When the invention is used, the sensor comprises a smoke sensor and a flame sensor which are used for monitoring smoke and flame information in an area, as long as one of the smoke sensor and the flame sensor monitors the relevant information, a reminding instruction can be generated, a background worker can remotely check the condition in the area in real time through a camera, and can obtain video images of different areas by controlling the monitoring direction of the electric pan-tilt head to change the monitoring direction of the camera, the visual field environment in the area can be improved through the lighting module, smoking is forbidden in the area, when the background worker finds that smoking occurs in the area, the background worker can communicate with smokers in the area in time through the communication module to stop smoking behavior, the reminding instruction triggered under the condition is a false reminding instruction which indicates that the fire problem does not really occur, the background worker timely solves the potential safety hazard, within thirty seconds, when the background generates an interrupt instruction, the reminding instruction is deleted, when no problem is eliminated by background workers within thirty seconds, the background does not generate the interrupt instruction, an audible and visual alarm instruction is further triggered, an alarm is controlled to perform audible and visual alarm to remind people of evacuating, when a user needs to park and charge, a system needs to acquire the identity information of the user, the acquired identity information is matched with the identity information stored in a database for judgment, when the same identity information is matched in the database, the user is marked as a charging user, the login is successful, when the login is completed, a barrier gate is opened, the charging timing is started, a chargeable position number is randomly displayed on a display, the charging position number, the charging timing and a login account are bound, the identity information is acquired again, when a vehicle is moved away, when an unlocking identifier is generated by a sensor, the parking timing is ended, and the parking timing is ended, generating a brake opening signal, opening a barrier gate, performing judgment processing according to parking timing, judging that a user does not time out when the parking timing time is less than or equal to twenty-four hours, only performing charging processing on the charging time, judging that the user is time out when the parking timing time is more than twenty-four hours and less than or equal to forty-eight hours, adding and receiving parking time fee, judging that the user is a black user when the parking timing time is more than forty-eight hours, generating a blacklist reminding instruction, sending the blacklist reminding instruction to a mobile terminal, adding and receiving the parking time fee, matching the same identity information in a database when the user provides user identity information, and refusing to log in the identity information which belongs to a blacklist user.

the alarm is the acousto-optic alarm for send warning light and alarm sound, temperature detector is used for the temperature value of the battery in detection range, the distribution unit includes a plurality of power supply socket, is used for connecting transmission electric power, wireless module is used for long-range wireless data transmission, the camera unit includes camera, electronic cloud platform, conversation module, lighting module, central management ware is used for acquireing user information to judge according to information and handle, specific processing step includes:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring identity information of a user;
step two: matching and judging the acquired identity information with the identity information stored in the database;
when the same identity information is matched in the database, marking the user as a charging user, and successfully logging in;
when the same identity information is matched in the database and belongs to the blacklist user, the login is refused;
when the same identity information cannot be matched in the database, marking the database as a registered user, adding new identity information into the database, and completing login when the registered user successfully matches when scanning again;
step three: when the login is completed, the barrier gate is started, the charging timing is started, the chargeable position number is randomly displayed on the display, and the charging position number, the charging timing and the login account are bound;
step four: the user stops the electric vehicle at the corresponding charging position, an inductor is arranged at each charging position, an occupation identifier generated when the user induces the vehicle is bound with the corresponding account, the electric vehicle is connected with a power supply socket through a charger to carry out power transmission, and a temperature detector carries out real-time temperature monitoring on the corresponding rechargeable battery in the transmission process and carries out judgment processing according to a temperature value;
when the real-time temperature value is smaller than the preset temperature safety value, the current situation is kept, and no operation is executed;
when the real-time temperature value is greater than or equal to the preset temperature safety value and is smaller than the danger value, the early warning state is judged, the voltage is reduced, the current value is reduced, and the temperature is prevented from being further improved;
when the real-time temperature value is larger than or equal to the dangerous value, judging the real-time temperature value to be in a high-temperature state, cutting off the power supply of the corresponding power supply socket, generating a power-off reminding instruction, and remotely and wirelessly sending the power-off reminding instruction to the mobile terminal;
wherein the danger value is greater than a preset temperature safety value;
step five: when power supply stops, the power supply stops including full power stop and power failure in a high-temperature state, corresponding reminding instructions are generated according to the state, power failure reminding instructions are generated by high-temperature power failure, full power failure reminding instructions are generated by full power failure, the full power failure reminding instructions are all sent to the mobile terminal in a remote wireless mode, parking timing is started, identity information is obtained again, the vehicle is moved away, when the inductor generates an unlocking identifier, the parking timing is ended, when the parking timing is ended, a brake opening signal is generated, and a barrier gate is opened;

the sensor comprises a smoke sensor and a flame sensor, and is used for monitoring smoke and flame information in an area, the central manager is used for judging and processing according to the monitoring information, and the specific processing steps are as follows:
s01: when the smoke information and the flame information in the area are not acquired, the safety state is judged;
s02: when smoke information is obtained in the area, a smoke reminding instruction is generated, a background worker remotely checks the condition in the area in real time through a camera, the monitoring direction of the camera can be changed by controlling an electric pan-tilt to obtain video images of different areas, and a thirty-second delay is generated when the smoke information is obtained;
s04: within thirty seconds, when the background generates an interrupt instruction, the smoke information is deleted;
s05: within thirty seconds, when the background does not generate an interrupt instruction, further triggering an audible and visual alarm instruction to control an alarm to perform audible and visual alarm;
s06: when flame information is acquired in the area, a flame reminding instruction is generated, a background worker remotely checks the condition in the area in real time through a camera, the monitoring direction of the camera can be changed by controlling an electric pan-tilt to acquire video images of different areas, and a thirty-second delay is generated when the flame information is acquired;
s07: within thirty seconds, when the background generates an interrupt instruction, the flame information is deleted;
s08: within thirty seconds, when the background does not generate an interrupt instruction, further triggering an audible and visual alarm instruction to control an alarm to perform audible and visual alarm;
s09: and generating a firework reminding instruction when the smoke information and the flame information exist in the acquired area, and referring to S06-S08.
