Description

Medicine and food homologous preparation for nourishing bone marrow
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care food, and relates to a medicine-food homologous preparation for nourishing bone marrow.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine has long recognized that bone marrow is an organ that produces blood cells (red blood cells, white blood cells, etc.). The book "classics-visceral manifestation class" says: the marrow is the filling of bone. "here, the bone includes the brain, the vertebra, other bones, correspondingly includes the brain marrow, the spinal cord, other bone marrow. The statement of the Jing Yi (Jing Yi-Shang-Tou) of the Chinese and Western languages: the term "marrow covers" refers to the generation of kidney essence, while the essence is sufficient to produce marrow and foot. "Su Wen-Sheng Qi Tong Tian Lun" (plain questions-Sheng Qi Tong Tian Lun) says: "bone marrow is firm, both qi and blood are good. The above Chinese medicine discussion forms a 'mechanism of generating marrow and essence, transforming blood and generating marrow-blood mutually', which ensures the physiological balance and regulation of the quantity of immune cells of human body.
Rhizoma polygonati: the weight of the spleen of a mouse can be increased, and the effect of sealwort on increasing peripheral white blood cells is prompted, and the spleen interstitial cell proliferation is possibly promoted to play a compensatory extramedullary hematopoiesis function. Rhizoma Polygonati can increase leukocyte and erythrocyte value of mouse with marrow hematopoietic function damaged by cyclophosphamide (Liyan, antagonistic action of rhizoma Polygonati crude polysaccharide on mouse leukocyte reduction caused by cyclophosphamide, Jilin Chinese medicine, 1996, 16 (2): 38).
Kudzu root: has anticancer and cancer cell differentiation inducing effects. Can inhibit cancer cell proliferation (Jingyongquini, daidzein (S86019) inducing HL-60 cell differentiation, Proc. Pharmacopeia, 1993, 28 (1): 11).
Wolfberry fruit: has certain effects on maintaining normal cell development, improving DNA repair capability and delaying cell aging (Liu Ju year, observation of influence of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP) extracted from Lycium barbarum on immunity of the elderly, China microorganism and immunology journal, 1988, 8 (3): 192).
Sea-buckthorn: has good therapeutic effect on myelodysplastic syndrome and leukopenia (HUZHONGYU, animal experiment and clinical research on treating hematopoietic disorder with oleum Hippophae, Ningxia J.Med., 1994, 16 (6): 343).
Tuckahoe, poria cocos: can obviously increase the rosette formation rate and the lymphocyte transformation rate induced by phytohemagglutinin. Has effects in resisting thymus atrophy and spleen enlargement (Chenxiangxia, physiological activity of carboxymethyl pachyman, edible fungus of China (1990), 9 (4): 12).
Spirulina: can make spleen white marrow lymphocytes densely arranged and red marrow macrophages significantly increased (Lidinghai, Spirulina-Beijing, Chinese agriculture science and technology publishing Co.).
Astragalus root: can promote the synthesis of deoxyribose and protein of bone marrow cells, accelerate the division of nucleated cells and increase the number of cells. Meanwhile, astragalus has the functions of reducing the generation of free radicals and increasing the purification capacity of the free radicals (Deng Shansan, the blood science of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the present country, Chinese medical science and technology Press, 1997, 362).
Wild jujube seed: orally taken spina date seed (5g/kg. d.times.20) has obviously increased appetite and weight of mice, can enhance the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the mice, and can antagonize the inhibition of delayed type hypersensitivity of the mice caused by cyclophosphamide (Langxing Cai, Limingxian, Wu Tree gao, etc., Chinese traditional medicine journal, 1988, 11).
Balloon flower: platycodin D can promote lymphocyte proliferation, enhance phagocytic function of macrophage, and stimulate secretion of lymphocyte IL-2, IL-4 and macrophage TNF-alpha, IL-12 (Lijing, Von Hui, Wangming, etc., platycodin D has influence on immune function of mouse lymphocyte and macrophage, reported by northwest university of agriculture and forestry science and technology, 2019, 47, 1).
At present, the application of rhizoma polygonati, radix puerariae and other medicinal and edible preparations in traditional Chinese medicine is related, but the utilization rate of the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine is low, and the effects of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, and replenishing marrow and producing sperm are limited.

C. and B, weighing the kudzu root and the wheat bran weighed in the step A according to the ratio of 10: 3, stir-frying until the kudzu root turns brown, taking out, sieving to remove wheat bran, cooling and grinding to obtain kudzu root powder;
D. b, putting the medlar, the sea buckthorn and the poria cocos weighed in the step A into edible alcohol, preserving heat for 1-2 hours at 40-50 ℃, filtering, adding 1-1.5 times of water by weight into filtrate, and concentrating until the alcohol is completely eliminated to obtain concentrated solution I;
E. soaking the spirulina, the astragalus and the spina date seed weighed in the step A into edible alcohol, then preserving heat for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, filtering, adding 1-1.5 times of water by weight into the filtrate, and concentrating until the alcohol is completely eliminated to obtain a concentrated solution II;
F. putting the dried rhizoma polygonati obtained in the step B and the platycodon grandiflorum weighed in the step A into the concentrated solution II obtained in the step E, decocting for 1-2 h, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrated solution III; then mixing the concentrated solution I and the concentrated solution III to obtain a mixed solution, mixing the mixed solution with starch, drying, and grinding into composite yellow fine powder;
G. and D, mixing the kudzu root powder obtained in the step C and the compound rhizoma polygonati powder obtained in the step F to obtain the bone marrow nourishing medicinal and edible preparation.
Further, the wine in the step B is one of yellow wine, rice wine and white spirit.
Further, in the step B, the weight part ratio of the sealwort to the wine is 10: 1.
further, the volume fraction of the edible alcohol in the step D and the step E is 60-70%.
Further, the adding amount of the edible alcohol in the step D is 8-10 times of the total mass of the barbary wolfberry fruit, the sea buckthorn and the poria cocos.
Furthermore, the adding amount of the edible alcohol in the step E is 10-12 times of the total mass of the spirulina, the astragalus and the spina date seed.
Furthermore, the soaking time in the step E is more than or equal to 12 h.
Further, the mass ratio of the starch to the mixed solution in the step F is 2: 1.
the working principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
