The paint for treating alopecia areata prepared by the embodiment has good antibacterial effect and skin pore activating effect, can inhibit and kill fungi parasitizing on the hair surface and in hair follicles when being used for treating alopecia areata, has small irritation to hair follicles in the scalp, and can effectively inhibit and treat alopecia areata of patients.
Example 2
Putting the pseudolarix into a vertical grinder for grinding to obtain pseudolarix powder, weighing 20 parts of the pseudolarix powder according to the formula proportion, then adding 17 parts of ethanol for uniformly mixing, standing and soaking at room temperature, and finally filtering to obtain a pseudolarix alcohol extract; grinding 5 parts by mass of dendrobium officinale and 5 parts by mass of houttuynia cordata into powder respectively, and adding the powder into the alcohol extract of pseudolarix; weighing 8 parts of sodium benzoate according to the formula proportion, adding 6 parts of deionized water, and mixing to obtain a sodium benzoate solution; weighing 11 parts of salicylic acid according to a formula ratio, and then adding 17 parts of ethanol for mixing to obtain a salicylic acid solution; adding the obtained alcohol extract of cortex pseudolaricis, sodium benzoate solution and salicylic acid solution into a dispersing kettle, stirring at a stirring speed of 350r/min for 3min, packaging, and storing to obtain the final product.
The paint for treating alopecia areata prepared by the embodiment has good antibacterial effect and skin pore activating effect, can inhibit and kill fungi parasitizing on the hair surface and in hair follicles when being used for treating alopecia areata, has small irritation to hair follicles in the scalp, and can effectively inhibit and treat alopecia areata of patients.
Compared with the example 1, the mass fraction of each component is increased, 5 parts of dendrobium officinale and 5 parts of houttuynia cordata are added, and the liniment for treating alopecia areata prepared in the example has a better effect of treating alopecia areata compared with the example 1, can activate dormant cells on scalp, enable the cells to exert functions again, enhance cell viability, activate microvascular walls, supplement collagen required by scalp cells, enhance toughness of hair, inhibit and resist various pathogenic bacilli, cocci, influenza viruses, leptospira and the like, can kill fungi and viruses, has mild drug effect during use, can relieve irritation to human scalp, has low irritation to scalp and has a good protective effect on scalp.
Example 3
Putting the pseudolarix into a vertical grinder for grinding to obtain pseudolarix powder, weighing 25 parts of the pseudolarix powder according to the formula proportion, then adding 20 parts of ethanol for uniformly mixing, standing and soaking at room temperature, and finally filtering to obtain a pseudolarix alcohol extract; grinding 10 parts by mass of dendrobium officinale and 10 parts by mass of houttuynia cordata into powder respectively, and adding the powder into the alcohol extract of pseudolarix; weighing 12 parts of sodium benzoate according to the formula proportion, adding 10 parts of deionized water, and mixing to obtain a sodium benzoate solution; adding 5 parts by mass of citric acid into a sodium benzoate solution; weighing 14 parts of salicylic acid according to a formula ratio, and then adding 20 parts of ethanol for mixing to obtain a salicylic acid solution; adding the obtained alcohol extract of pseudolarix, sodium benzoate solution and salicylic acid solution into a dispersing kettle, stirring at a stirring speed of 400r/min for 3min, packaging, and storing to obtain the final product.
The paint for treating alopecia areata prepared by the embodiment has good antibacterial effect and skin pore activating effect, can inhibit and kill fungi parasitizing on the hair surface and in hair follicles when being used for treating alopecia areata, has small irritation to hair follicles in the scalp, and can effectively inhibit and treat alopecia areata of patients.
Compared with the example 2, the paint for treating alopecia areata prepared in the example has better effect of treating alopecia areata, has good effect of killing bacterial spores and improves the bactericidal effect compared with the example 1, so that the paint for treating alopecia areata can be matched with benzoic acid and salicylic acid to further kill the bacterial spores on the surface of the scalp and in the hair follicle, effectively prevent the alopecia areata from recurring, accelerate the renewal of the scalp cutin, activate the scalp cutin through the scalp cutin and the pseudolarix which are dissolved and proliferated by the salicylic acid, and the citric acid, the pseudolarix and the salicylic acid supplement each other to promote pores to remove redundant lipids, improve the blocking effect of scalp cells on external bacteria and protect the hair follicles. Meanwhile, the hair-care mask can also thin the pores of the scalp, can better protect the hair follicles and can ensure that the alopecia areata part of a patient can grow hair again.

grinding cortex pseudolaricis into powder, soaking in ethanol, and filtering to obtain cortex pseudolaricis ethanol extract;
dissolving sodium benzoate in deionized water to obtain a sodium benzoate solution;
dissolving salicylic acid in ethanol to obtain a salicylic acid solution;
and uniformly mixing the alcohol extract of the pseudolarix, the sodium benzoate solution and the salicylic acid solution to obtain the liniment for treating alopecia areata.
8. The liniment for treating alopecia areata as claimed in claim 7, wherein the hibiscus skin is pulverized, then soaked in ethanol, and filtered to obtain an alcohol extract of hibiscus skin comprising:
the preparation method comprises the steps of putting the pseudolarix into a grinding machine for grinding to obtain pseudolarix powder with the particle size of 50-75 um, weighing the pseudolarix powder according to a formula proportion, putting the pseudolarix powder into a stirring machine, adding ethanol, stirring at the speed of 200-300 r/min for 3-5 min, standing at room temperature, soaking for 24-60 hours, and finally filtering to obtain the pseudolarix alcohol extract.
