5. The method for community integrated governance based on a data middlebox as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data backplane extracts the personnel, community and building geographical location information data from the database and labels the data on the map.

The method for community integrated governance based on a data middlebox as claimed in claim 1, wherein storing data in corresponding topic libraries according to data categories comprises: the law and regulation solved the experience and skill data stored in the knowledge base, the basic data of people, places, things and organizations stored in the basic base, and the community governance information stored in the subject base.
