The invention provides a fertilizing method for improving the yield of radix pseudostellariae, which comprises the following steps: after the radix pseudostellariae seedlings are sealed, continuously applying water-soluble fertilizer to the surfaces of the radix pseudostellariae leaves twice, wherein the water-soluble fertilizer comprises one or more of borax, ammonium molybdate and copper sulfate, the concentration of borax is 0-1.50 g/L, the concentration of ammonium molybdate is 0-0.12 g/L, the concentration of copper sulfate is 0-0.15 g/L, the time for spraying the water-soluble fertilizer for the first time is 4 months, and the spraying amount of the water-soluble fertilizer for each time is 500-700 mL/m2. The radix pseudostellariae seedlings are fertilized according to the fertilization method of the example 1, and the method is different from the example 1 in that the sprayed solution is clear water.
