基础油为聚α-烯烃油、酯类油、硅油、氟油和氟氯油中的至少两种。
特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80等表面活性剂混合而成。
特殊阴离子型表面活性剂是由至少一种脂肪酸、至少一种胺盐和至少一种磷脂,所述脂肪酸为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、辛酸、癸酸、月桂酸中的至少一种,所述胺盐为硫酸铵、氯化铵、硫酸氢铵、溴化铵中的至少一种,所述磷脂由磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺中的任一种。
在本实施例中,一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂复合包20份,
特种耦合剂5份,
基础油50份,
特殊阴离子型表面活性剂20份,
水余量。

水溶性防锈剂复合包10-20份,
特种耦合剂3-5份,
基础油30-50份,
特殊阴离子型表面活性剂10-20份,
水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于,所述环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂复合包10份,
特种耦合剂3份,
基础油30份,
特殊阴离子型表面活性剂10份,
水余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于,所述环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂复合包20份,

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于:所述水溶性防锈剂复合包包括水溶性防锈剂和特殊胺类,所述水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠、苯甲酸钠、苹甲酸胺、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种,所述特殊胺为一种有机胺,且所述特殊胺为异丁酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二亚乙基三胺、六亚甲基四胺、六亚甲基亚胺、3-甲氧基苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺、三亚乙基二胺、聚丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺、3,5-二甲基苯胺、邻硝基对甲苯胺、2,4-二硝基苯胺中的至少两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于:所述基础油为聚α-烯烃油、酯类油、硅油、氟油和氟氯油中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于:所述特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80等表面活性剂混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车焊接防飞溅液,其特征在于:所述特殊阴离子型表面活性剂是由至少一种脂肪酸、至少一种胺盐和至少一种磷脂,所述脂肪酸为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、辛酸、癸酸、月桂酸中的至少一种,所述胺盐为硫酸铵、氯化铵、硫酸氢铵、溴化铵中的至少一种,所述磷脂由磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺中的任一种。
