Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide pearl bright white fresh toothpaste and a preparation method thereof, wherein sodium bicarbonate, sodium phytate, pearl powder and the like are added into a formula of the toothpaste, and effective paste kneading, grinding and aging processes are set in the preparation method, natural plant stain-removing sodium phytate helps to improve exogenous color plates such as smoke stains and tea stains, reduce dental plaque and whiten teeth, and the pearl powder in the formula also helps to clean dental stains and plays a role in reducing dental plaque in the process of using the toothpaste by a user; the toothpaste, which is kneaded, ground and aged, generates dense foam that penetrates deeply between teeth, thus deeply cleaning the teeth of a user to more effectively clean the stains on the teeth, thereby solving the problems of the background art as described above.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the pearl whitening refreshing toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of sorbitol, 2-5 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 80-100 parts of purified water, 15-20 parts of hydrated silica, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.5-1 part of essence, 3-5 parts of cellulose gum, 0.4-0.6 part of xanthan gum, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.2-0.3 part of saccharin sodium, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium benzoate, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hydroxybenzoate, 0.1-0.4 part of tetrasodium pyrophosphate, 1-5 parts of sodium chloride, 3-5 parts of natural plant extract, 5-9 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2-3 parts of sodium phytate and 10-15 parts of pearl powder.

Preferably, the formula of the pearl whitening refreshing toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of sorbitol, 3 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 90 parts of water, 17 parts of hydrated silica, 0.3 part of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.75 part of essence, 4 parts of cellulose gum, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.3 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 0.25 part of sodium saccharin, 0.15 part of sodium benzoate, 0.2 part of sodium hydroxybenzoate, 0.3 part of tetrasodium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of sodium chloride, 4 parts of natural plant extract, 7 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2.5 parts of sodium phytate and 12.5 parts of pearl powder.
Preferably, the natural plant extract is a mixture of 3-5 parts of wintergreen extract and 3-5 parts of mint extract.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pearl whitening fresh toothpaste, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing, metering, preparing and feeding materials, weighing and feeding sorbitol, aluminum hydroxide, hydrated silica, sodium lauryl sulfate, essence, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxybenzoate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium chloride, natural plant extracts, sodium bicarbonate, sodium phytate, pearl powder and the like according to the mass part process formula of the pearl whitening fresh toothpaste, putting the weighed materials into a pre-dissolving pot or a pre-mixing pot, dissolving the materials uniformly by purified water, and finally feeding the spices and solid powder in the formula;
s2, mixing and making paste, taking the full input of the spice and the solid powder in the formula as a limit, stirring and mixing with a scraper and homogenizing and stirring and mixing after all the materials in the formula are input until the powder, the spice and other formulas are stirred to be in a homogeneous paste state;
s3, kneading the paste, transferring the final mixture stirred in the step S2 to a paste kneading machine for vacuum kneading, wherein the kneading effect of the paste can fully mix the toothpaste;
s4, carrying out vacuum grinding, keeping the kneaded paste in a vacuum environment, and grinding the kneaded paste by using a grinder until the fineness of the ground paste reaches the fineness standard of the corresponding process;
and S5, storing and aging, namely pumping the fully ground toothpaste body into a paste body storage pot for aging, naturally cooling the materials to normal temperature, fully expanding the materials to form a homogeneous adhesive body, and improving the elasticity of the materials.
Preferably, in steps S3 and S4, bubbles are generated in the paste during kneading and grinding, and the degree of vacuum of the paste during kneading and grinding is-0.090 Mpa to-0.096 Mpa.
Preferably, in step S5, the aging time of the paste is at least 120 minutes; in steps S3, S4 and S5, the paste temperature and the ambient temperature during kneading, grinding and aging of the toothpaste are at most 45 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects and advantages that: by adding sodium bicarbonate, sodium phytate, pearl powder and the like into the formula of the toothpaste and setting effective paste kneading, grinding and aging processes in the preparation method, the natural plant stain-removing sodium phytate helps to improve exogenous color plates such as smoke stains and tea stains, reduce dental plaque and whiten teeth, and the pearl powder in the formula also helps to clean tooth stains and play a role in reducing dental plaque in the process of using the toothpaste by a user; the toothpaste, which is kneaded, ground and aged, generates dense foam that penetrates between teeth, thus providing deep cleaning of the user's teeth and more effective cleaning of dental stains.

The pearl whitening refreshing toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of sorbitol, 2 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 80 parts of purified water, 15 parts of hydrated silica, 0.2 part of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.5 part of essence, 3 parts of cellulose gum, 0.4 part of xanthan gum, 0.2 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.2 part of sodium saccharin, 0.1 part of sodium benzoate, 0.1 part of sodium hydroxybenzoate, 0.1 part of tetrasodium pyrophosphate, 1 part of sodium chloride, 3 parts of a natural plant extract, 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts of sodium phytate and 10 parts of pearl powder.
The natural plant extract is a mixture of 3-5 parts of wintergreen extract and 3-5 parts of mint extract.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pearl whitening fresh toothpaste, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing, metering, preparing and feeding materials, weighing and feeding sorbitol, aluminum hydroxide, hydrated silica, sodium lauryl sulfate, essence, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxybenzoate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium chloride, natural plant extracts, sodium bicarbonate, sodium phytate, pearl powder and the like according to the mass part process formula of the pearl whitening fresh toothpaste, putting the weighed materials into a pre-dissolving pot or a pre-mixing pot, dissolving the materials uniformly by purified water, and finally feeding the spices and solid powder in the formula;

Different from the embodiment 1, the formula of the pearl whitening refreshing toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 17 parts of sorbitol, 4 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 85 parts of purified water, 16 parts of hydrated silica, 0.25 part of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.6 part of essence, 3.5 parts of cellulose gum, 0.45 part of xanthan gum, 0.25 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.25 part of saccharin sodium, 0.15 part of sodium benzoate, 0.25 part of sodium hydroxybenzoate, 0.2 part of tetrasodium pyrophosphate, 2 parts of sodium chloride, 3.5 parts of natural plant extract, 8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2.5 parts of sodium phytate and 14 parts of pearl powder.

the natural plants of the ilex extract and the mint extract added in the formula can achieve the effects of refreshing breath and refreshing mind and body in the process of using the toothpaste by a user.
