直线灌装设备中设有一个输送装置,该输送装置包括设置在两组链轮上并展开形成两端呈圆弧形、中间呈笔直状的链条,链条包含有一节一节的链板,间隔排列的链板上设有两个限位柱,两条链条之间在同一位置上的限位柱处于相对位置,因此,在垂直链条转动方向的方向上必定存在一组处于同一直线上的两个限位柱,这些限位柱构成了链条上的限位部件。除链条外,输送装置还包括与链条配合使用的模板,两块模板置于同一个限位部件上,模板的一侧设有缺口,两块模板之间的缺口相对而可以用来夹持一个容器。模板的两端各设有一个限位孔,模板通过限位柱插入限位孔内实现活动连接、进而限制模板在链条运动方向上相对于链条的运动趋势即两者在此方向上处于相对静止的状态。
现有技术中,同一模板只适用于一种容器的夹持输送作业,原因在于模板与链条结合后模板之间的距离固定,如此限制了模板在缺口处的夹持区域大小。工况作业中,更换瓶型即将需要更换并获得对应的模板,输送装置上的模板数量众多,更换模板的人工成本、物料成本极高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何调整模板之间的夹持区域大小,由此得到一种输送装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:该输送装置设有链条、模板,所述模板以等间距排列方式活动安装在链条上,所述模板与链条之间处于垂直的位置关系,所述模板的一侧设有弧形的第一卡口、所述模板的另一侧设有弧形的第二卡口,所述第一卡口的半径大于第二卡口的半径,相邻两个模板之间镜像分布,任意一个模板的第一卡口相对于与相邻的一个模板的第一卡口、所述任意一个模板的第二卡口相对于与相邻的另一个模板的第二卡口。
与现有技术不同之处在于模板的结构,模板两侧都设有卡口即第一卡口和第二卡口。正如本技术方案所构建的基于第一卡口对应另一个第一卡口、第二卡口对应另一个第二卡口的两种夹持区域,可以服务于口径不同的两种容器。由此,在输送装置通过设置两级夹持区域来达到调整模板之间的夹持区域大小的技术目的。第一卡口的半径大于第二卡口的半径,使得第一卡口之间的夹持区域比第二卡口之间的夹持区域要大,第一卡口之间的夹持区域适合夹持口径较大的容器、第二卡口之间的夹持区域适合夹持口径较小的容器。
本发明采用上述技术方案:输送装置的模板两侧各设置结构不同的卡口,设定模板排列规则,由此获得大小不同的两种夹持区域,从而使得输送装置具有输送口径不同的两种容器,增加输送装置的适用范围。

具体实施方式
输送装置上设有链轮、链条、模板1。链条安装在两个链轮上,链条在链轮上展开形成两端呈弧形、中间为笔直状的环形结构。输送装置设有两条链条,两条链条并排平行布置。同一端的链轮都同步运动,链轮驱动链条同步运动。每根链条上都设有等间距排列的限位部件。其中一根链条上所有的限位部件与另一根链条上的所有的限位部件都一一相对,即其中一根链条上的限位部件与另一根链条上的限位部件处于同一垂直链条运动方向的方向上,对应位置上的两个限位部件为一组并服务于两块模板1。限位部件包括两个限位柱,每根限位柱整体都呈圆柱状、端部呈圆锥形。限位柱的排列方向与链条的运动方向相同,限位柱等间距排列。如图1所述,每块模板1两侧都设有等间距排列的缺口,模板1的两端都设有限位孔,模板1通过限位柱插入限位孔实现与链条活动连接;模板1在链条上以等间距方式排列,相邻模板1的间距都相同。模板1的一侧的缺口为弧形的第一卡口2、模板1的另一侧的缺口为弧形的第二卡口3,第一卡口2的半径大于第二卡口3的半径。模板1在链条上镜像分布,任意模板1的第一卡口2对准位于该模板1一侧的相邻的模板1的第一卡口2、该任意模板1的第二卡口3对准位于该模板1另一侧的相邻的模板1的第二卡口3。由此,在三个相邻模板1之间会存在由第一卡口2形成的夹持区域Ⅰ4、以及由第二卡口3形成的夹持区域Ⅱ5。夹持区域Ⅰ4比夹持区域Ⅱ5要大。
输送装置工作时以步进方式运动,模板1之间可以通过设置在输送装置上的开合机构打开,例如公开号为CN103058111B、专利名称为一种直线灌装设备的夹持容器输送装置中所公开的打开模板的开合机构。两个夹持区域所能提供的输送效果各异,夹持区域Ⅰ4可以服务于口径大的容器、夹持区域Ⅱ5可以服务于口径小的容器。配合灌装作业的工作状态下,链条的运转步进距离为同一链条上相邻两个限位柱之间的距离的两倍,通常在相邻两个模板1处于开合工位后就只提供基于一种夹持区域的输送功能。若需要调用基于另一种夹持区域的输送功能,则在输送装置在空载状态下,促使链条的运转步进距离为同一链条上相邻两个限位柱之间的距离,这样就是能使夹持区域Ⅰ4脱离开合工位、夹持区域Ⅱ5进入开合工位,或者夹持区域Ⅰ4进入开合工位、夹持区域Ⅱ5脱离开合工位;当夹持区域更替后,输送装置进入配合灌装作业的工作状态的,链条的运转步进距离仍然为同一链条上相邻两个限位柱之间的距离的两倍,从而确保更替后的夹持区域与开合工位之间始终保持相同的配合关系。

1.一种输送装置,该输送装置设有链条、模板(1),所述模板(1)活动安装在链条上,所述模板(1)与链条之间处于垂直的位置关系,其特征在于:所述模板(1)以等间距排列方式活动安装在链条上,所述模板(1)的一侧设有弧形的第一卡口(2)、所述模板(1)的另一侧设有弧形的第二卡口(3),所述第一卡口(2)的半径大于第二卡口(3)的半径,相邻两个模板(1)之间镜像分布,任意一个模板(1)的第一卡口(2)相对于与相邻的一个模板(1)的第一卡口(2)、所述任意一个模板(1)的第二卡口(3)相对于与相邻的另一个模板(1)的第二卡口(3)。
