本发明涉及一种用于玻璃磨边机的巡边系统,包括连接板、固定立柱、双导柱气缸、气缸固定板、行程开关固定板、行程开关、触碰杆固定块和触碰杆,所述连接板安装在磨边机的磨头侧面,固定立柱垂直设置在连接板的侧面,双导柱气缸通过气缸固定板垂直安装在固定立柱侧面,双导柱气缸的移动端下方设有行程开关固定板,行程开关固定板下方设有行程开关,行程开关的头部设有触碰杆固定块,触碰杆固定块上设有触碰杆。本发明的有益效果是:采用气动控制,方便维修,机构采用铝制件,不会发生锈蚀现象,行程开关及时收回可以避免碰伤玻璃表面,使磨边质量得到保证,生产成本大大降低。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃磨边机设计领域,特别涉及一种用于玻璃磨边机的巡边系统。
背景技术
玻璃磨边设备工作时需要对玻璃的位置进行检测,现有设备的巡边系统中采用将行程开关固定在移动磨头上,这种结构中行程开关始终与玻璃接触,行程开关极容易损坏,而且容易损伤玻璃,造成加工效率不高,钢化玻璃易破等缺陷。因此急需一种可以检测玻璃位置且不会损坏玻璃表面的机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,满足玻璃磨边设备运行稳定且提高加工效率的要求,提供一种用于玻璃磨边机的巡边系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于玻璃磨边机的巡边系统,包括连接板、固定立柱、双导柱气缸、气缸固定板、行程开关固定板、行程开关、触碰杆固定块和触碰杆;
所述连接板安装在磨边机的磨头侧面,固定立柱垂直设置在连接板的侧面,双导柱气缸通过气缸固定板垂直安装在固定立柱侧面,实现巡边系统与磨边机构的联动;
所述双导柱气缸的移动端下方设有行程开关固定板,行程开关固定板下方设有行程开关,行程开关的头部设有触碰杆固定块,触碰杆固定块上设有触碰杆,双导柱气缸驱动行程开关进行上下运动。
工作原理:
双导柱气缸移动端伸出,带动行程开关与触碰杆跟随磨边机进行检测,当到达检测区,检测到玻璃时,行程开关将信号传递给磨边设备的控制系统;
双导柱气缸移动端收回,将行程开关与触碰杆脱离玻璃表面;
进行磨边操作。
本发明的有益效果是:本机构采用气动控制,操作简单,方便维修,机构采用铝制件,不会发生锈蚀现象,行程开关及时收回可以避免碰伤玻璃表面,使磨边质量得到保证,生产成本大大降低。
