Abstract

本发明涉及马达泵单元。
在本领域中已知一种包括由蜗壳围绕并且安装在电动马达的输出轴上的叶轮的马达泵单元。电动马达被壳体包围,该壳体在与叶轮相对的一侧上由盖子封闭。蜗壳和壳体可以各自形成为一个部件或者可以形成为一个连续的部分。马达泵单元包括用于马达的控制装置,该控制装置布置在壳体的外部。这需要具有带有绝缘导体股线的优质电缆的屏蔽连接器,尤其是当使用变频器时,并且尤其是如果控制装置包括变频器时。
本发明的目的是显著地简化连接器,并且使单元本身能够检测叶轮是否令人满意地工作。这意味着在严重损坏出现或损坏导致严重的维护问题或重启单元的问题之前,单元可以及时停止。
根据本发明,在盖和壳体之间插入延伸部,并且具有电连接线的至少一个元件容纳在延伸部中。
该延伸部也可以是盖的一体部分。在这种情况下,盖足够深以允许其容纳具有电连接线的元件。盖的深度是其侧面沿着叶轮轴线的尺寸。
该延伸部提供足够的空间以使其能够将该至少一个元件结合在该单元中。这样,用于马达的控制装置可以容纳在延伸部中,并且所述控制装置可以通过第一导线连接到马达。马达控制装置也被理解为马达启动电路,该延伸部也被用于容纳用于该目的的电容器。根据本发明,所述延伸部容纳用于感测叶轮的特性的传感器,该传感器通过至少一根第二导线连接到叶轮。传感器可以是感测叶轮的旋转速度的传感器。它也可以是检测排出压力和吸入压力之间的差值的传感器。它可以是检测叶轮振动的传感器,或者是检测由单元承载的流体的温度或叶轮的封装盒或轴承的温度的探针。该延伸部分可以用于容纳与马达泵单元的操作相关的任何有线元件。
第一密封件布置在延伸部和壳体之间,并且同样地,第二密封件确保盖和延伸部之间的密封性,以防止外部湿气进入延伸部和马达。这意味着延伸部和蜗壳中的电线可以更简单,并且不需要能够抵抗湿气。仅需要一根可浸入水中的电缆,即,防潮的电缆,来向延伸部供电。特别地,电缆具有围绕多个导体的橡胶护套,并且如果适用,装备有金属编织屏蔽,而具有它们自己的绝缘套管但没有橡胶护套的股线在延伸部内是足够的。
如果延伸部作为铸造部件被制造,则是理想的,这对于不同类型的泵是相同的。为了允许不同类型的泵中由容纳在延伸部中的一个或多个元件占据的空间,可以提供用于延伸部的延伸件,该延伸件可以与延伸部堆叠并且插入在壳体和延伸部之间以增加盖和马达之间的可用空间。
为了确保用于感测叶轮的特性的传感器能够在不必穿过马达的情况下接近叶轮,至少一根导线穿过在所述壳体的外表面上与壳体一体铸造的烟囱(chimney),该导线将用于感测叶轮的特性的传感器连接到所述叶轮。优选地提供两个烟囱,这些烟囱彼此成180°放置。
优选地,该延伸部被连接到壳体上,以便它可以移动,从而可以接近容纳在所述延伸部中的有线元件和由所述有线元件组成的电路。
其中一个元件通过穿过盖中的套管由导线连接到外部的电源。
保持在蜗壳内侧上的连接导线优选地具有比离开所述蜗壳的导线更简单的设计。
优选地,设置有将元件固定在延伸部中的装置。

用于马达的控制装置10或启动电容器10和传感器11容纳在由盖6和壳体5之间的延伸部限定的空间中,该装置包括连接到马达4的两个端子的两个电连接线12,传感器11具有穿过烟囱15的一个连接线13,烟囱15与蜗壳2铸造在一起,并且具有在其中钻出的孔以穿过线13。套管16穿过盖6。供电电缆17穿过套管16并连接该装置。该电缆由橡胶护套18构成,该护套具有围绕导体股线19的屏蔽,该导体股线简单地配备有绝缘体20,如导线12和13。块21将元件10和11固定在延伸部7中。

Claims (9)
1.一种马达泵单元,包括叶轮(1)、延伸部(7)以及具有电连接线的至少一个元件(11),所述叶轮(1)由蜗壳(2)围绕并且安装在由壳体(5)围绕的电动马达(4)的输出轴(3)上,所述壳体在与所述叶轮(1)相对的一侧上由盖(6)封闭,所述延伸部(7)介于所述盖(6)与所述壳体(5)之间,并且至少一个元件(11)容纳在所述延伸部(7)中,其特征在于,所述至少一个元件(11)通过线连接到所述叶轮(1)并且是用于感测所述叶轮的特性或状态的传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,在所述延伸部(7)与所述壳体(5)之间设置有密封件(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,在盖(6)和延伸部(7)之间设置有第二密封件(8)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,用于延伸部的延伸件介于所述壳体(5)与所述延伸部(7)之间。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,所述至少一个元件是用于感测叶轮温度的探头、用于感测叶轮转速的传感器、用于感测由所述单元承载的液体温度的探头、用于检测排出压力和吸入压力之间的差值的传感器、用于叶轮振动的传感器或用于检测由所述单元承载的流体的温度或叶轮封装盒或轴承的温度的探头。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,所述线穿过作为所述壳体(5)的一部分铸造在所述壳体的外表面上的烟囱(15)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,所述至少一个元件通过导线连接到另一元件或连接到所述单元外部的电源。
8.根据权利要求7所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,保持在所述蜗壳(2)内部的连接导线具有比离开所述单元的导线更简单的设计。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的马达泵单元,其特征在于,设置有将所述元件(11)固定在所述延伸部(7)中的装置(21)。
