Abstract
本发明公开了一种皮料修复剂及修复工艺,所述皮料修复剂包括抗菌型酪素5%~20%、纳米改性填充料30%~50%、乳化牛油10%~15%、促进剂1%~10%、流平分散剂0.5%~1%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、纳米抑菌剂1%~2%、加脂剂1%~2%、丙烯酸乳液1%~10%、植物精油1%~15%、环保色素5~10%、柔软剂1~5%和抗氧化剂1~5%。本发明皮料修复剂的各原料发挥协同作用,具有优异的修补性和抗菌性,冷不脆热不粘,与皮料结合牢固,而且作用时间持久;使用本发明皮料修复剂的修复工艺能完全消除皮料瑕疵处伤痕,延长了皮料及皮料制品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮料及皮料制品修复技术领域,具体涉及一种皮料修复剂及修复工艺。
背景技术
皮料及皮料制品(鞋、包包、手袋、沙发等)在生产、制作、使用的过程中等不可避免会面临皮料氧化褪色,皮面虫癍伤痕等问题,影响销售及日常使用。
目前,皮料的补伤补色多以鞋油来完成。而鞋油并没有良好的补伤性能,且普通鞋油适用范围单一,色素含量普遍不够,也达不到良好补色效果;同时,鞋油稳定性差,有毒性和刺激性气味,对皮肤、皮料有一定的损伤,长期使用也会使皮料易出现发硬发脆、干裂破损等老化现象,对于皮料的补伤补色效果不太理想,缩短了皮料制品的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种皮料修复剂,包括抗菌型酪素5%~20%、纳米改性填充料30%~50%、乳化牛油10%~15%、促进剂1%~10%、流平分散剂0.5%~1%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、纳米抑菌剂1%~2%、加脂剂1%~2%、丙烯酸乳液1%~10%、植物精油1%~15%、环保色素5~10%、柔软剂1~5%和抗氧化剂1~5%。
进一步的,所述纳米改性填充料包括但不限于纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性脂肪族聚氨酯树脂乳液和纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性聚丙烯酰胺乳液、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性氟碳树脂乳液。
进一步的,所述植物精油为柠檬精油、檀香精油、玫瑰香油、香草精油、迷迭香精油的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂或硅类消泡剂。
进一步的,所述有机溶剂为水或醇、醛、酮类液体有机溶剂。
一种皮料修复剂的修复工艺,具体操作步骤如下:
1)先将吸水干布均匀擦拭皮料瑕疵处,风干后打磨皮料瑕疵处,涂胶对接后,在瑕疵处的背面垫有大于瑕疵处创伤尺寸且软度相一致的无纺布用3M胶水粘好,在常温下晾干;
2)在自然光线下,用皮料修复剂调色后,修复瑕疵处痕迹,在常温下晾干;
3)反复用分装瓶涂抹皮料修复剂、晾干、打磨找平,直至瑕疵处完全平齐光滑;
4)将皮料进行全面的抗摩擦、固色、打蜡、抛光处理,直至皮料表面色泽、光泽一致、成膜连续,最后将皮料烘干,修复完成。
进一步的,步骤1)中的晾干为在通风、无尘以及避光环境下进行。
进一步的,所述打磨为细砂纸打磨。
进一步的,步骤4)中的烘干为红外线恒温烘干。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明皮料修复剂成本低,安全环保,便于使用,补伤补色一体,配合打磨修复工艺,适用于皮料原材料的虫癍伤疤及皮料制品的制作及使用过程的伤痕的修复;
2、本发明皮料修复剂的各原料发挥协同作用,具有优异的修补性和抗菌性,冷不脆热不粘,与皮料能够完全融合,而且作用时间持久;
3、本发明皮料修复剂中添加丙烯酸乳液,环保无毒,而且具有优异的光泽与透明性,能够提高皮料的光泽度与美观性;
4、本发明皮料修复剂以纳米改性填充料为填充修复组分,分布均匀,可以在皮料的表面形成胶膜,胶膜的抗张强度显著提高,填充效果好;
5、本发明的纳米抑菌剂和抗氧化剂具有抗黄变、杀菌消毒的作用,可以防止真皮变黄及发霉生虫;
6、本发明修复工艺能完全消除瑕疵处伤痕,延长了皮料及皮料制品的使用寿命,且通过皮料修复剂的多次涂抹,能够进一步提升皮料的伤痕修复效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种皮料修复剂,包括抗菌型酪素15%、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性丙烯酸树脂乳液40%、乳化牛油10%、促进剂5%、流平分散剂0.5%、硅类消泡剂0.5%、纳米抑菌剂1%、加脂剂1%、丙烯酸乳液5%、柠檬精油10%、环保色素5%、柔软剂5%和抗氧化剂2%。
将该皮料修复剂应用到修复工艺中的操作步骤为:
1)先将吸水干布均匀擦拭皮料瑕疵处,风干后细砂纸打磨皮料瑕疵处,涂胶对接后,在瑕疵处的背面垫有大于瑕疵处创伤尺寸且软度相一致的无纺布用3M胶水粘好,在通风、无尘以及避光的常温环境下晾干;
2)在自然光线下,用皮料修复剂调色后,修复瑕疵处痕迹,在常温下晾干;
3)反复用分装瓶涂抹皮料修复剂、晾干、细砂纸打磨找平,直至瑕疵处完全平齐光滑;
4)将皮料进行全面的抗摩擦、固色、打蜡、抛光处理,直至皮料表面色泽、光泽一致、成膜连续,最后将皮料通过红外线恒温烘干,修复完成。
实施例2
本实施例将皮料修复剂应用到修复工艺中的操作步骤与实施例1一致,区别之处在于:
一种皮料修复剂,包括抗菌型酪素17%、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性脂肪族聚氨酯树脂乳液45%、乳化牛油5%、促进剂5%、流平分散剂1%、硅类消泡剂1%、纳米抑菌剂1%、加脂剂1%、丙烯酸乳液10%、柠檬精油5%、环保色素5%、柔软剂2%和抗氧化剂2%。
实施例3
本实施例将皮料修复剂应用到修复工艺中的操作步骤与实施例1一致,区别之处在于:
一种皮料修复剂,包括抗菌型酪素20%、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性聚丙烯酰胺乳液50%、乳化牛油5%、促进剂5%、流平分散剂0.5%、硅类消泡剂0.5%、纳米抑菌剂2%、加脂剂1%、丙烯酸乳液6%、柠檬精油2%、环保色素6%、柔软剂1%和抗氧化剂1%。
实施例4
本实施例将皮料修复剂应用到修复工艺中的操作步骤与实施例1一致,区别之处在于:
一种皮料修复剂,包括抗菌型酪素10%、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性氟碳树脂乳液35%、乳化牛油5%、促进剂5%、流平分散剂0.5%、硅类消泡剂0.5%、纳米抑菌剂2%、加脂剂2%、丙烯酸乳液10%、柠檬精油15%、环保色素10%、柔软剂1%和抗氧化剂4%。

1.一种皮料修复剂,其特征在于,包括抗菌型酪素5%~20%、纳米改性填充料30%~50%、乳化牛油10%~15%、促进剂1%~10%、流平分散剂0.5%~1%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、纳米抑菌剂1%~2%、加脂剂1%~2%、丙烯酸乳液1%~10%、植物精油1%~15%、环保色素5~10%、柔软剂1~5%和抗氧化剂1~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮料修复剂,其特征在于,所述纳米改性填充料包括但不限于纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性丙烯酸树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性脂肪族聚氨酯树脂乳液和纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性聚丙烯酰胺乳液、纳米二氧化硅粒子杂化改性氟碳树脂乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮料修复剂,其特征在于,所述植物精油为柠檬精油、檀香精油、玫瑰香油、香草精油、迷迭香精油的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮料修复剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂或硅类消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮料修复剂,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为水或醇、醛、酮类液体有机溶剂。
6.一种皮料修复剂的修复工艺,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
1)先将吸水干布均匀擦拭皮料瑕疵处,风干后打磨皮料瑕疵处,涂胶对接后,在瑕疵处的背面垫有大于瑕疵处创伤尺寸且软度相一致的无纺布用3M胶水粘好,在常温下晾干;
2)在自然光线下,用皮料修复剂调色后,修复瑕疵处痕迹,在常温下晾干;
3)反复用分装瓶涂抹皮料修复剂、晾干、打磨找平,直至瑕疵处完全平齐光滑;
4)将皮料进行全面的抗摩擦、固色、打蜡、抛光处理,直至皮料表面色泽、光泽一致、成膜连续,最后将皮料烘干,修复完成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种皮料修复剂的修复工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中的晾干为在通风、无尘以及避光环境下进行。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种皮料修复剂的修复工艺,其特征在于,所述打磨为细砂纸打磨。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种皮料修复剂的修复工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中的烘干为红外线恒温烘干。
