Background
The chopsticks are only two very simple small thin sticks, but have the functions of picking, poking, clamping, stirring, raking and the like, are convenient to use, are high in quality and low in price, various moulds can grow on the chopsticks used for a long time, and the mild chopsticks can cause digestive system diseases such as infectious diarrhea, vomiting and the like. The chopsticks which are seriously mildewed breed the aflatoxin, and the substance is widely recognized to induce liver cancer. The cleaning and disinfection are usually carried out in two ways, one is a physical way, generally, high-temperature liquid or gas is used for cleaning and disinfecting utensils, the other is a chemical way, chemical agents are used for cleaning and disinfecting utensils, and tableware is generally cleaned and disinfected in the former way, and the physical way is non-toxic and harmless, so that toxic substances cannot be brought to human bodies.
For places with more diners such as restaurants, the work of cleaning and disinfecting a large number of chopsticks after meals is a little trouble, the chopsticks are cleaned in the places with diners such as restaurants, oil stains and mold on the surfaces of the chopsticks are washed by hands, wherein the oil stains and the mold on the surfaces of the chopsticks cannot be thoroughly cleaned by manual washing, and the disinfection is also an initial scalding disinfection by using boiled water, so that the chopsticks are not thoroughly disinfected.
Therefore, there is a need for a chopstick scrubbing device capable of thoroughly scrubbing greasy dirt and mold on the surface of chopsticks and further disinfecting the surface of chopsticks with ozone, which is highly effective in decontamination.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chopstick scrubbing device which needs to be capable of thoroughly scrubbing oil stains and mould fungi on the surfaces of chopsticks and further disinfecting the surfaces of the chopsticks by using ozone, so as to solve the problems that the oil stains and mould fungi on the surfaces of the chopsticks cannot be thoroughly cleaned by manual scrubbing, and the chopsticks cannot be thoroughly disinfected by boiling water due to the fact that the chopsticks are not thoroughly disinfected.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a chopstick scrubbing device capable of efficiently removing dirt comprises a cleaning box body, a cleaning mechanism and a turning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism is connected to one side of the cleaning box body and used for cleaning greasy dirt on the surface of chopsticks, and the turning mechanism is connected to one side of the cleaning mechanism and used for turning and rotating the chopsticks.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning mechanism comprises a material placing frame, a mounting frame, a first fixed rod, a sliding plate, a cleaning frame, a sponge block, a first rack, a guide plate, a servo motor, a rotating shaft, a first power gear, a second power gear and a second rack, wherein the material placing frame is fixedly connected to one side of a cleaning box body, the mounting frame is connected to one side of the material placing frame, one side of the mounting frame is connected with one side of the cleaning box body, the first fixed rod is connected to one side of the material placing frame, the sliding plate is connected in a sliding groove formed in the side of the cleaning box body in a sliding mode, the cleaning frame is connected to one side of the sliding plate, the sponge block is installed on one side of the cleaning frame, the first rack is installed on one side of the cleaning box body, the guide plate is installed on one side of the cleaning box body, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the upper surface of the cleaning box body through a bearing, a first power gear is installed on one side of the rotating shaft and meshed with teeth of a first rack, a second power gear is connected on one side of the rotating shaft, a second rack is connected in a sliding groove formed in the mounting frame in a sliding mode, and the teeth of the second rack are meshed with the second power gear.
According to a preferred technical scheme, the turning mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a telescopic rod, a poking block and a telescopic spring, one side of a second rack is connected with the connecting rod, the telescopic rod is connected in a groove formed in one side of the connecting rod in a sliding mode, the poking block is installed on one side of the telescopic rod, the telescopic spring is sleeved on the telescopic rod between the poking block and the connecting rod, and one side of the telescopic spring is connected with the connecting rod and the poking block respectively.

The invention realizes the function of carrying out ozone disinfection on the chopsticks after the cleaning is finished, and the chopsticks can generate ozone by using the ozone generator and then are conveyed to the inside of the cleaning box body through the ozone conveying pipeline for carrying out ozone disinfection.
3. The invention can keep the water transportation in the cleaning process, thereby cleaning the oil stain rubbed off the chopsticks; the conveying pipe can move left and right along with the fixed clamping seat fixedly connected to the cleaning frame, so that when cleaning is achieved, clean water can be conveyed to wash away oil stains and mold washed out by the chopsticks.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
A chopstick scrubbing device capable of efficiently removing dirt is shown in figures 1-6 and comprises a cleaning box body 1, a cleaning mechanism 2 and a turning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism 2 is connected to the upper portion of the inner side of the cleaning box body 1 and used for cleaning greasy dirt on the surface of chopsticks, and the turning mechanism is connected to the left portion of the cleaning mechanism 2 and used for turning the chopsticks to rotate so as to clean the surfaces of the chopsticks more thoroughly.
The cleaning mechanism 2 comprises a material placing frame 201, a mounting frame 2011, a first fixing rod 202, a sliding plate 203, a cleaning frame 204, a sponge block 205, a first rack 206, a guide plate 207, a servo motor 208, a rotating shaft 209, a first power gear 210, a second power gear 211 and a second rack 212, the inner side of the cleaning box body 1 is fixedly connected with the material placing frame 201, the mounting frame 2011 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the left part of the material placing frame 201, the front end and the rear end of the mounting frame 2011 are fixedly connected with the inner side of the cleaning box body 1, the inner sides of the front end and the rear end of the material placing frame 201 are fixedly connected with the first fixing rod 202, the sliding plate 203 is connected in a sliding groove arranged in the front inside of the cleaning box body 1 in a sliding mode, the cleaning frame 204 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the rear part of the sliding plate 203, the sponge block 205 is fixedly arranged at, sliding connection has rack 206 in the notch that deflector 207 opened has, wash the upper left portion fixed mounting of box 1 has servo motor 208, be connected with axis of rotation 209 on servo motor 208's the output shaft, axis of rotation 209 passes through the bearing and is connected with the upper surface rotation who washs box 1, the middle part fixed mounting of axis of rotation 209 has power gear 210 and the tooth meshing of rack 206, the bottom of axis of rotation 209 is rotated and is connected with two power gears 211, sliding connection has rack two 212 and the tooth meshing of rack two 212 and two power gears 211 in the spout that mounting bracket 2011 opened.

When the chopsticks are needed to be cleaned, the chopsticks can be placed on the cleaning mechanism 2 on the cleaning box body 1, the chopsticks can be cleaned in a scrubbing mode through the cleaning mechanism 2, meanwhile, the turning mechanism can be driven to turn from the bottoms of the chopsticks, the chopsticks are rotated, and the cleaning mechanism 2 can thoroughly clean the chopsticks.
When the chopsticks to be cleaned are put into the cleaning rack 204, the servo motor 208 is started to rotate reversely, the rotating shaft 209 is driven to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the servo motor 208, the first power gear 210 is driven to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the rotating shaft 209, the first rack 206 is driven to move leftwards by the reverse rotation of the first power gear 210, by moving the rack one 206 to the left, the wash rack 204 and the sponge block 205 will also move to the left, when the sponge block 205 touches the frame of the material placing frame 201, the sponge block 205 is squeezed, and when the sponge block 205 moves a certain distance to the left, will be separated from the frame of the material placing frame 201 and contact with the surface of the chopsticks, and will perform the scrubbing operation to the chopsticks, after the cleaning is finished once, the servo motor 208 is controlled to rotate forwards, so that the rack I206 can drive the cleaning frame 204 and the sponge block 205 to move rightwards for resetting, the sponge block 205 can scrub the chopsticks again in the resetting process, and oil stains on the chopsticks can be scrubbed more thoroughly.
The reverse rotation of the rotating shaft 209 can drive the reverse rotation of the second power gear 211, the second power gear 211 can drive the second rack 212 to move backwards, the second rack 212 can drive the expansion spring 216 and the poking block 215 to move backwards through the connecting rod 213, the sponge block 205 on the top can be propped against the top of the chopsticks to scrub, and the poking block 215 can be propped against the bottom of the chopsticks to continue to move backwards through the expansion spring 216. As the chopsticks are round chopsticks, the chopsticks can rotate and turn over through the matching of the sponge block 205 and the poking block 215, and the effect of turning over and cleaning the chopsticks is achieved.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 7-8, the cleaning device further comprises a water delivery mechanism 3, the water delivery mechanism 3 comprises a water tank 301, a fixing plate 302, a rotating rod 303, a conveying wheel 304, a torsion spring 305, a water delivery pipe 306, a fixing clamping seat 307 and a water diversion pipe 308, the left part of the cleaning box 1 is fixedly connected with the water tank 301, the front side and the rear side of the left end of the cleaning box 1 are fixedly connected with the fixing plates 302, the left parts of the two fixing plates 302 are movably connected with the rotating rod 303, the middle part of the rotating rod 303 is fixedly provided with the conveying wheel 304, the torsion spring 305 is sleeved on the front side and the rear side of the conveying wheel 304 and the rotating rod 303 between the two fixing plates 302, two ends of the two torsion springs 305 are respectively connected with the inner sides of the conveying wheel 304 and the two fixing plates 302, the water delivery pipe 306 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rear end of the, inside conduit 306 entered into cleaning box 1, the one end fixed connection that water tank 301 was kept away from to conduit 306 was on wash rack 204, the fixed cassette 307 of rear end fixedly connected with of wash rack 204, fixed cassette 307 division certain notch and conduit 306 fixed connection, two rows of distributive pipes 308 of the one end fixedly connected with that water tank 301 was kept away from to conduit 306.

When the cleaned chopsticks need to be sterilized, ozone can be generated by wiping with the ozone generator 502, and then the ozone is conveyed to the cleaning box body 1 through the ozone conveying pipeline 503, so that the inside of the cleaning box body 1 can be sterilized and sterilized.
