As a still further scheme of the invention: the jujube is selected from one or more of red jujube, wild jujube, oleaster, date palm and cucurbit.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid with a simple structure in an animal body, has a chemical name of 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, is present in tissues such as brain, ovary, heart, liver, milk, pineal cone, pituitary, retina, adrenal gland and the like, is an essential amino acid for a human body, and has an important effect on the development of the nervous system of a fetus and an infant.
The chrysanthemum is the name of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly comprises white chrysanthemum, yellow chrysanthemum, wild chrysanthemum, yellow chrysanthemum and white chrysanthemum, has the effects of dispelling wind and heat, calming the liver, improving eyesight, clearing heat and removing toxicity, and can be used for treating diseases such as lung and liver heat, fever, headache, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain and the like. The radix Puerariae has effects of invigorating yang, relieving muscles, promoting eruption, relieving diarrhea, relieving restlessness, and quenching thirst, and can be used for treating typhoid fever, warm headache, stiff neck, dysphoria, diabetes, diarrhea, dysentery, ecchymosis, hypertension, angina pectoris, and deafness. It is another object of embodiments of the present invention to provide a method for preparing a composition, the method comprising the steps of: weighing chrysanthemum, jujube, radix puerariae, medlar, sea buckthorn and taurine according to the proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composition. It is to be noted that the production and preparation strictly implement the national safety and health standards.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a composition prepared by the above method for preparing a composition.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an application of the composition in preparing a medicament for regulating the constitution of a human body to achieve yin balance and yang density and/or healthy qi storage and/or pathogen dryness.
It is a further object of embodiments of the present invention to provide a beverage product comprising the composition as described above and water for soaking the composition.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the beverage product is any one of alcoholic beverage, carbonated beverage, fruit and vegetable juice beverage, functional beverage, tea beverage, milk beverage or coffee beverage.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the carbonated beverage, fruit and vegetable juice beverage, functional beverage, tea beverage, milk beverage or coffee beverage are non-alcoholic beverages, wherein the carbonated beverage is a bubble beverage formed by mixing carbon dioxide gas and various flavors, moisture, syrup, pigments and the like, such as cola, soda water and the like. The fruit and vegetable juice beverage is various fruit juices, fresh squeezed juice, vegetable juice, mixed fruit and vegetable juice, etc. The functional beverage is a beverage containing various nutritional elements and meets the special requirements of human bodies. The tea beverage comprises various beverages such as green tea, black tea, scented tea, oolong tea, wheat tea, herbal tea and ice tea. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the composition prepared by the embodiment of the invention has strict formula and no toxic or side effect, combines the physique of people by applying the traditional Chinese medicine theory, combines the compatibility of food nutrient substances, does not singly adjust the capability on one hand, but can achieve the effects of ascending the clear and descending the turbid, tonifying qi and nourishing yin, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, dispelling heat evil, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, relieving cough and asthma, strengthening nutrition, calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind, clearing liver and improving eyesight, beautifying the face, conditioning liver and kidney, protecting heart, preventing and treating gallstone, preventing and treating kidney stone, adjusting immunity, benefiting intelligence and strengthening brain, reducing blood sugar, reducing blood pressure, reducing blood fat, preventing stroke and the like, can be used for comprehensively adjusting the functions of a human body, and achieves the effects of strengthening nutrition, strengthening body; through reasonable compatibility of the raw materials such as chrysanthemum, jujube, radix puerariae, medlar, sea backthern, taurine and the like, the health constitution of a human body with yin balancing, yang balancing, internal storage of vital qi and no possibility of drying pathogenic factors can be adjusted, and the health constitution is particularly suitable for patients with eye diseases, dryness, thirst, dry throat, light headedness, amnesia, insomnia, palpitation, hypodynamia, malnutrition and valetudinarianism; the preparation method of the composition provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, solves the problem that the existing beverage for regulating the human body function is not comprehensive enough in regulating effect, and has wide market prospect.

A composition comprising the following raw materials: 2 g of chrysanthemum, 2 g of jujube, 2 g of kudzu root, 2 g of medlar, 5 g of sea buckthorn and a proper amount of taurine. The dosage of the taurine is added according to the addition amount of the taurine specified by national standard. Specifically, the additive is added according to the regulation of GB14759-2010 food safety national standard food additive taurine. The jujube is selected from red jujube and wild jujube by weight.
In this example, the composition was prepared as follows:
weighing the chrysanthemum, the jujube, the radix puerariae, the medlar, the sea buckthorn and the taurine, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composition.
In the embodiment, the prepared composition is directly added into boiled water for brewing according to the dosage of 3 g/time, and then can be directly drunk as a tea beverage for drinking 1 time per day.
Example 2
Compared with the example 1, the milk beverage is prepared by adding the required auxiliary materials into the composition according to the conventional method, and the like, and is the same as the example 1.

The dosage of the taurine is added according to the addition amount of the taurine specified by national standard. Specifically, the additive is added according to the regulation of GB14759-2010 food safety national standard food additive taurine. The fructus Jujubae is selected from fructus Jujubae.
In this example, the composition was prepared as follows:
weighing the chrysanthemum, the jujube, the radix puerariae, the medlar, the sea buckthorn and the taurine, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composition.

Specifically, the additive is added according to the regulation of GB14759-2010 food safety national standard food additive taurine. The fructus Jujubae is selected from Ziziphi Spinosae.
In this example, the composition was prepared as follows:

The jujube is selected from red jujube and wild jujube and is mixed according to the weight ratio of 3: 1.
In this example, the composition was prepared as follows:

Specifically, the additive is added according to the regulation of GB14759-2010 food safety national standard food additive taurine. The fructus Jujubae is selected from Elaeagnus angustifolia.
In this example, the composition was prepared as follows:

Same as example 10 except that the dates are selected from the group consisting of ziziphus jujuba as compared with example 10.

Same as example 10 except that the date is selected from date palm as compared with example 10.

Same as example 10 except that the dates are selected from red dates, wild dates, oleaster dates, date coconuts, cucurbit dates, etc. in weight mixture compared with example 10.
Example 15
The same as example 10 except that the dates are selected from red dates, wild dates, oleaster and the like, compared with example 10.
Example 16
Same as example 10 except that said jujube is selected from cucurbit jujube as compared with example 10.
It should be noted that, in the social environment of big health, the tea drink or other drinks made from food of "food as medicine and food as medicine" in the prior art are all single formula for regulating functions, which is not comprehensive enough, and the invention can regulate the functions of human body comprehensively according to the overall concept of human body to achieve the aim of health. 3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-50 parts of chrysanthemum, 5-50 parts of jujube, 5-50 parts of kudzu root, 5-50 parts of medlar and 5-50 parts of sea buckthorn, and a proper amount of taurine.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jujube is selected from any one or more of red jujube, wild jujube, oleaster, date palm, and cucurbit.
5. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: weighing chrysanthemum, jujube, radix puerariae, medlar, sea buckthorn and taurine according to the proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composition.
6. A beverage product comprising a composition according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 and water for soaking said composition.
7. The beverage product according to claim 6, wherein the beverage product is any one of an alcoholic beverage, a carbonated beverage, a fruit and vegetable juice beverage, a functional beverage, a tea beverage, a milk beverage, or a coffee beverage.
8. A beverage product according to claim 7, wherein the beverage product is a tea beverage prepared by a process comprising: the composition is added with boiled water for brewing so as to be directly drunk.
9. A beverage product according to claim 8 wherein the composition is added to boiling water in an amount of from 3 to 6 g/serving.
10. Use of a beverage product according to any one of claims 6 to 9 for the preparation of a food product for ascending the clear and descending the turbid, and/or supplementing qi and nourishing yin, and/or promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, and/or dispelling pathogenic heat, and/or promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, and/or relieving cough and asthma, and/or strengthening nutrition, and/or calming the heart and/or soothing the nerves, and/or clearing the liver and improving eyesight, and/or beautifying the face, and/or conditioning the liver and kidney, and/or protecting the heart, and/or treating gallstones, and/or treating kidney stones, and/or regulating the immunity, and/or improving the intelligence and strengthening the brain, and/or lowering blood sugar, and/or lowering blood pressure, and/or.
