4. A sterilising apparatus for the production of medical swabs as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising an automatic feed mechanism (5), the automatic feed mechanism (5) comprising:
the mounting seat (51) is arranged on one side of the top of the supporting seat (2);
the upper part of the mounting seat (51) is provided with an air cylinder (52), and a telescopic rod of the air cylinder (52) is connected with a push rod (53);
the storage frame (54) is connected to the top of the supporting seat (2), and the discharging frame (9) is connected with the lower portion of the storage frame (54) in a sliding mode.
5. A sterilising apparatus for the production of medical swabs as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a sealing sterilising means (6), the sealing sterilising means (6) comprising:
the bottom of the push rod (53) is connected with the first wedge-shaped block (61);
the fixing frames (64) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the steam disinfection cavity (42), the inner sides of the fixing frames (64) are both connected with second wedge-shaped blocks (62) in a sliding mode, and the second wedge-shaped blocks (62) are matched with the first wedge-shaped blocks (61);
2 first return springs (63) are connected between the second wedge-shaped block (62) and the inner side of the fixing frame (64) on the same side;
the connecting rods (65) are connected between two sides of the first wedge-shaped block (61) on the same transverse side;
the bottom of the second wedge block (62) on the upper side of the third wedge block (67) is symmetrically and slidably connected with the third wedge block (67), and a first limiting spring (68) is connected between the third wedge block (67) and the inner wall of the second wedge block (62);
the buckle (66) is symmetrically arranged at the top of the second wedge-shaped block (62) at the lower side, and the buckle (66) is matched with the third wedge-shaped block (67).
6. A sterilising apparatus for the production of medical swabs, as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a flipping mechanism (7), the flipping mechanism (7) comprising:
the guide rail bracket (71) is arranged on both sides of the upper part of the inner wall of the steam disinfection cavity (42);
the movable frame (72) is connected between the tops of the guide rail frames (71) in a sliding manner, and second return springs (79) are symmetrically connected between one side of the movable frame (72) and the inner wall of the steam disinfection cavity (42);
one side of the movable frame (72) is connected with the shifting lever (73) in a sliding manner, and a second limiting spring (74) is connected between the two sides of the shifting lever (73) and the top of the movable frame (72);
a fifth wedge block (78), wherein the fifth wedge block (78) is connected between the upper parts of the inner walls of the steam disinfection cavity (42), and a fourth wedge block (75) is connected on the fifth wedge block (78);
the turning rod (76) is connected to one side of the movable frame (72) in a sliding mode, and a third limiting spring (77) is connected between the two sides of the turning rod (76) and the top of the movable frame (72).
7. A sterilising apparatus for the production of medical swabs, as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a heat dissipating means (8), the heat dissipating means (8) comprising:
the mounting racks (81) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the supporting seat (2);
the blanking groove plates (82) are connected between the middle parts of the mounting frames (81);
the inner sides of the upper parts of the heat radiation fans (83) and the mounting rack (81) are symmetrically provided with the heat radiation fans (83).
8. A sterilization device for use in the production of medical swabs as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower part of the steam oven (31) is provided with a socket.
