1. A distribution vehicle for residential shopping communities is characterized by comprising:
the vehicle body comprises a cab, a carriage bottom plate and a driving motion system;
the storage fixed cabinet is of a double-cabinet integrated structure, namely storage boxes distributed in a matrix form are respectively arranged on two sides of a cabinet body of the storage fixed cabinet, and the storage fixed cabinet is longitudinally arranged in the middle of the carriage bottom plate;
the movable storage cabinet is arranged on the carriage bottom plate and positioned outside the fixed storage cabinet, the storage boxes are distributed in a matrix manner in the cabinet body, and the box doors of the storage boxes are opposite to the box doors of the storage boxes on the fixed storage cabinet;
the storage information input and display device is arranged on the side wall of the storage fixing cabinet and used for inputting the information of the shopping hand machine and sending the information of the box number of the target storage box to the shopping hand machine;
the pushing and pulling plates are arranged in the storage boxes, connected with electric push rods arranged in the storage boxes and used for pushing or pulling out commodities in the storage boxes in the process of moving towards the box openings;
the fixed guide rail is transversely fixed on the carriage bottom plate below the storage fixed cabinet and is fixedly connected with the storage fixed cabinet, and the end part of the fixed guide rail does not exceed the side edge of the vehicle body;
the movable sliding rail is transversely fixed on the bottom surface of the storage movable cabinet and is provided with an extension section extending towards the lower part of the storage fixed cabinet, and the extension section is inserted into the rail groove of the fixed guide rail or is close to one side of the fixed guide rail;
the movable cabinet driving mechanism is arranged on the carriage bottom plate on the bottom surface of the fixed storage cabinet and used for driving the movable sliding rail to enable the movable storage cabinet to be far away from or close to the fixed storage cabinet;
the vertical frame is arranged on one surface of the storage fixed cabinet with the door and is fixedly connected with the storage fixed cabinet and the carriage bottom plate, and the content space of the vertical frame enables the storage movable cabinet to enter without obstacle;
the belt type conveying mechanism is arranged on the vertical frame and is used for conveying commodities taken out of the storage box to the rear end part of the vehicle body; and
and the lifting control mechanism is arranged on the vertical frame and used for controlling the lifting height of the belt type conveying mechanism in the vertical frame.
2. A residential shopping community distribution cart as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
and the controller is respectively electrically connected with the electric push rod in each storage box, the movable cabinet driving mechanism and the belt type conveying mechanism, and is used for lifting the belt type conveying mechanism to the lower edge height of the target storage box according to the input position signal of the target storage box, controlling the electric push rod in the target storage box to act, opening the box door and simultaneously pushing commodities in the target storage box onto the conveying belt, and conveying the commodities to the rear end part of the vehicle body by the belt type conveying mechanism after controlling the belt type conveying mechanism to lift the commodities to the goods lifting height.

6. A use method of a distribution vehicle for a residential shopping community is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. setting a residential shopping community distribution cart of claim 2;
b. firstly, a controller sends a cabinet body pulling command, and a movable cabinet driving mechanism pulls a movable storage cabinet;
c. then operating the storage information input and display device, respectively packaging commodities purchased by community residents in each storage box on the distribution trolley of the residential shopping community, and sending a mobile phone short message of box number information of a commodity placement target storage box to mobile phones of the community residents by the storage information input and display device;
d. the controller sends a cabinet body closing instruction and is driven by the movable cabinet driving mechanism to enable the movable storage cabinet to be attached to the fixed storage cabinet;
e. after a distribution vehicle of a residential shopping community is driven to a residential community, a cabinet body pulling instruction is sent through a controller, and a movable cabinet driving mechanism pulls a movable storage cabinet;
f. inputting the information of the number of the target storage box to a storage information input and display device according to the number of the storage box informed by the residents of the goods;
g. the storage information input and display device starts a belt type conveying mechanism in front of a storage fixed cabinet or a storage movable cabinet where a target storage box is located through a controller according to input box number information, and the belt type conveying mechanism is lifted/lowered to the lower edge height of the target storage box;
h. the controller controls the electric push rod in the target storage box to act, and the telescopic rod of the electric push rod extends outwards to push the door of the storage box and pushes commodities in the target storage box onto the conveying belt of the belt type conveying mechanism through the linked pushing and pulling plate;
i. the controller controls an electric push rod in the target storage box to return, and a box door of the target storage box is closed along with the return of the electric push rod;
j. after the controller controls the belt conveying mechanism to ascend/descend to the goods lifting height, goods on the conveying belt are conveyed to the rear end part of the vehicle body by the belt conveying mechanism and are lifted away by the goods purchasing residents.
