As can be seen from data in table 1, the astragalus and the spina date seed are added in the embodiments 1-3 simultaneously, the prepared medicinal and edible preparation is sweet in taste and free of fishy smell, and the fishy smell of the spirulina is eliminated, the astragalus is not added in the comparative example 1, compared with the embodiments 1-3, the prepared medicinal and edible preparation is sweet in taste and has serious fishy smell, and the spina date seed is not added in the comparative example 2, compared with the embodiments 1-3, the prepared medicinal and edible preparation is sweet in taste and has serious fishy smell, so that the astragalus and the spina date seed are reasonably compatible with other components in the medicinal and edible preparation in a monarch, ministerial, assistant and guide manner, the fishy smell of the spirulina is neutralized together, the taste of the medicinal and edible preparation is improved, and the public acceptance degree is higher.
2. Clinical observations
(1) Selecting an object:
the total of 400 volunteers were collected, 121 volunteers over 45 years old, male-female ratio 71: 207 volunteers of 30-45 years old, 127:80 male and female proportion, 72 volunteers of 30 years old or younger, 36 male and female proportion: 36, the volunteers included one or more of the following conditions: soreness and weakness of waist and knees, tinnitus, spermatorrhea, insomnia, hypomnesis, inappetence, pale tongue, reddened tongue without coating, and constipation.
Volunteers were divided into four groups, A, B, C, D, and were equally assigned according to age and gender:
group A includes: 30 cases over 45 years old, male and female ratio 18: 12, 52 volunteers of 30-45 years old, 32 male and female: 20, 18 volunteers under 30 years old, male and female ratio 9: 9;
group B includes: 31 cases above age 45, male-female ratio 18: 13, 51 volunteers of 30-45 years old, 31 male and female proportion: 20, 18 volunteers under 30 years old, male and female ratio 9: 9;
group C includes: 30 cases over 45 years old, male and female ratio 18: 12, 52 volunteers of 30-45 years old, 32 male and female: 20, 18 volunteers under 30 years old, male and female ratio 9: 9;
group D includes: 30 cases over 45 years old, male-female ratio 17: 13, 52 volunteers of 30-45 years old, 32 male and female: 20, 18 volunteers under 30 years old, male and female ratio 9: 9;
(2) the observation method comprises the following steps:
the medicinal and edible preparation prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 3 was taken 10g with warm water, taken once in the morning and at night after meals, and observed after two weeks after other health products and medicines were stopped taking during observation.
The medicinal and edible preparation prepared in the group A of the medicinal and edible preparations prepared in the group B of the medicinal and edible preparations prepared in the group C of the medicinal and edible preparations prepared in the group D of the comparative example 3 are taken with water.
(3) Determination of therapeutic effect
The detection indexes comprise: blood routine, biochemical indicators of blood (including white blood cell count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC), platelet count (PLT), lymphocyte count (LY), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase), ALB (albumin), A/G (serum albumin/globulin), IgA (immunoglobulin), IgG (immunoglobulin), IgM (immunoglobulin), C.C.R (creatinine clearance);
the effect is shown: the clinical symptoms are obviously improved or close to normal, and the blood routine, blood biochemistry and most indexes are obviously improved or tend to normal;
the method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms are partially improved, and the blood routine, blood biochemistry and partial indexes are obviously improved or tend to be normal;
and (4) invalidation: the clinical symptoms are not obviously improved or aggravated.
(4) Clinical results
The results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the data in table 2, the medicinal and edible preparation prepared by the process in examples 1 to 3 has 187 cases (62.33%), 107 cases (35.67%) and 6 cases (2.00%) of effects after being eaten in groups a to C, while the medicinal and edible preparation prepared by the process in comparative example 3 has obvious effects (35.00%), effects (48.00%) and inefficiencies (17%) after being eaten in group D, and compared with examples 1 to 3, the medicinal effect of the medicinal and edible preparation prepared by the process in comparative example 3 is obviously reduced.
3. Typical cases
Case 1: liu Zhi, male, 37 years old, frequent spermatorrhea in nearly one month, twice a week on average, with symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knees, insomnia, and serious influence on daily life and work.
After a patient takes the medicinal and edible preparation prepared in the embodiment 3 for one week, the spermatorrhea symptom disappears, and after taking the medicinal and edible preparation for two weeks, the soreness and weakness of the waist and the knees is obviously improved, and the sleep is normal.
Case 2: zhangiao, female, age 42, insomnia is severe, and the average sleeping time in evening is less than 5 hours in two months, accompanied by symptoms of poor appetite, hypomnesis, pale tongue, reddish tongue and no coating.
After a patient takes the medicinal and edible preparation prepared in the example 3 for two weeks, the average sleeping time at night reaches 7 hours, the appetite is good, the tongue is normal, and the memory is improved.
Case 3: in Sunzhi, male, age 35, the number of urination and urine output increases at night in half a month, the male gets up 3-4 times at night, has poor rest at night, and sleepiness in the day with symptoms of dizziness, weakness, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, and constipation.
After a patient takes the medicinal and edible preparation prepared in the embodiment 2 for two weeks, the patient gets up at most once every night, the rest condition at night is improved, and simultaneously symptoms of dizziness, hypodynamia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees and constipation disappear, so that the health is recovered.

A medicine-food homologous preparation for nourishing bone marrow is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 20-30 parts of radix puerariae, 15-20 parts of radix astragali, 10-15 parts of fructus lycii, 10-15 parts of sea buckthorn, 10-15 parts of poria cocos, 5-10 parts of spina date seeds, 20-30 parts of spirulina and 5-8 parts of platycodon grandiflorum.
2. The bone marrow nourishing medicinal and edible preparation according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 24 parts of kudzu root, 16 parts of astragalus, 12 parts of wolfberry fruit, 12 parts of sea buckthorn, 15 parts of poria cocos, 7 parts of spina date seed, 25 parts of spirulina and 7 parts of platycodon grandiflorum.
3. A preparation method of a medicine-food homologous preparation for nourishing bone marrow is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. weighing the components according to the formula of the medicine-food homologous preparation for nourishing bone marrow of any one of claims 1-2 for later use;
B. putting the rhizoma polygonati weighed in the step A into wine, steaming the wine in a water-proof way until the wine is absorbed by the rhizoma polygonati, and taking out the rhizoma polygonati and drying the rhizoma polygonati in the sun;
C. and B, weighing the kudzu root and the wheat bran weighed in the step A according to the ratio of 10: 3, stir-frying until the kudzu root turns brown, taking out, sieving to remove wheat bran, cooling and grinding to obtain kudzu root powder;

F. putting the dried rhizoma polygonati obtained in the step B and the platycodon grandiflorum weighed in the step A into the concentrated solution II obtained in the step E, decocting for 1-2 h, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrated solution III; then mixing the concentrated solution I and the concentrated solution III to obtain a mixed solution, mixing the mixed solution with starch, drying, and grinding into composite yellow fine powder;
G. and D, mixing the kudzu root powder obtained in the step C and the compound rhizoma polygonati powder obtained in the step F to obtain the bone marrow nourishing medicinal and edible preparation.
4. The preparation method of the bone marrow nourishing medicinal and edible preparation as claimed in claim 3, wherein the wine in step B is one of yellow wine, rice wine and Chinese liquor.
5. The preparation method of the bone marrow nourishing medicinal and edible preparation as claimed in claim 3, wherein the weight part ratio of rhizoma Polygonati to wine in the step B is 10: 1.
