Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,所述铝塑膜包括依次设置的耐热性树脂薄膜、铝箔和热塑性树脂薄膜,所述耐热性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间、热塑性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间分别通过胶粘剂进行粘合,所述热塑性树脂薄膜为PP膜,所述方法通过在所述PP膜的制备过程中添加2000~10000ppm的爽滑剂,所述爽滑剂为酰胺类爽滑剂、高碳数的酯、氧化胺中的一种或几种。本发明的方法针对特定的铝塑膜的特定层(即PP薄膜层)在该膜的制备过程中控制爽滑剂的添加量,不仅改善了铝塑膜的PP薄膜与模具表面的摩擦力,还改善了铝塑膜的冲深性能,冲深极限深度达6mm以上,且还能提高铝塑膜的连续生产率。

技术领域
本发明属于锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜技术领域,具体涉及一种改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法。
背景技术
铝塑膜是锂离子电池软包装重要的外包装材料,传统的铝塑膜结构通常包括依次设置的耐热性树脂薄膜、金属铝箔和热塑性树脂薄膜,耐热性树脂薄膜和金属铝箔之间、热塑性树脂薄膜和金属铝箔之间分别通过胶粘剂进行粘合。
锂离子电池软包装用铝塑膜用于电池成型时,需要经过冲深加工,而由于传统的铝塑膜的内层采用的PP作为热塑性树脂薄膜,在冲深时,容易出现铝塑膜冲破的现象。目前,对于该类铝塑膜的冲深性能的改善,有通过在铝塑膜的表面涂刷爽滑涂布液来改善铝塑膜与模具之间的冲深性能,如中国专利CN110760259A公开的一种铝塑膜爽滑涂布液及其涂布工艺,该涂布液由有机硅氧烷、流平剂、有机硅树脂、有机溶剂和水组成,该涂布液用于铝塑膜上时,需要增设涂布设备,对现有的生产设备需要进行改造,不仅增加操作步骤,还增加铝塑膜的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种改进的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,所述铝塑膜包括依次设置的耐热性树脂薄膜、铝箔和热塑性树脂薄膜,所述耐热性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间、热塑性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间分别通过胶粘剂进行粘合,所述热塑性树脂薄膜为PP膜,所述方法包括通过在所述PP膜的制备过程中添加2000~10000ppm的爽滑剂,所述爽滑剂为酰胺类爽滑剂、高碳数的酯、氧化胺中的一种或几种的组合。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述PP膜中,所述爽滑剂的添加量为4000~10000ppm。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述PP膜包括依次设置的热封层、芯层和消光层,所述消光层与所述胶粘剂粘合,所述爽滑剂添加在所述热封层内。
根据本发明的一些实施例方面,所述PP膜通过以下方法制备得到:通过三层共挤方式生产,挤出加工温度为220~250℃,流延辊的温度为30~40℃。如热封层的原料采用F80OEPS,上海石化股份有限公司;芯层的原料采用RF5307,韩国;消光层的原料采用F80ODF和聚丙烯消光料混合物,上海石化股份有限公司。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述PP膜的厚度为20um-100um。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述耐热性树脂薄膜为尼龙膜或PET膜,厚度为10um-80um。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述铝箔的厚度为20~100um。
本发明中,所述铝塑膜的冲深极限深度为6mm以上。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,制备所述铝塑膜时,将铝箔的相对二个表面分别通过胶粘剂与耐热性树脂薄膜和热塑性树脂薄膜贴合后,在45~55℃下熟化72~120h。
根据本发明的一些实施方面,所述铝箔在涂刷胶粘剂之前,先对所述铝箔的二个表面依次进行脱脂和表面处理液进行处理,所述表面处理液的原料配方包括以下组分:1-1000g/m3聚合物树脂、0.1-500g/m3磷酸、0.1-1000g/m3铬酸、0.1-1000g/m3含氟金属盐及水。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的方法针对特定的铝塑膜的特定层(即PP薄膜层)在该膜的制备过程中添加一定量的特定爽滑剂,不仅改善了铝塑膜的PP薄膜与模具表面的摩擦力,还改善了铝塑膜的冲深性能,冲深极限深度达6mm以上,且还能提高铝塑膜的连续生产率。
本发明的方法只需在PP膜的制备过程中,控制爽滑剂的添加量,即可改善铝塑膜的冲深性能及连续生产性,大大降低铝塑膜的生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施作进一步详细说明,但本发明的实施和保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例提供的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,该铝塑膜包括依次设置的耐热性树脂薄膜、第一胶粘剂层、铝箔、第二胶粘剂层和热塑性树脂薄膜,其中,
耐热性树脂薄膜采用厚度为25微米的双向拉伸尼龙膜;热塑性树脂薄膜采用添加有10000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜),厚度30微米;第一胶粘剂层采用聚氨酯胶粘剂(选自上海贝尔特新材料科技有限公司),厚度为5微米;第二胶粘剂层采用聚丙烯酸胶粘剂(选自山东华诚高科胶粘剂有限公司),厚度为5微米。
本例中采用的铝箔先进行表面处理,然后用于制造铝塑膜,具体表面处理方法如下:
(1)金属铝箔选用35微米金属铝箔;
(2)先将金属铝箔用浓度10%的氢氧化钠溶液在70℃下进行脱脂处理去除表面油脂,时间为1分钟;
(3)将金属铝箔浸泡于表面处理液中,浸泡温度为25℃,浸泡时间为30秒,然后在50℃下进行干燥,在金属铝箔的二个表面分别形成第一化成皮膜和第二化成皮膜,表面处理液的原料组成为:1g/m3酚醛树脂、1g/m3丙烯酸树脂、0.1g/m3磷酸、1g/m3铬酸、0.1g/m3氟化钠及水。
第一化成皮膜与耐热性树脂薄膜通过第一胶粘剂层粘合,第二化成皮膜与热塑性树脂薄膜通过第二胶粘剂层粘合。
本例中,PP膜的制备方法如下:通过三层共挤的方式制备,控制挤出加工温度220~225℃,流延辊温度35℃,生产出的PP膜包括依次设置的热封层、芯层和消光层,制备时爽滑剂添加在热封层内,消光层进行电晕处理。
铝塑膜的制备方法如下:将聚氨酯胶粘剂和聚丙烯酸胶粘剂分别涂布与第一化成皮膜和第二化成皮膜上,干燥,然后分别贴合耐热性树脂薄膜和热塑性树脂薄膜的消光层,在50℃温度下,熟化96h。
实施例2
本实施例提供的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,除爽滑剂的添加量、耐热性树脂薄膜不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有8000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
实施例3
本实施例提供的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,除爽滑剂的添加量不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有6000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
实施例4
本实施例提供的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,除爽滑剂的添加量不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有4000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
实施例5
本实施例提供的改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,除爽滑剂的添加量、耐热性树脂薄膜不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有2000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
对比例1
本实施例提供的铝塑膜,除爽滑剂的添加量、耐热性树脂薄膜不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有20000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
对比例2
本实施例提供的铝塑膜,除爽滑剂的添加量不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有15000ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
对比例3
本实施例提供的铝塑膜,除爽滑剂的添加量不同之外,其他同实施例1。
本例中,热塑性树脂薄膜为添加有500ppm芥酸酰胺的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(PP膜)。
对实施例1~5和对比例1~3的铝塑膜进行摩擦系数和冲深性能检测,结果参见表1和2所示,测试方法为:
1、摩擦系数测试
测试方案参照ISO-8295
测试中,下样品固定在测量滑块上。如果是金属测试,金属板被安装在滑块上。保持装置固定上样品,通过弹簧连接在功率计上。根据相应测试标准中的力值要求,以载荷施压作为摩擦材料间的表面压力。
测试过程中,测量滑块以规定的起始速度(100mm/min)克服摩擦阻力,功率计记录所产生的摩擦力值。测量距离约为60mm。测试之前,可以通过软件设定起始速度范围5-300mm/min。该装置配有20N摩擦力值传感器,通过放大器和USB接入电脑。软件包括14bit分辨率的USB测试模块。
2、冲深性能测试
采用85mm×58mm模具,压力0.4MPa,每间隔0.5mm进行冲深,每组评价10个,10个样品中全部未冲破或裂纹的最深成型深度为冲深极限深度。
评价方法:
〇:极限冲深在6mm以上
△:极限冲深在4.0~5.5mm之间
×:冲深极限在3.5mm以下
3、连续生产性能的评价方法
〇:≥1,000个样品,冲深模具上没有粘附爽滑剂起因的白色粉末
△:≥500个样品,冲深模具上没有粘附爽滑剂起因的白色粉末
×:<500个样品,冲深模具上粘附爽滑剂起因的白色粉末

由表1和2可见,采用在PP膜的制备过程中添加一定量的芥酸酰胺爽滑剂,不仅能改善铝塑膜的冲深性能,冲深极限深度达到6mm以上,且连续生产1000个样品都不需停机擦拭模具,方法简单,高效。

Claims (10)
1.一种改善锂电池软包装材料用铝塑膜冲深性能的方法,所述铝塑膜包括依次设置的耐热性树脂薄膜、铝箔和热塑性树脂薄膜,所述耐热性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间、热塑性树脂薄膜和铝箔之间分别通过胶粘剂进行粘合,所述热塑性树脂薄膜为PP膜,其特征在于:所述方法包括通过在所述PP膜的制备过程中添加2000~10000ppm的爽滑剂,所述爽滑剂为酰胺类爽滑剂、高碳数的酯、氧化胺中的一种或几种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述PP膜包括依次设置的热封层、芯层和消光层,所述消光层与所述胶粘剂粘合,所述爽滑剂添加在所述热封层内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述PP膜中,所述爽滑剂的添加量为4000~10000ppm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述PP膜的厚度为20um-100um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述耐热性树脂薄膜为尼龙膜或PET膜,厚度为10um-80um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述铝箔的厚度为20~100 um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述铝塑膜的冲深极限深度为6mm以上。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:制备所述铝塑膜时,将铝箔的相对二个表面分别通过胶粘剂与耐热性树脂薄膜和热塑性树脂薄膜贴合后,在45~55℃下熟化72~120h。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述铝箔在涂刷胶粘剂之前,先对所述铝箔的二个表面依次进行脱脂和表面处理液进行处理,所述表面处理液的原料配方包括以下组分:1-1000g/m3聚合物树脂、0.1-500g/m3磷酸、0.1-1000g/m3铬酸、0.1-1000g/m3含氟金属盐及水。
