Background
At present, when a roast net is cleaned in a roast store, the roast net is placed in a roast net cleaning machine by workers, the roast net is cleaned by a rotary brush roller, the roast net is generally formed by braiding transverse and longitudinal steel wires, the rotary brush roller cannot be cleaned at the mutual contact position of the transverse and longitudinal steel wires, the roast net is not clean, the use is affected, and the brush roller is difficult to clean dirt such as vegetable leaves which are parallel to the brush roller and wound on the steel wires of the roast net, so that the dirt is required to be broken firstly to be cleaned conveniently, and the brush roller is attached to the dirt to affect the cleaning effect of the follow-up roast net after long-term cleaning.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the use is affected due to uncleanness of the baking net caused by the fact that the rotating brush roller cannot be cleaned at the contact position of the transverse steel wires and the longitudinal steel wires, the invention provides the baking net cleaning equipment capable of deeply cleaning.
The technical proposal is as follows: the baking net cleaning equipment capable of being deeply cleaned comprises a bottom foot, a first mounting plate, a collecting box, a transmission unit, a primary cleaning unit and a deep cleaning unit; the top parts of the six feet are fixedly connected with a first mounting plate; the middle part of the upper side of the first mounting plate is fixedly connected with a collecting box; the upper side of the first mounting plate is connected with a transmission unit, and the transmission unit is used for transmitting the baking net; the right part of the upper side of the first mounting plate is connected with a preliminary cleaning unit, and the preliminary cleaning unit is used for preliminarily cleaning the baking net and cleaning most of dirt of the baking net; the left part of the upper side of the first mounting plate is connected with a deep cleaning unit, and the deep cleaning unit is used for deeply cleaning the baking net and cleaning dirt at the contact part of the steel wires.
Preferably, the transmission unit comprises a first mounting frame, a first electric sliding rail, a first electric sliding block and a material plate; the upper side of the first mounting plate is fixedly connected with two first mounting frames which are arranged in a front-back symmetrical manner; the upper sides of the two first installation racks are fixedly connected with a first electric sliding rail respectively; the two first electric sliding rails are respectively connected with a first electric sliding block in a sliding way; the upper sides of the two first electric sliding blocks are respectively fixedly connected with a material plate.

Preferably, the brush cleaning device further comprises a brush cleaning unit; the brush cleaning unit comprises a sixteenth mounting plate and a cleaning frame; a sixteenth mounting plate is fixedly connected to the left part between the two fourth mounting frames; the right part of the sixteenth mounting plate is fixedly connected with a cleaning frame.
Preferably, the right part of the cleaning frame is provided with a plurality of grooves for cleaning dirt on the first electric brush roller.
The beneficial effects are that: the deep cleaning of the baking net is realized, dirt such as vegetable leaves wound on steel wires of the baking net is firstly broken, then the brush roller is cleaned, the cleaning effect is enhanced, then the contact part of the steel wires of the baking net is opened, and then the baking net is cleaned for the second time, so that the baking net is ensured to be clean without dirt residues, and in addition, the brush roller is cleaned in time, so that the cleaning effect of the follow-up baking net is prevented from being influenced.

The lower part of the second pressing plate 4021 is made of flexible materials and is used for preventing the baking net from being crushed.
During operation, the two ends of the baking net to be cleaned are placed on the two material plates 204 by a worker, then the two first electric sliding rails 202 are controlled to start to drive the two first electric sliding blocks 203 to move leftwards, the two first electric sliding blocks 203 drive the two material plates 204 and the baking net to move leftwards, the baking net moves under the first electric brush roller 3015, the first electric brush roller 3015 is controlled to start when the first electric brush roller 3015 rotates, the upper bristles brush the dirt on the baking net, but the phenomenon of cleaning leakage of the bristles exists for vegetable leaves and the like wound on steel wires distributed around the baking net, so before the baking net moves under the first electric brush roller 3015, the baking net is firstly enabled to stop under the elastic steel wires 3012, then the starting cylinder 302 is controlled to drive the third mounting bracket 303, the second electric sliding rail 304, the second electric sliding blocks 305, the second mounting plate 306, the first pressing plate 307, the first spring telescopic rod 308, the convex rod 309, the third mounting plate 3010, the wave plate 3011 and a plurality of elastic steel wires move downwards, so that the first pressing plate 307 contacts with the baking net, the first pressing plate 307 presses the places contacted with the plurality of elastic steel wires 3012 on the baking net, then the second electric sliding rail 304 is controlled to start to drive the second electric sliding block 305 to move backwards, the second electric sliding block 305 drives the second mounting plate 306, the first pressing plate 307, the first spring telescopic rod 308 and the convex rod 309 to move backwards, so that the first pressing plate 307 presses the plurality of elastic steel wires 3012 on the baking net from front to back, the plurality of elastic steel wires 3012 contact with steel wires distributed in the front-back direction of the baking net, dirt such as vegetable leaves wound on the steel wires distributed in the front-back direction of the baking net is crushed, the convex rod 309 is forced to move left and right by the wave plate 3011 when the convex rod 309 drives the first pressing plate 307 to slide left and right on the second electric sliding block 305, meanwhile, the first spring telescopic rod 308 is compressed in a reciprocating manner, the first pressing plate 307 moves left and right to drive the plurality of elastic steel wires 3012 to move left and right in a reciprocating manner, so that the plurality of elastic steel wires 3012 can be contacted with steel wires distributed in the front-rear direction, the treatment effect is ensured, and dirt such as vegetable leaves wound on steel wires distributed in the front-rear direction of the baking net can be easily scrubbed when passing through the first electric brush roller 3015.

after the second electric brush roller 406 moves from the left end of the baking net to the right end of the baking net, the fourth electric sliding rail 408 is controlled to be started to drive the fourth electric sliding block 409 to move downwards for resetting, then the baking net is controlled to move leftwards so that a plurality of arc rods 4014 are positioned below meshes of the baking net, then the fourth electric sliding rail 408 is controlled to be started to drive the fourth electric sliding block 409 to move upwards so that the upper parts of a plurality of arc rods 4014 are positioned above the baking net, then the third electric sliding rail 403 is controlled to be started to drive the third electric sliding block 404 to move leftwards so that the second electric brush roller 406 and the two sixth mounting plates 407 move leftwards, the two poking assemblies are linked in the moving process of the two sixth mounting plates 407 so that the plurality of arc rods 4014 rotate, the arc rods 4014 rotate to press down the steel wires distributed in the front-back direction by taking the front-back view as a reference, so that the other part of the steel wires distributed in the front-back direction is not contacted with the steel wires distributed in the left-right direction, and then the part can be scrubbed cleanly in the process of moving the second electric brush roller 406 to the left; when the rear sixth mounting plate 407 moves leftwards, the rear sixth mounting plate 407 contacts with the fifteenth mounting plate 4027 at the right part of the upper side of the fourteenth mounting plate 4025, then drives the fifteenth mounting plate 4027 at the right part to move leftwards, the fifteenth mounting plate 4027 at the right part drives the fourteenth mounting plate 4025 and the second rack 4026 to move leftwards, and the movement is stopped when the fourteenth mounting plate 4025 contacts with the twelfth mounting plate 4022 at the left side, at the moment, the second rack 4026 just drives a plurality of first gears 4012 to rotate anticlockwise, the plurality of first gears 4012 drive a plurality of eighth mounting plates 4013 to rotate, the plurality of eighth mounting plates 4013 drive a plurality of arc rods 4014 to rotate and press down steel wire pieces distributed in the front-rear direction, then, when the rear sixth mounting plate 407 continues to move leftwards, the fifteenth mounting plate 4027 on the left is driven to rotate anticlockwise around the torsion spring rotating shaft, and when the sixth mounting plate 407 passes by, the fifteenth mounting plate 4027 rotates and returns under the action of the torsion spring; in addition, the cleaned dirt falls into a collecting box for collection; so that the cleaning of the place where the baking net contacts the transverse steel wires and the longitudinal steel wires is completed, and the cleaning of the baking net is ensured.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 16-17, a brush cleaning unit is further included; the brush cleaning unit comprises a sixteenth mounting plate 501 and a cleaning frame 502; a sixteenth mounting plate 501 is fixedly connected to the left part between the two fourth mounting frames 3013; the right part of the sixteenth mounting plate 501 is fixedly connected with a cleaning frame 502.
The right part of the cleaning frame 502 is provided with a plurality of grooves for cleaning dirt on the first electric brush roller 3015.
The first electric brush roller 3015 can retain the dirt brushed off, so a cleaning frame 502 is arranged on the left side of the first electric brush roller 3015, when the first electric brush roller 3015 rotates, the first electric brush roller 3015 contacts with the right end of the cleaning frame 502, and the cleaning frame 502 scrapes off the dirt on the first electric brush roller 3015, so that the brushing effect of the first electric brush roller 3015 on a subsequent baking net is ensured.
