Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚氨酯热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
反应型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)是由聚酯或聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯合成的异氰酸酯基封端预聚物,配以其他助剂配置而成。反应型聚氨酯热熔胶常温为固体,使用时,加热熔融涂胶于材料表面与空气中、被粘物表面的水分或被粘材料中含有活泼氢等物质,与其发生反应形成脲键而部分交联固化。因此它具有热熔胶的初粘性高,定位速度快等特点,又具有反应型胶黏剂耐水性、耐化学性能、耐蠕变性能等特点,而且还具有操作简单、性能优异、环境友好的特定,因此反应性聚氨酯热熔胶被广泛应用汽车工业、制鞋工业、纺织行业、木材工业、电子工业、白色家电、书刊装订及食品包装等行业。但传统聚氨酯热熔胶PUR固化物因存在氨基甲酸酯、脲、缩二脲、脲基甲酸酯等基团,其本身的耐热性能较差,限制了它在某些特定领域的应用。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种热稳定性好且粘结性能优异的聚氨酯热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明的一个方面提供一种聚氨酯热熔胶,其原料组分包括聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分和耐热添加剂,所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分包括聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、热塑性树脂及催化剂,所述耐热添加剂包括耐热剂A和耐热剂B,所述耐热剂A为纳米无机氧化物,所述耐热剂B为至少含一个马来酰亚胺基团的化合物,以重量份计,所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分为50份~160份,所述耐热剂A为0.1~2份,所述耐热剂B为1~5份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耐热剂A为纳米氧化铈,所述纳米氧化铈的平均粒径为20nm~40nm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耐热剂B具有如下式(1)所述的结构式:
其中,R1~R8分别独立选自氢、C1~C6的烷基或取代烷基;R9独立选自C1~C3的烷基或取代烷基。
在其中一个实施例中,所述R1~R8分别独立选自氢,R9独立选自亚甲基或亚乙基。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耐热剂A和所述耐热剂B的质量比为1:(2~3)。
在其中一个实施例中,所述聚酯多元醇为己二酸、癸二酸、对苯二甲酸、十二烷二酸中的一种或任意两种及两种以上与乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇中的一种或任意两种及两种以缩聚而成的结晶型聚酯多元醇,所述聚酯多元醇的重量份数为20份~40份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述结晶聚氨酯多元醇羟值为10~112mgKOH/g。
在其中一个实施例中,所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇,所述聚醚多元醇的重量份数为10份~50份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述聚氧化丙烯二醇的数均分子量为1000~2000。
在其中一个实施例中,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、MDI-50中的一种或多种,所述异氰酸酯的重量份数为10份~40份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述热塑性树脂为玻璃化转变温度大于50℃的丙烯酸树脂,所述热塑性树脂的重量份数为10份~30份。
本发明的又一方面提供一种所述的聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、耐热剂A、热塑性树脂加入反应釜中,加热至100℃~130℃,在搅拌下真空脱水1.0小时~3.0小时,真空度为-0.095MPa~0.05MPa;
向反应釜中加入预热的异氰酸酯,在N2保护下于100~130℃搅拌反应1小时~2小时;
再次向反应釜中加入熔融的耐热剂B和催化剂,在N2保护下于100℃~130℃搅拌混合0.5小时~1小时,然后进行真空抽泡至无气泡出现。
本发明提供的聚氨酯热熔胶,以耐热性能优异的纳米无机氧化物耐热剂A作为填料,并在聚氨酯热熔胶体系中添加耐热剂B,在聚氨酯链中引入耐热的马来酰亚胺基团,耐热剂A和耐热剂B协同作用,使制备的聚氨酯热熔胶具有更好的耐热性。

本发明所述“MDI”为二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯的缩写。所述“MDI-50”为等质量的2,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物。所述“DBTDL”为二月桂酸二丁基锡的缩写。所述“DMDEE”为吗啉二乙基醚的缩写。
本发明所述“粘度”为25℃条件下的运动粘度。
本发明实施例提供一种聚氨酯热熔胶,其原料组分包括聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分和耐热添加剂。
所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分包括聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、热塑性树脂及催化剂。
所述耐热添加剂包括耐热剂A和耐热剂B,所述耐热剂A为纳米无机氧化物,所述耐热剂B为至少含一个马来酰亚胺基团的化合物。
以重量份计,所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分为50份~160份,所述耐热剂A为0.1~2份,所述耐热剂B为1~5份。
本发明实施例提供的聚氨酯热熔胶,以耐热性能优异的耐热剂A纳米无机氧化物作为填料,并在聚氨酯热熔胶体系中添加耐热剂B,在聚氨酯链中引入耐热的马来酰亚胺基团,耐热剂A和耐热剂B协同作用,使制备的聚氨酯热熔胶具有更好的耐热性。
作为耐热剂A的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于:氧化铈、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化钒、氧化铬、氧化铁、氧化锑、氧化锡。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
优选的,所述耐热剂为纳米氧化铈。
进一步优选的,所述纳米氧化铈的平均粒径可以为20nm~40nm的任意值,例如20nm、22nm、25nm、28nm、30nm、32nm、35nm、37nm、40nm。进一步优选为20nm~30nm,更优选为25nm~30nm。
所述耐热剂A用量可以为0.1~2份,优选为0.5~2份,更优选为0.5~1份。
所述耐热剂B具有如下式(1)所述的结构式:
其中,R1~R8分别独立选自氢、C1~C6的烷基或取代烷基、马来酰亚胺基团;R9独立选自C1~C3的亚烷基或取代亚烷基。
C1~C6的烷基可以选自甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、仲戊基、新戊基、叔戊基、正己基、异己基、仲己基、叔己基、新己基、3-甲基戊基、2-甲基戊基、2-乙基丁基、1,2-二甲基丁基和2,3-二甲基丁基。
C1~C6的取代烷基为上述烷基上的至少一个氢原子被F、Cl、Br、I所取代。
进一步优选的,所述R1~R8分别独立选自氢,R9独立选自亚甲基或亚乙基。
优选的,所述耐热剂B的结构式为:
所述耐热剂B用量可以为1~5份,优选为2~5份,更优选为3~5份。
所述耐热剂B可以根据本领域技术人员习知的技术手段制备或通过市购得到。
所述耐热剂A和所述耐热剂B协同作用,提高聚氨酯热熔胶的耐热性能。优选的,所述耐热剂A和所述耐热剂B的质量比为1:(2~3)。
所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分中,所述聚酯多元醇的重量份数为20份~40份,所述聚醚多元醇的重量份数为10份~50份,所述异氰酸酯的重量份数为10份~40份,所述热塑性树脂的重量份数为10~30份,所述催化剂的重量份数为0.01份~0.2份。
作为聚酯多元醇,优选为一种或多种二元酸与一种或多种二元醇缩聚而成的结晶型聚酯多元醇。所述二元酸的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酸、十四烷二酸、对苯二甲酸。所述二元醇的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于乙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、辛二醇、癸二醇、十二烷二醇、二甘醇。
在一优选实施例中,所述聚酯多元醇为己二酸、癸二酸、对苯二甲酸、十二烷二酸中的一种或任意两种及两种以上与乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇中的一种或任意两种及两种以缩聚而成的结晶型聚酯多元醇。大量的实验表明该结晶型聚酯可以提高聚氨酯热熔胶的初期粘结强度和最终粘结强度。
进一步优选的,所述结晶聚氨酯多元醇羟值为10mgKOH/g~112mgKOH/g。
所述结晶聚氨酯多元醇用量可以为20~40份,优选为25~30份。
作为聚醚多元醇的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于:聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇或四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯共聚二醇。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
在一优选实施例中,所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇。
进一步优先的,所述聚氧化丙烯二醇的数均分子量为1000~2000。
所述聚醚多元醇的用量可以为10~50份,优选为20~40份,更优选为30~35份。
作为多异氰酸酯的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于:苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、苯二甲基二异氰酸酯等芳香族二异氰酸酯;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、环己烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯等脂肪族二异氰酸酯或脂环族二异氰酸酯;4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的二聚物及三聚物等聚合性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
在一优选实施例中,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、MDI-50中的一种或多种。
所述异氰酸酯的用量可以为10~40份,优选为10~20份,更优选为10~15份。
作为热塑性树脂的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于:聚酰胺系列树脂、高分子聚酯系列树脂、聚(硫)醚系列树脂、聚碳酸酯系列树脂、聚酰亚胺系列树脂、聚砜系列树脂、热塑性聚氨酯系列树脂、聚烯烃树脂、含卤素树脂、苯乙烯树脂、EVA树脂、(甲基)丙烯酸树脂和热塑性弹性体的成分。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。在聚氨酯热熔胶体系中添加热塑性树脂,在热熔胶冷却时,可以加速热熔胶凝聚,使聚氨酯热熔胶的初粘力得到增强。
在一优选实施例中,所述热塑性树脂为玻璃化转变温度大于50℃的丙烯酸树脂。
该丙烯酸树脂可以是以(甲基)丙烯酸酯为主成分的共聚物树脂,可以是仅由(甲基)丙烯酸酯构成的均聚物,也可以是共聚物,此外,还可以是(甲基)丙烯酸酯与可与之共聚的单体形成的共聚物。此外,丙烯酸树脂可以单独使用1种、也可以组合使用2种或2种以上。
上述丙烯酸树脂中,优选聚甲基丙烯酸酯树脂,这其中更优选聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂。在本说明书中,(甲基)丙烯酸意味着丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸。相似地,(甲基)丙烯酸酯意味着丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯。
作为这些(甲基)丙烯酸酯的具体例子,可以列举,包括但不限于:丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸仲丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸正己酯、丙烯酸环己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸正癸酯、丙烯酸正十二烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸仲丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正己酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸正癸酯、甲基丙烯酸正十二烷基酯等。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
所述热塑性树脂用量可以为10~30份,优选为20~30份,更优选为25~30份。
作为催化剂的具体例,可以列举,包括但不限于:辛酸亚锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二乙酸二丁基锡、马来酸二丁基锡、二乙酸二月桂基锡、二乙酸二辛基锡、二丁基锡-双(4-甲基氨基苯甲酸)、二丁基锡二月桂基硫醇盐、二丁基锡-双(6-甲基氨基己酸盐等有机锡类催化剂;三亚乙基二胺、三乙醇胺、三乙胺三甲基胺、三乙基胺、三正丙基胺、三异丙基胺、三正丁基胺、三异丁基胺、三仲丁基胺、三叔丁基胺、三正戊基胺、三正己基胺、三正庚基胺、三正辛基胺、二甲基正辛基胺、二甲基正十二烷基胺、三苯基胺、三苄基胺等叔胺类催化剂;二吗啉基二乙基醚。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
在一优先实施例中,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)、三亚乙基二胺、二吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)中的至少一种。
所述催化剂的用量可以为0.01~0.2份,优选为0.05~0.2份。
进一步,本发明所述聚氨酯热熔胶还包括抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、稳定剂、颜料、染料等着色剂。
作为抗氧化剂的具体例,可以列举,包括但不限于:2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、三(2.4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
所述抗氧化剂的用量可以为1~2份。
作为紫外线吸收剂的具体例,可以列举,包括但不限于:2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二叔丁基苯基)-苯并三唑(UV320)、2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二特戊基苯基)苯并三唑(UV-328)、2-(2'-羟基-5'-甲基苯基)苯并三唑(UV-P)。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
所述的稳定剂的具体例,可以列举,包括但不限于:磷酸、芥酸、苯甲酸、柠檬酸。这些可以单独使用,也可以组合使用两种或两种以上。
在一实施例中,本发明所述聚氨酯热熔胶由以下重量份原料组成:结晶聚酯多元醇20~40份,聚醚多元醇10~50份,异氰酸酯10~40份,热塑性树脂10~30份,耐热剂A0.1~2份,耐热剂B1~5份,催化剂0.01~0.2份,抗氧剂1~2份。
本发明还提供上述的聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10,将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、耐热剂A、热塑性树脂加入反应釜中,加热至100℃~130℃,在搅拌下真空脱水1.0小时~3.0小时,真空度为-0.095MPa~0.05MPa;
S20,向反应釜中加入预热的异氰酸酯,在N2保护下于100℃~130℃搅拌反应1小时~2小时;
S30,再次向反应釜中加入熔融的耐热剂B、催化剂以及其他试剂,在N2保护下于100℃~130℃搅拌混合0.5~1小时,然后进行真空抽泡反应。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述真空脱泡反应具体是在100℃~130℃条件下抽真空至无气泡出现,取样测试NCO%含量和粘度;当NCO%含量达到1.0%~3.0%,110℃~150℃的粘度在1000mPa·S~20000mPa·S后,出料,密闭包装,即得产品。
以下为具体实施例。以下实施例中所用试剂均可从市场常规购得。以下实施例中所涉及的份数均指重量份数。
实施例1~4和对比例1~3
(1)耐热剂B的制备
耐热剂B的结构式(2)如下:
制备方法如下:
在反应釜中按摩尔比1:1加入马来酸酐、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护和持续搅拌条件下缓慢加热至60℃,恒温搅拌反应0.5小时,然后升温至120℃,恒温搅拌反应1小时,反应结束后,出料、密封保存。
(2)聚氨酯热熔胶的制备
以表1中所示的原料配比,按照如下的步骤制备聚氨酯热熔胶:
步骤1:将结晶聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、耐热剂A、热塑性树脂加入反应釜中,加热至130℃,在搅拌下真空脱水3.0小时,真空度为-0.095MPa。
步骤2:向反应釜中加入预热的异氰酸酯,在N2保护下于130℃搅拌反应2小时。
步骤3:再次向反应釜中加入熔融的耐热剂B、催化剂、抗氧化剂,在N2保护下于130℃搅拌混合1小时,然后进行真空抽泡至无气泡出现。
效果测试:
取实施例1-4和对比例1-3制得的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶进行如下测试:
粘度测试:按HG/T3660-1999的标准进行制样与测试,测试热熔胶的熔融黏度。
初粘力测试:按GB/T 7124-2008的标准进行制样与测试,测试热熔胶的初粘力。试样在25℃/50%RH的条件下进行固化3min后测试的拉伸剪切强度。粘接基材:聚碳酸酯(PC)&PC。
最终粘接强度测试:按GB/T 7124-2008的标准进行制样与测试,测试热熔胶最终粘接强度。试样在25℃/50%RH的条件下进行固化7d后测试的拉伸剪切强度。粘接基材:PC&PC。
耐热性测试:按GB/T 7124-2008的标准进行制样与测试,测试热熔胶耐热性。试样在25℃/50%RH的条件下进行固化7d后,将其放入120℃烘箱放置24h,然后在120℃高低温拉力机中测试其拉伸剪切强度。
测试结果如表2所示。
由表2中对比例1、对比例2与对比例3的性能对比可以看出,添加耐热剂B或耐热剂A的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其耐热性得到了较大的提高。实施例3与对比例1、对比例2的性能对比可以看出,同时添加耐热剂A和耐热剂B的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其耐热性能明显优于单独添加耐热剂A或耐热剂B的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,且在份量相同的情况下,耐热剂A和耐热剂B呈现较好的协同作用,比单独添加耐热剂B,具有更好的耐热性。
由此可见,本发明实施例1-4制备的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶具有耐热性好,初粘强度和最终粘接强度优良的特点,可应用于耐热性能要求高的特定领域。其中,实施例3的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的综合性能最为优异。

以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征于,其原料组分包括聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分和耐热添加剂;
所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分包括聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、热塑性树脂及催化剂;所述聚醚多元醇选自聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯二醇或四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯共聚二醇中的至少一种;
所述耐热添加剂包括耐热剂A和耐热剂B,所述耐热剂A为纳米无机氧化物,所述耐热剂B为至少含一个马来酰亚胺基团的化合物,所述耐热剂B具有如下式(1)所述的结构式:
以重量份计,所述聚氨酯热熔胶基础组分为50份~160份,所述耐热剂A为0.1~2份,所述耐热剂B为1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述耐热剂A为纳米氧化铈,所述纳米氧化铈的平均粒径为20 nm~40 nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述R1~R8分别独立选自氢,R9独立选自亚甲基或亚乙基。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述耐热剂A和所述耐热剂B的质量比为1:(2~3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为己二酸、癸二酸、对苯二甲酸、十二烷二酸中的一种或任意两种及两种以上与乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇中的一种或任意两种及两种以缩聚而成的结晶型聚酯多元醇,所述聚酯多元醇的重量份数为20份~40份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述结晶型聚酯多元醇的羟值为10 mg KOH/g~112mg KOH/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇,所述聚氧化丙烯二醇的数均分子量为1000~2000,所述聚醚多元醇的重量份数为10份~50份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、MDI-50中的一种或多种,所述异氰酸酯的重量份数为10份~40份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述热塑性树脂为玻璃化转变温度大于50℃的丙烯酸树脂,所述热塑性树脂的重量份数为10份~30份。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任一项所述的聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、耐热剂A、热塑性树脂加入反应釜中,加热至100℃~130℃,在搅拌下真空脱水1.0小时~3.0小时,真空度为-0.095 MPa;
向反应釜中加入预热的异氰酸酯,在N2保护下于100~130℃搅拌反应1小时~2小时;
再次向反应釜中加入熔融的耐热剂B和催化剂,在N2保护下于100℃~130℃搅拌混合0.5小时~1小时,然后进行真空抽泡至无气泡出现。
