An internet of things-based community operation management system, the system comprising: the community management cloud platform comprises a community management cloud platform, a public equipment end and a user mobile end, wherein the public equipment end is in communication connection with the community management cloud platform, the user mobile end is in wireless communication connection with the community management cloud platform, the public equipment end is used for collecting information and sending the information to the community management cloud platform, the community management cloud platform carries out information collection processing through a preset management model and pushes a processing result to the user mobile end, and the mobile end is used for receiving pushing information of the community management cloud platform or initiating a service request.

The internet of things-based community operation management system according to claim 1, wherein the community management cloud platform comprises: property management module, public service module, community commercial service module, wherein the property management module includes: the system comprises a video monitoring unit, an intelligent fire-fighting unit, an intelligent parking unit and an illumination scheduling unit;
the public service module comprises a life payment unit, a housekeeping service unit, a maintenance service unit and a special crowd care unit;
the community commerce service module includes: intelligence locker unit, intelligent packing cupboard unit.

The community operation management system based on the internet of things of claim 1, wherein the public device side comprises: face identification entrance guard's device, face identification ladder accuse device, face identification pedestrian's banister, license plate discernment car banister and surveillance camera head, fire alarm device, illumination intensity sensing device.

The internet of things-based community operation management system according to claim 1, wherein the community management cloud platform comprises a management model comprising: the system comprises an intrusion prevention alarm model and an illumination scheduling model, wherein the intrusion prevention alarm model specifically comprises the following steps:
constructing a human face image database of the community residents, acquiring human face images of people entering the community through a public equipment terminal, and comparing the human face images with human face images of the community residents, if the people are not the community residents and the frequency of coming in and going out of the community within a set time is greater than a preset value, starting to monitor key prompt information on a community management cloud platform;
the lighting scheduling model specifically comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining system time of a current community management cloud platform, judging whether the current time is within a preset illumination adjusting time period, judging whether current illumination intensity is smaller than a preset value if the current time is within the preset illumination adjusting time period, starting an illumination switch if the current illumination intensity is smaller than the preset value, and turning off the illumination switch if the current illumination intensity is larger than the preset value.
5. The community operation management system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the public device side is connected with the community management cloud platform through wireless communication or wired communication.
6. The community operation management system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user mobile terminal is provided with a face information input module, and the face information input module uploads face information to a community management cloud platform.

The community operation management system based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the community management cloud platform prestores an identification code unique to each user, the identification code being generated by using identity information of community residents, and the identification code being written into a user mobile terminal.

The Internet of things-based community operation management system according to claim 1, wherein the community management cloud platform leaves the home early warning module, and if the user access record of the public equipment terminal in the set time is empty, the community management cloud platform sends a security reminding message to the user mobile terminal.

the user side registers and submits user information to the community management cloud platform;
