技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件,具体涉及一种阻尼可调式减震器。
背景技术
减震器是汽车的重要零部件之一,主要用于汽车行驶过程中的减震,既可以对车体进行保护,又能够提供良好的驾驶体验,传统的减震器在生产完成后,其减震的阻尼力就已经设定好,无法改变,但是当车辆行驶在不同路况的路面上时,其振动的程度是不同的,单一的阻尼力不能带来最适合的减震效果,因此,市面上也出现了许多阻尼可以调节的减震器,但是其结构普遍十分复杂,生产加工难度大,而且阻尼调节的操作十分麻烦。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,设计合理,能够方便地对减震器的阻尼进行调节的减震器。
为此,本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
阻尼可调式减震器,包括贮液筒,在所述贮液筒内设置有工作缸,所述工作缸内活动设置有活塞杆,其特征在于:在所述工作缸的上开设有第一流道,所述第一流道与贮液筒内的第二流道连通,所述第二流道的一端开设有流通孔,所述流通孔与贮液筒内的贮液槽连通,对应所述流通孔处设置有转动件,所述转动件可转动地设置在安装座内,所述转动件的底端的侧壁可对所述连通孔进行局部遮挡,所述转动件的底端具有斜面。
所述转动件上缠绕有电磁线圈,所述安装座内配置有与所述电磁线圈配合的磁铁。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点为:1、结构简单、设计合理,能够实现规模化生产;2、通过设置转动件,且在转动件的底端设置斜面,使得转动件底端侧壁的高度呈一定变化,随着转动件的转动,其底端对流通孔的遮挡面积会逐渐发生变化,对流通孔处流通面积的大小进行调节,也就有效实现了减震器阻尼的调节。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明公开的阻尼可调式减震器,包括贮液筒1,在所述贮液筒1内设置有工作缸3,所述工作缸3内活动设置有活塞杆4,在所述工作缸3的上开设有第一流道5,所述第一流道5与贮液筒1内的第二流道6连通,所述第二流道6的一端开设有流通孔7,所述流通孔7与贮液筒1内的贮液槽2连通,对应所述流通孔7处设置有转动件8,所述转动件8可转动地设置在安装座11内,所述转动件8的底端的侧壁可对所述连通孔7进行局部遮挡,所述转动件7的底端具有斜面10,转动件7可以连接调节手柄9,控制转动件7转动。进一步的,所述转动件7上缠绕有电磁线圈,所述安装座11内配置有与所述电磁线圈配合的磁铁,通过控制对电磁线圈通电产生磁性,进而与磁铁配合带动转动件7转动至所需的角度,实现自动化控制调节。
本发明的这种结构,通过设置转动件8,且在转动件8的底端设置斜面10,使得转动件8底端侧壁的高度呈一定变化,随着转动件8的转动,其底端对流通孔7的遮挡面积会逐渐发生变化,对流通孔7处流通面积的大小进行调节,也就有效实现了减震器阻尼的调节,调节操作十分方便,且结构简单,便于减震器的加工生产。

1.阻尼可调式减震器,包括贮液筒,在所述贮液筒内设置有工作缸,所述工作缸内活动设置有活塞杆,其特征在于:在所述工作缸的上开设有第一流道,所述第一流道与贮液筒内的第二流道连通,所述第二流道的一端开设有流通孔,所述流通孔与贮液筒内的贮液槽连通,对应所述流通孔处设置有转动件,所述转动件可转动地设置在安装座内,所述转动件的底端的侧壁可对所述连通孔进行局部遮挡,所述转动件的底端具有斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻尼可调式减震器,其特征在于所述转动件上缠绕有电磁线圈,所述安装座内配置有与所述电磁线圈配合的磁铁。
