Abstract

本发明涉及链轮领域,尤其是连接加强型链轮。该链轮包括轮体和轮齿,轮体上均匀分布有轮齿,所述轮体的平面上转动连接有丝杆,丝杆上螺纹连接有螺纹筒,螺纹筒一端固定在滑块上,滑块滑配连接在轮体的平面上,滑块上固定有弧形夹板,丝杆、螺纹筒、滑块、弧形夹板组成了一个夹紧机构,轮体的同一平面上安装有两个相互对称的夹紧机构,轮体上的轴孔位于两个夹紧机构之间。该发明能够通过旋转丝杆来驱使滑块在轮体的平面上进行滑动。轮体的轴孔两侧的滑块则带动弧形夹板进行夹持或放开。利用弧形夹板来夹持住轴杆,以此增加链轮和轴杆之间的连接强度。

本发明涉及链轮领域,尤其是连接加强型链轮。
背景技术
链轮是一种挂设链条之后,通过旋转来驱动链条的装置。但是现有的链轮只能通过轴孔卡紧轴杆来进行连接。因此链轮与轴杆之间的连接部分较为脆弱。
发明内容
为了克服现有的链轮与轴杆连接结构强度较低的不足,本发明提供了连接加强型链轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种连接加强型链轮,包括轮体和轮齿,轮体上均匀分布有轮齿,所述轮体的平面上转动连接有丝杆,丝杆上螺纹连接有螺纹筒,螺纹筒一端固定在滑块上,滑块滑配连接在轮体的平面上,滑块上固定有弧形夹板,丝杆、螺纹筒、滑块、弧形夹板组成了一个夹紧机构,轮体的同一平面上安装有两个相互对称的夹紧机构,轮体上的轴孔位于两个夹紧机构之间。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述轮体的平面上开设有滑槽,滑块底端固定有滑块,滑块 置于滑槽内滑配连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述轮体的平面上固定有丝杆支撑座,丝杆通过丝杆支撑座转动连接在轮体的平面上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述弧形夹板的材质为橡胶。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明能够通过旋转丝杆来驱使滑块在轮体的平面上进行滑动。轮体的轴孔两侧的滑块则带动弧形夹板进行夹持或放开。利用弧形夹板来夹持住轴杆,以此增加链轮和轴杆之间的连接强度。

图1是本发明的结构示意图,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种连接加强型链轮,包括轮体1和轮齿2,轮体1上均匀分布有轮齿2,所述轮体1的平面上转动连接有丝杆3,丝杆3上螺纹连接有螺纹筒4,螺纹筒4一端固定在滑块5上,滑块5滑配连接在轮体1的平面上,滑块5上固定有弧形夹板6,丝杆3、螺纹筒4、滑块5、弧形夹板6组成了一个夹紧机构,轮体1的同一平面上安装有两个相互对称的夹紧机构,轮体1上的轴孔位于两个夹紧机构之间。所述轮体1的平面上开设有滑槽7,滑块5底端固定有滑块,滑块 置于滑槽7内滑配连接。所述轮体1的平面上固定有丝杆支撑座8,丝杆3通过丝杆支撑座8转动连接在轮体1的平面上。所述弧形夹板6的材质为橡胶。
如附图1所示,丝杆支撑座8上开设有螺纹孔,丝杆3穿过并与丝杆支撑座8的螺纹孔螺纹连接。螺纹筒4套设并螺纹连接在丝杆3上,丝杆3穿入滑块5上的穿孔。当拧动丝杆3时,会驱动螺纹筒4沿着丝杆3进行直线移动。而螺纹筒4则会带动与之固定的滑块5,沿着滑槽7进行直线移动。这样就可以带动两个弧形夹板6进行直线移动。两个对称的弧形夹板6的凹面朝向轴杆,当要将轴杆穿过轮体1之前时,拧动丝杆3驱使两个弧形夹板6往外移动,拉开两个弧形夹板6之间的间距。当轴杆穿过轮体1上的轴孔之后,再反向旋转丝杆3,使得两个弧形夹板6分别往轴杆的方向移动,直到弧形夹板6贴合在轴杆两侧,从而将轴杆被夹持在两个弧形夹板6之间。提高了轮体1与轴杆的连接结构强度。

1.一种连接加强型链轮,包括轮体(1)和轮齿(2),轮体(1)上均匀分布有轮齿(2),其特征是,所述轮体(1)的平面上转动连接有丝杆(3),丝杆(3)上螺纹连接有螺纹筒(4),螺纹筒(4)一端固定在滑块(5)上,滑块(5)滑配连接在轮体(1)的平面上,滑块(5)上固定有弧形夹板(6),丝杆(3)、螺纹筒(4)、滑块(5)、弧形夹板(6)组成了一个夹紧机构,轮体(1)的同一平面上安装有两个相互对称的夹紧机构,轮体(1)上的轴孔位于两个夹紧机构之间。
