5. A method of preparing the anthocyanin-rich Vitis davidii plant extract preparation of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
step one, juicing fresh vitis davidii by using a juicer, and collecting vitis davidii residues for later use;
step two, extracting the vitis amurensis slag, and removing grease in the vitis amurensis slag to obtain an extracting solution rich in anthocyanin; purifying the extracting solution rich in anthocyanin to obtain an extract, and drying the extract to obtain anthocyanin powder;
and step three, uniformly mixing the anthocyanin powder prepared in the step two with the Vitis davidii seed powder, the lycopene, the vitamins and the tea polyphenol according to a ratio to prepare the Vitis davidii plant extract preparation rich in anthocyanin.
6. The method of preparing an anthocyanin-rich Vitis davidii plant extract preparation of claim 5, wherein: and in the second step, drying the extract by adopting a microwave drying method or a freeze-drying method.
7. The method of preparing an anthocyanin-rich Vitis davidii plant extract preparation of claim 5, wherein: the preparation process of the anthocyanin-rich extracting solution obtained in the second step comprises the following steps:
putting the vitis davidii residues into an extraction kettle, adding a tetrafluoroethane solution until the vitis davidii residues are submerged, starting extraction, wherein the extraction temperature is 30-40 ℃, the extraction pressure is 20-30MPa, the extraction time is 10-30min, then separating in a separation kettle, the separation temperature is 30-45 ℃, the separation pressure is 10-15MPa, the separation time is 30-60min, obtaining oil in the separation kettle, adding the extract liquid from which the oil is removed into a molecular distiller, setting the vacuum degree in the molecular distiller to be 1.0-2.0Pa, the temperature to be 120-150 ℃ and the rotating speed of a rotary brush membrane to be 1200r/min, until the oil is completely collected by a heavy phase collection tank and a light phase collection tank, and obtaining the anthocyanin-rich extract liquid from which the oil is completely removed.

The method of preparing an anthocyanin-rich Vitis davidii plant extract preparation of claim 7, wherein the Vitis davidii seed powder is prepared by the following process: and (3) mixing the grease collected by the heavy phase collection tank and the light phase collection tank in the step two with swim bladder collagen and maltodextrin, homogenizing under the high pressure of 30-33MPa for 1-3h, and performing spray drying to obtain the spine grape seed powder.
