The electric vehicle parking charging management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the background management and control subsystem comprises a user management module, a parking space management module and a statistical analysis module, the user management module comprises a registration approval unit, a permission management unit and a user response unit, the parking space management module comprises a vehicle scheduling unit, a parking space control unit, a parking space query unit and a fee collection unit, and the statistical analysis module is used for counting the use information of all parking spaces on the platform and the use records of vehicle owner users.

The electric vehicle parking charging management and control system according to claim 3, wherein the registration approval unit approves parking space sharing application of a private parking space owner and a use request of a parking space of a common electric vehicle user, the authority management unit sets authorities of the private parking space owner and the common electric vehicle user respectively, and the user response unit responds to complaints and suggestions of the users in time.

The electric vehicle parking charging management and control system according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle dispatching unit dispatches a common electric vehicle user who sends out a parking charging request to generate an optimal parking space allocation scheme; the parking space control unit monitors a parking space in real time, remotely opens and closes a parking space charging pile and maintains the charging pile; the parking space query unit provides information query and use state query of all shared parking spaces and charging piles for users; the charge collecting unit carries out charge settlement according to charge data acquired by the parking space dynamic management and control APP and actual charging time, and sends a result to the parking space dynamic management and control APP for payment after the charge is calculated.

The electric vehicle parking charging management and control system according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle dispatching unit dispatches the ordinary electric vehicle user who sends the parking charging request based on a minimum cost principle or a shortest time principle, and generates a parking space allocation scheme with the minimum cost, the shortest time or the shortest distance.

1) private parking spaces and charging pile owners share the private parking spaces and charging pile information to a background management and control subsystem through a parking space dynamic management and control APP;
2) a common electric vehicle user sends a parking charging request to a background management and control subsystem through a parking space dynamic management and control APP;
3) the background management and control subsystem receives the request instruction, searches a proper parking space for a common electric vehicle user, and if the search is successful, allocates the parking space for the common electric vehicle user and feeds back the respective results;
4) the ordinary electric vehicle user selects whether to accept the allocation result, if so, the parking space is reserved, otherwise, the ordinary electric vehicle user sends a parking charging request to the background management and control subsystem again to wait for the background management and control subsystem to reallocate the parking space for the ordinary electric vehicle user;
5) when the common electric vehicle user receives the distribution result and submits the appointment application, the common electric vehicle user arrives at the appointment parking space to park and charge;
6) the background management and control subsystem calculates the estimated amount of money according to the charging information of the parking space and the parking time and the charging amount of the electric automobile user, and feeds back the estimated amount of money to the ordinary electric automobile user through the parking space dynamic management and control APP, and the ordinary electric automobile user utilizes the parking space dynamic management and control APP to complete payment.
