Optionally, an audio prompt instruction can be sent to the charging and parking device at the same time, where the audio prompt instruction is used to control a speaker module of the charging and parking device to play audio prompt information, so as to inform a user to walk out of a parking space first and then to perform an order ending operation. By adopting the mode of combining the audio prompt and the image-text prompt, the prompt information can be more timely and accurately transmitted to the user, so that the problem that the user is trapped in a parking space or is impacted by a parking rod is avoided.
The invention further provides a charging and parking system which comprises a charging and parking device and a cloud server which are in communication connection with each other, wherein the charging and parking device comprises a processor, and a memory, a communication module, an access control module, a charging module and a loudspeaker module which are electrically connected with the processor, the memory stores a charging and parking management program which can run on the processor, and the charging and parking management program can realize each step of the charging and parking management method when being executed by the processor. The specific steps of the charging and parking management method refer to the above embodiments, and since the charging and parking management program of the charging and parking system adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and are not described in detail herein.
The invention also provides a storage medium, the charging module storage medium stores a charging and parking management program, and the charging module charging and parking management program can realize the steps of the charging and parking management method when being executed by the processor. The specific steps of the charging and parking management method refer to the above embodiments, and since the charging and parking management program of the storage medium adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A charging and parking management method for an electric vehicle, the charging and parking system including a charging and parking device and a cloud server communicatively connected to each other, the charging and parking management method comprising:
receiving a use permission request of a user, checking whether the user opens a use account, and sending a check result to the charging parking device, wherein when the check result is that the user opens the use account, an access control module of the charging parking device opens a parking space so that the user and the electric vehicle enter the parking space, and starts to time the parking time;
receiving order submitting information of a user, and sending image-text prompt information to a mobile intelligent terminal of the user, wherein the image-text prompt information is used for informing the user of firstly walking out of a parking space and then confirming an order;
receiving order confirmation information of a user, and sending an entrance guard closing instruction to the charging parking device;
receiving a vehicle taking permission request of a user, checking whether the user has a vehicle to be taken or not, and sending a checking result to the access control module, wherein when the checking result is that the user has the vehicle to be taken, the access control module opens a parking space corresponding to the vehicle to be taken;
and receiving order ending information of a user, sending an entrance guard closing instruction to the charging parking device, and ending the timing parking time.
2. The charging and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving confirmation order information of the user and sending an entrance closing instruction to the charging and parking device, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
detecting whether the using account number meets the pre-payment requirement, if the using account number does not meet the pre-payment requirement, sending recharging indication information to a mobile intelligent terminal of a user, wherein the pre-payment requirement is met when the using account number has a membership card or the pre-stored amount of money reaches a set value, and the pre-payment requirement is not met when the using account number does not have the membership card or the pre-stored amount of money does not reach the set value.
3. The charging and parking management method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of receiving confirmation order information of the user and transmitting an entrance closing instruction to the charging and parking device, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
according to the estimated charging cost and the estimated charging time of the order information, deducting the estimated charging cost from the pre-stored amount of the use account number, or deducting the estimated charging time from the residual use time of the membership card;
and sending a charging instruction to the charging and stopping device, and starting timing the charging time.
4. The charging and parking management method according to claim 3, wherein after the step of sending a charging command to the charging and parking device and starting timing the charging time, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
sending charging completion reminding information to a mobile intelligent terminal of a user at a first preset time point before charging is completed;
and at a second preset time point after the charging is finished, detecting whether order ending information of the user is received, and if the detection result is that the order ending information is not received, sending parking fee collection prompt information to the mobile intelligent terminal of the user.

The charging and parking management method according to claim 4, wherein after the steps of receiving the order information of the end of the user, sending an entrance guard closing instruction to the charging and parking device, and ending the timed parking time, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
receiving and calculating to generate total cost according to the actual parking time and the actual charging time, and sending order settlement request information to a mobile intelligent terminal of a user;
if the using account number has the membership card, deducting the actual parking time from the remaining using time of the membership card;
and if the using account does not have the membership card, deducting the total charge from the prestored amount, wherein when the predicted charging charge deducted from the prestored amount is more than the total charging time, returning a charge overtaking part to the using account, and when the predicted charging charge deducted from the prestored amount is less than the total charging time, continuously deducting a difference part from the prestored amount.
6. The charging and parking management method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of sending a charging completion reminding message to the mobile intelligent terminal of the user at a first preset time point before the charging is completed, the charging and parking management method comprises:
and when the charging is finished, sending a charging stopping instruction to the charging stopping device, and finishing timing the charging time.
7. The charging and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving order information submitted by a user and sending a graphic prompt message to a mobile intelligent terminal of the user, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
and sending an audio prompt instruction to the charging and parking device, wherein the audio prompt instruction is used for controlling a loudspeaker module of the charging and parking device to play audio prompt information so as to inform a user of firstly walking out of a parking space and then confirming an order.

The charging and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving a request for permission of use from a user, checking whether the user has opened a use account, and transmitting a result of the check to the charging and parking device, the charging and parking management method further comprises:
receiving a peripheral equipment search request and user positioning information of a user, and detecting all charging parking devices located in a preset range of the position of the user according to the user positioning information;
and screening out the charging parking devices with the idle parking spaces, and sending the information of the charging parking devices to the mobile intelligent terminal of the user.

A charging and parking system, comprising a charging and parking device and a cloud server which are communicatively connected with each other, wherein the charging and parking device comprises a processor and a memory, a communication module, an entrance guard module, a charging module and a speaker module which are electrically connected with the processor, the memory stores a charging and parking management program which can be run on the processor, and the charging and parking management program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the charging and parking management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A storage medium storing a charging and parking management program which, when executed by a processor, implements each step of the charging and parking management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
