本发明公开了一种具有收线功能的充电桩,涉及充电桩技术领域。本发明包括箱体;箱体内转动连接有两丝杠;箱体一相对内壁间滑动连接有辅助机构和收线机构;箱体内壁固定有齿条;辅助机构包括两固定板;两固定板间转动连接有两导线轮;一固定板固定有安装板,安装板固定有与丝杠配合的丝杠螺母;收线机构包括穿线管;穿线管一端转动连接有绕线管;穿线管固定有与另一丝杠配合的螺母;绕线管外壁固定有两转盘和一齿轮环;齿轮环与齿条啮合;两转盘间连接有若干支撑杆。本发明通过设置辅助机构和收线机构,利用绕线管带动转盘转动,通过支撑杆实现对连接线的缠绕收纳;解决了现有充电桩连接线易老化或损坏,影响使用寿命和安全性的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于充电桩技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有收线功能的充电桩。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的普及,充电桩需求量也日益增长。现有的充电桩本体一般安装于室外,且充电连接线较重,给使用者带来了很大的不便。
同时,充电连接线常暴露在充电桩外部,长期暴露于室外容易造成充电连接线表皮老化,影响使用的安全性。
并且充电桩在不使用时,充电连接线充电插头搁置于充电桩上,而连接线则散落在充电桩周围的地面上,易被汽车碾压碰撞而导致损坏或使用寿命下降,同时也存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有收线功能的充电桩,通过设置辅助机构和收线机构,利用绕线管带动转盘转动,通过支撑杆实现对连接线的缠绕收纳;解决了现有充电桩连接线易老化或损坏,影响使用寿命和安全性的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种具有收线功能的充电桩,包括箱体;所述箱体内底面转动连接有两丝杠;所述箱体一相对内壁间滑动连接有辅助机构和收线机构;所述箱体另一内壁固定连接有齿条,以及开设有过线孔;
两所述丝杠均竖直设置,且下端均固定连接有丝杠齿轮;一所述丝杠齿轮连接有驱动装置;
所述辅助机构包括并排设置的固定板;两所述固定板间转动连接有两导线轮;一所述固定板侧面固定连接有安装板;另一所述固定板侧面固定连接有固定杆;
所述安装板和固定杆分别与箱体内壁滑动连接;所述安装板表面开设有通孔,且通孔内固定连接有与丝杠配合的丝杠螺母;

本发明通过收线机构上的绕线管连接转盘和齿轮,通过丝杠带动收线机构移动,利用齿轮和齿条啮合,带动绕线管转动,实现通过两转盘间的支撑杆对连接线进行缠绕收纳,提高了对充电桩连接线的防护效果,避免了连接线暴露易老化,以及易被碾压损坏的情况发生,有效的提高了连接线的使用寿命,保证了连接线使用的安全性。

请参阅图1-3所示,本发明为一种具有收线功能的充电桩,包括箱体1;箱体1固定在地基或墙壁等固定面上。箱体1内底面通过轴承座转动连接有两个丝杠2;箱体1一相对内壁间滑动连接有辅助机构和收线机构,箱体1可单独隔离出一个腔室,用于安装辅助机构和收线机构。箱体1另一内壁通过支架焊接或螺钉连接有齿条101,以及在箱体1内壁开设有过线孔102。
两个丝杠2均竖直设置,且下端均固定连接有丝杠齿轮201;其中一个丝杠齿轮201连接有驱动装置202;驱动装置202可为电机,电机通过电机架安装在箱体1内底面,电机的输出轴固定连接有与丝杠齿轮201啮合的主动齿轮,从而通过电机带动丝杠2转动。
如图3和4所示,辅助机构包括并排设置的固定板3;两个固定板3间转动连接有两个导线轮301,两个导线轮301成上下分布。其中一个固定板3侧面焊接有安装板302;另一个固定板3侧面焊接有固定杆303。安装板302和固定杆303分别与箱体1内壁通过滑块导轨机构滑动连接。安装板302表面开设有通孔,且通孔内固定连接有与丝杠2配合的丝杠螺母304,通过丝杠2的转动可实现辅助机构整体的上下移动。
如图3和5所示,收线机构包括穿线管4;穿线管4一端与箱体1内壁通过滑块导轨机构滑动连接,且另一端通过轴承转动连接有绕线管401。绕线管401一端与箱体1另一内壁通过滑块机构滑动连接。穿线管4开设有贯通孔402,且贯通孔内固定连接有与另一个丝杠2配合的螺母;穿线管4侧壁开设有穿线孔403,其中,穿线孔403位于靠近导线轮301的一侧。
绕线管401外壁焊接有两个转盘5;绕线管401侧壁开设有出线孔404;出线孔404位于两转盘5之间;绕线管401外壁焊接或螺钉连接有齿轮环405;齿轮环405与齿条101啮合;两个转盘5间连接有若干支撑杆501。
充电桩内的连接线有两个导线轮301间穿过,再通过穿线孔403穿入穿线管4内,并由绕线管401上的出线孔404穿出,再由任意两个支撑杆501间穿入,最后通过箱体1上的过线孔102穿出,并连接充电插头。
当需要对连接线进行收纳时,驱动装置202带动丝杆2转动,两个丝杠2通过丝杠齿轮201啮合传动,实现两丝杠2转动方向相反,从而使得辅助机构朝上移动,而收线机构朝下移动,收线机构朝下移动,则通过齿轮环405与齿条101啮合使得绕线管401转动,继而通过转盘5转动,将连接线缠绕在支撑杆的外侧,同时逐渐充电桩下部移动,同步将连接线拉入充电桩内部。而此时,辅助机构朝上移动,通过导线轮301将充电桩底部到绕线管401间的连接线拉起,防止底部的连接线发生缠绕的情况,从而实现对连接线整体的额收纳。
当需要放线时,辅助机构和收线机构反向移动,收线机构的绕线管401反向转动,使得缠绕的连接线松脱,并逐渐朝过线孔102移动,便于将连接线放出充电桩。此时,辅助机构逐渐下降,将连接线放下,满足收线机构上升对连接线的长度需求。
作为优选方案,如图5和6所示,两个转盘5的侧面均均布开设有若干滑槽502;滑槽502沿转盘5半径方向开设,并滑动连接有滑块503,滑槽502横截面形状可为燕尾形或T形。滑块503远离绕线管401的一侧固定连接有弹簧504,且弹簧504另一端与滑槽502内壁固定连接;支撑杆501的两端分别与两个转盘5上的滑块503连接,通过弹簧504使得支撑杆501保持远离绕线管401的位置,当缠绕连接线时,在弹簧504的作用下支撑杆501能始终保持对连接线具有良好的膨胀效果,使得连接线缠绕更加紧密可靠,避免连接线产生意外脱了的情况发生。
同时,支撑杆501与滑块503间转动连接,并且若干滑槽502沿绕线管401圆周阵列,支撑杆501与滑块503间转动连接,使得支撑杆501可自由转动,可减小与连接线间的摩擦,滑槽502沿绕线管401圆周阵列,使得支撑杆501的分布均匀,从而提高对连接线缠绕的稳定性和可靠性。
