本发明涉及食用油技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油及其制备方法。
背景技术
血脂异常俗称高血脂,是指血液中一种或多种脂质成分异常增高的病症,是比较常见的疾病。据现代医学疾病监控的数据显示,全世界每天因高血脂症引发的心脑血管疾病死亡人数近3600人之多,我国每年因高血脂引起的心梗、脑梗、中风、偏瘫、致残、致死人数以每年递增12%的速度上升。另外,高血压病是一种因血管神经调节障碍而引起的一种动脉压力升高的慢性疾病,常常与高血脂共同存在,其危害在于对全身血管造成长期超极限的额外压力,导致血管的脆性损伤,最终引起血管的破裂、堵塞,各种心脑血管疾病、肾脏病、眼底疾病、神经系统疾病等都可由高血压病引起。并且30岁以下高血压患者的上升趋势远远高于老年人。心血管疾病己成为我国居民的第一位致死原因。而随着生活水平的不断提升,市场具有对增强免疫力和降血脂功效的食品的需求越来越多。
其中,油脂是维持生命不可或缺的营养成分,除了提供热量来源外,亦为组成细胞膜结构的重要物质。近年来的研究显示,各种脂肪酸在体内代谢合成将产生不同的生理反应,因而对于健康会有显著的影响。葵花籽,是向日葵的果实,它的籽仁中含脂肪30%~45%,最多的可达60%。葵花籽油含有大量的亚油酸等人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,尤其葵花籽油中生理活性最强的a生育酚的含量比一般植物油高,因此可以促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康,并能减少胆固醇在血液中的淤积,是一种高级营养油,它颜色金黄、澄清透明,具有芳香气味。且亚麻油酸(C18:2)与次亚麻油酸(C18:3),为人体内无法合成的物质,缺乏时易导致生长延滞、皮肤损伤、神经性疾病及视力下降等不良症状,所以属于必须脂肪酸。亚麻油酸与次亚麻油酸,除了不饱和度较高容易被氧化的风险外,两者之间的比例也是相当重要。
然而,现有技术中,由于调味所需,调和油中往往含有猪油等成分,不利于对油脂敏感人群进一步控制血脂。
因此,如何研制一种以葵花籽为主料的调和油优化配方是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康,同时具有降血脂及降血压功效的食用调和油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,包括以下重量份数的原料:
葵花籽油60-83份、亚麻籽油6-18份、红花籽油2-4份、核桃油0.1-0.3份和玉米油0.1-0.3份。
本发明以葵花籽油为主料,以亚麻籽油和红花籽油为辅料得到的食用调和油不仅能够促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康还具有降血脂及调理血压等功效,且本发明中添加了核桃油和玉米油,优化了营养成分。其中,葵花籽油是以高含量的亚油酸著称的健康食用油,其含有甾醇、维生素、亚油酸等多种对人类有益的物质,其中含有的天然维生素E在所有主要植物油中含量最高;同时,葵花籽油中的亚油酸含量可达70%左右。葵花籽油能降低血清中胆固醇水平,降低甘油三酯水平,具有降低血压的作用;亚麻籽油含有丰富的α~亚麻酸,ω~3脂肪酸可减少身体受压力时所产生的有害化学物质的影响,稳定情绪保持平静心态,减少忧郁症及失眠症,还有助于减轻过敏反应,对治疗及防止关节炎有极大作用;红花籽油含饱和脂肪酸6%,油酸21%,亚油酸73%。由于其主要成分是亚油酸,是食物油中亚油酸最高的油,所以营养价值特别高,并能起到防止人体血清胆固醇在血管壁里沉积,防治动脉粥样硬化及心血管疾病的医疗保健效果;核桃油有强身健体、滋润皮肤、美容养颜、秀美护发、健脑养脑、预防心脑血管疾病、提高内分泌系统功能和对骨骼系统补钙的作用;玉米胚芽油(简称玉米油)是一种具有极高营养价值的谷物油脂,有良好的煎炸性和抗氧化稳定性,玉米油中的亚油酸含量高达60%以上,易被人体所吸收,有利于降低人体血清中的胆固醇,具有防止动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉硬化和血栓形成的作用,同时,玉米油中还含有丰富的维生素,有利于提高人体免疫力。本发明将多种油脂结合能够进一步营养成分,并利于人体控制血脂,调理血压,且食用时气味浓香。

一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油83g、亚麻籽油10g、红花籽油4g、核桃油0.3g和玉米油0.1g。
制备方法为:称取上述各原料30℃搅拌2.5h混合均匀即得。
实施例3
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油70g、亚麻籽油8g、红花籽油3g、核桃油0.27g和玉米油0.15g。
制备方法为:称取上述各原料40℃搅拌2.5h混合均匀即得。
实施例4
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油65kg、亚麻籽油13kg、红花籽油3kg、核桃油0.1kg和玉米油0.3kg。
制备方法为:称取上述各原料40℃搅拌3.5h混合均匀即得。
实施例5
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油75kg、亚麻籽油6kg、红花籽油2.8kg、核桃油0.23kg和玉米油0.25kg。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油69g、亚麻籽油12g、红花籽油2g、核桃油0.2g和玉米油0.28g。
制备方法同实施例2。
实施例7
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油71g、亚麻籽油15g、红花籽油2.5g、核桃油0.13g和玉米油0.13g。
制备方法同实施例3。
实施例8
一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其原料为:葵花籽油80kg、亚麻籽油17kg、红花籽油2kg、核桃油0.2kg和玉米油0.22kg。
制备方法同实施例4。
对比例1
使用市售葵花籽油。
技术效果
选取45名患有高血脂同时患有高血压的患者,分为9组,每组5人,9组患者分别食用实施例1~8及对比例中的食用油(每人每天30g),食用一个疗程后进行甘油三酯含量以及血压的测定,一个疗程为两个月,一个疗程后的结果如下表1:

通过上述表格中的数据显示,本发明中对于降血脂的效果较好,相较于对比例,可以显著调节甘油三脂含量。
另外,随机检测上述部分患者服食本发明食用油前后血压情况,统计结果表明,患者的高压由184-201下降为118-133;低压由103-108,下降为78-80。可见,通过食用本发明中的调和油,能够较好的控制患者的血压情况。本发明中对于调理血压效果较好,能够对血压偏低或偏高患者的血压调理至或趋近于正常范围值,相较于对比例,可以显著调节人体血压值。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

1.一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:葵花籽油60-83份、亚麻籽油6-18份、红花籽油2-4份、核桃油0.1-0.3份和玉米油0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:葵花籽油65-75份、亚麻籽油10-15份、红花籽油3-4份、核桃油0.2-0.3份和玉米油0.2-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:葵花籽油69-71份、亚麻籽油12-13份、红花籽油3份、核桃油0.2份和玉米油0.2份。
4.一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油的制备方法,其特征在于:称取权利要求1-3任一所述的一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油中的各原料搅拌混合均匀即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种降血脂和调理血压的调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌温度为30℃~40℃,所述搅拌时间为2.5~3.5h。
