随着人民生活水平的提高,人们不光关注各种生活中使用的产品的性能,同时日益追求其美观,并希望其购买的产品具有良好的外观。由于塑料制品具有原料来源丰富,价格便宜,无毒、易于成型加工,较高的刚性和韧性,机械强度好,所以现在人们生活中充斥着各式各样的塑料制品,而色母粒着色是现今最普遍采用的塑料着色法。色母粒是20世纪60年代开发的一种塑料、纤维的着色新产品,它是把颜料超常量均匀的载附于树脂中而制得的聚合物的复合物。随着技术的进步,塑料加工过程中,通过添加色母粒,从而起到美化、装饰、便于识别、提高耐候性、提高力学性能、改进光学性能等作用。采用色母粒着色时,颜料经过预处理并均匀分散于载体树脂中,大大提高了颜料的分散性能和着色效率,具有操作简单、成本低廉、对环境无污染等优点。
聚乙烯是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小。目前,国外聚乙烯色母粒技术水平较高的国家,颜料、分散剂等原材料品种齐全,已形成了系列化和专业化产品结构。但是国产聚乙烯色母粒产品结构单一,颜料、分散剂等原材料品种搭配不全,导致色泽存在一定差异,这对于制品的着色极为不利。

一种白色增白母粒制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份原料配比步骤,聚乙烯20~40份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂10~15份、矿物油5~10份、抗静电剂8~15份、硅烷偶联剂5~10份,颜料15~30份、抗氧剂8~15份、阻燃剂18~20份、碳酸钙10~20份,增白剂2~5份,增亮剂15~20份,分散剂3~5份,
S2、混合搅拌步骤,将原料送入混合机中,搅拌速度为100~120r/min;搅拌时间为60~80min,搅拌速度为400~500r/min ;
S3、挤出步骤,将得到的混合料送入双螺杆挤出造粒机进行熔融挤压,双螺杆挤出机内温度控制在120~180℃,螺杆转速为150~450r/min,挤出多根有色线条,将多根有色线条放入水槽冷却;将冷却后的有色线条输送至干燥器内进行干燥处理,干燥温度控制在40~80℃,干燥20~40min;
S4、切粒步骤,将干燥后的有色线条输送至切粒机进行切粒处理,将有色线条切断为色母粒,并将获得的色母粒放入清水中冲洗;空气中干燥。

本发明制得的母粒应用于聚乙烯进行功能改性时,其具有填充补强、增白增艳、增亮、爽滑、抗静电等多功能作用。同时,本发明提供的聚乙烯用功能性白色母粒的制备方法简单实用,应用前景好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种白色增白母粒制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份原料配比步骤,聚乙烯20~40份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂10~15份、矿物油5~10份、抗静电剂8~15份、硅烷偶联剂5~10份,颜料15~30份、抗氧剂8~15份、阻燃剂18~20份、碳酸钙10~20份,增白剂2~5份,增亮剂15~20份,分散剂3~5份,
S2、混合搅拌步骤,将原料送入混合机中,搅拌速度为100~120r/min;搅拌时间为60~80min,搅拌速度为400~500r/min ;
S3、挤出步骤,将得到的混合料送入双螺杆挤出造粒机进行熔融挤压,双螺杆挤出机内温度控制在120~180℃,螺杆转速为150~450r/min,挤出多根有色线条,将多根有色线条放入水槽冷却;将冷却后的有色线条输送至干燥器内进行干燥处理,干燥温度控制在40~80℃,干燥20~40min;
S4、切粒步骤,将干燥后的有色线条输送至切粒机进行切粒处理,将有色线条切断为色母粒,并将获得的色母粒放入清水中冲洗;空气中干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述增白剂为二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的增亮剂为亚乙基双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为葆力孚抗静电剂和ACL抗静电剂的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述颜料为钛白粉、氧化锌、立德粉中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010 与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168 的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的散剂为聚乙烯蜡、OP 蜡、硬脂酸镁、聚乙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种。
