本发明涉及一种丙纶面料亲水剂,按照重量份数计,它包括(1)油酸35‑50份;(2)硬脂酸30‑45份;(3)椰油酸28‑40份;(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚15‑25份;(5)催化剂5‑10份;其制备方法,它包括(1)首先在搅拌装置中依次加入油酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、椰油酸、催化剂,加热搅拌均匀,温度控制在50‑80℃;(2)然后将搅拌装置抽真空,反应2‑5小时即可。本发明环保,亲水性好,显著提高纤维延伸性和韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种亲水剂,具体涉及一种丙纶亲水剂。
背景技术
亲水剂能使面料表面张力迅速下降,多为长链有机化合物,分子中同时存在亲水基团和亲油基团,亲水剂在生产过程中需要将多种原料进行混合制备,丙纶面料它是由丙烯作原料经聚合、熔体纺丝制得的纤维。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种环保,亲水性好,显著提高纤维延伸性和韧性的丙纶面料亲水剂。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的丙纶面料亲水剂,按照重量份数计,它包括,
(1)油酸 35-50份;
(2)硬脂酸 30-45份;
(3)椰油酸 28-40份;
(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚 15-25份;
(5)催化剂 5-10份;
其制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)首先在搅拌装置中依次加入油酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、椰油酸、催化剂,加热搅拌均匀,温度控制在50-80℃;
(2)然后将搅拌装置抽真空,反应2-5小时即可。
优选地,按照重量份数计,它包括,
(1)油酸 46份;
(2)硬脂酸 38份;
(3)椰油酸 32份;
(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚 16份;
(5)催化剂 7份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明采用油酸、硬脂酸、椰油酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、催化剂,经过加热搅拌,抽真空反应,整体低毒环保,使用稳定可靠,亲水性好,可以显著提高纤维的延伸性和韧性。

实施例1
本发明所述的丙纶面料亲水剂,按照重量份数计,它包括,
(1)油酸 39份;
(2)硬脂酸 32份;
(3)椰油酸 30份;
(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚 17份;
(5)催化剂 6份;
其制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)首先在搅拌装置中依次加入油酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、椰油酸、催化剂,加热搅拌均匀,温度控制在50-80℃;
(2)然后将搅拌装置抽真空,反应2-5小时即可。
实施例2
本发明所述的丙纶面料亲水剂,按照重量份数计,它包括,
(1)油酸 48份;
(2)硬脂酸 40份;
(3)椰油酸 33份;
(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚 20份;
(5)催化剂 8份;
其制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)首先在搅拌装置中依次加入油酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、椰油酸、催化剂,加热搅拌均匀,温度控制在50-80℃;
(2)然后将搅拌装置抽真空,反应2-5小时即可。
本发明采用油酸、硬脂酸、椰油酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、催化剂,经过加热搅拌,抽真空反应,整体低毒环保,使用稳定可靠,亲水性好,可以显著提高纤维的延伸性和韧性。

(1)油酸 35-50份;
(2)硬脂酸 30-45份;
(3)椰油酸 28-40份;
(4)甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚 15-25份;
(5)催化剂 5-10份;
其制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)首先在搅拌装置中依次加入油酸、硬脂酸、甲氧基封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚、椰油酸、催化剂,加热搅拌均匀,温度控制在50-80℃;
(2)然后将搅拌装置抽真空,反应2-5小时即可。
