Example 6
The embodiment provides a blood-replenishing and beauty-maintaining food, which comprises raw materials of 12g of red beans, 9g of dried red dates, 4g of wolfberry fruits, 4g of red-coated peanuts, 0.85g of rose, 0.5g of donkey-hide gelatin, 2g of raspberry, 0.15g of tea theanine, 5g of astragalus membranaceus, 1g of angelica sinensis and 7g of purple rice.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the blood-replenishing and beauty-maintaining food, which takes the composition as a raw material and comprises the following specific steps:
(1) pretreatment of raw materials: parching peanut with red skin, pulverizing to 24 mesh, pulverizing purple rice to 50 mesh, cutting colla Corii Asini, pulverizing to 50 mesh, micronizing flos Rosae Rugosae to 100 mesh, and decocting semen Phaseoli.

The preparation method of the blood-replenishing and beautifying food provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts the composition as a raw material, and the prepared product can be used for accurately supplementing nutrition and is remarkably improved in efficacy compared with the traditional five red foods. The method specifically comprises the following advantages: (1) the solid product has low transportation cost and convenient carrying; (2) the eating is convenient, and the time and the labor are saved; (3) is not easy to cause internal heat and has good taste.

the second component is 0.01-0.2 parts of lycopene or 0.5-4 parts of raspberry.

The blood replenishing and skin beautifying food according to claim 1, wherein the first component comprises 10-15 parts of red beans, 6-11 parts of dried red dates, 3-5 parts of wolfberry fruits, 3-6 parts of red-coated peanuts, 0.5-1.5 parts of roses, 0.3-0.8 part of donkey-hide gelatin, 0.1-0.2 part of tea theanine, 4-6 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 0.5-1.5 parts of angelica sinensis and 6-8 parts of purple rice;
the second component is 0.01-0.07 parts of lycopene or 1-4 parts of raspberry.
3. A preparation method of a blood-replenishing and beauty-maintaining food is characterized by comprising the following steps: the blood-replenishing and beauty-maintaining food according to claim 1 or 2 is used for preparing the blood-replenishing and beauty-maintaining food.

mixing lycopene, the theanine of the tea leaves, the mixed concentrated solution and pretreatment materials corresponding to other components to obtain a total mixed material, and drying the total mixed material;
preferably, the concentration degree of the mixed concentrated solution is controlled to be 30-35% of the solid content of the total mixed materials.

The method for preparing blood-enriching face-beautifying food according to claim 4, wherein the preparation process of the mixed concentrated solution comprises the following steps: mixing the dried red dates, the medlar, the astragalus and the angelica, adding primary extraction water for extraction, filtering to obtain a first extraction solution, then adding secondary extraction water for extraction, filtering to obtain a second extraction solution, and combining the first extraction solution and the second extraction solution; combining the first extract and the second extract and then concentrating;
more preferably, the first extractive solution and the second extractive solution are prepared by boiling, extracting at 85-94 deg.C for 0.5-2 hr, more preferably 0.8-1.2 hr;

extracting the dried red dates, the medlar, the astragalus and the angelica to obtain a mixed extracting solution; extracting the raspberry to obtain raspberry extract, concentrating the mixed extract to obtain a first concentrated solution, concentrating the raspberry extract to obtain a second concentrated solution, and mixing the first concentrated solution and the second concentrated solution to obtain a mixed concentrated solution;
mixing the theanine, the mixed concentrated solution and the pretreatment materials corresponding to other components to obtain a total mixed material, and drying the total mixed material;
preferably, the concentration degree of the mixed concentrated solution is controlled to be 30-35% of the solid content of the total mixed materials.
