Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于聚酯织物的洗涤液,主要由表面活性剂溶剂、EO/PO嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、葡糖酰胺、非离子表面活性剂、二丙二醇丁醚、蛋白酶和聚酯类聚合物组成。本发明的一些实例,对聚酯织物上吸附的油污,特别是老化后的机油等难清洗的油污,具有极好的洗涤效果;可以减少聚酯织物对油污的吸附力,洗涤之后可以提高聚酯织物的耐污能力,特别是耐油污能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品洗涤剂,特别涉及一种适用于聚酯织物的洗涤液。
背景技术
聚酯纤维面料(polyester fibre)由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,商品名涤纶。涤纶的比重为1.38;熔点255~260℃,在205℃时开始粘结,安全熨烫温度为135℃;吸湿度很低,仅为0.4%;长丝的断裂强度为4.5~5.5克/旦,短纤维为3.5~5.5克/旦;长丝的断裂伸长率为15~25%,短纤维为25~40%;高强型纤维强度可达7~8克/旦,伸长为7.5~12.5%。涤纶有优良的耐皱性、弹性和尺寸稳定性,有良好的电绝缘性能,耐日光,耐摩擦,不霉不蛀,有较好的耐化学试剂性能,能耐弱酸及弱碱。
涤纶具有许多优良的纺织性能和服用性能,用途广泛,可以纯纺织造,也可与棉、毛、丝、麻等天然纤维和其他化学纤维混纺交织,制成花色繁多、坚牢挺刮、易洗易干、免烫和洗可穿性能良好的仿毛、仿棉、仿丝、仿麻织物。涤纶织物适用于男女衬衫、外衣、儿童衣着、室内装饰织物和地毯等。
涤纶虽然存在众多优异的性能,但是其对脂质污物的吸附力较强。而日常生活中,经常会遇到亲油性的污垢,如食用油、机油、人体分泌的皮脂污垢,这些污垢与亲水性的污垢混合,形成W-O体系等附着在织物上,普通的洗涤剂比较难以有效去除。同时,残留的污垢同样具有亲水亲油性,对污垢,特别是脂性污垢的吸附力也有所增加,导致织物易脏。
家用织物洗涤剂是以表面活性剂为主,辅助以特定功能性的助剂。而加入特定的聚合物和酶能够更加高效的去除特定的污渍。与聚酯去污聚合物(SRP)复配的洗涤剂组合物通常具有优异的油污和颗粒性污垢的去污性,去污性显著优于表面活性剂更高含量的洗涤剂组合物。去污聚合物常见的有聚丙烯酸、聚醚改性聚乙烯亚胺(EPEI)、聚酯聚醚等。洗涤过程中,聚酯去污聚合物通过憎水性的聚酯嵌段吸附在油性或颗粒性污垢上,亲水的嵌段则伸向水中,从而使得污垢的具有亲水性。实现提高洗涤剂的去污能力,并防止污垢回沾的功效。液体洗涤剂易于分散,渗透,越来越受到人们的喜欢。然而其对吸附在涤纶上的油污去除效果一般。
CN104862145A公开了一种新型棉衣用去渍衣领净,该衣领净以质量份计含有以下成分:钾皂10~22份,三乙醇胺油酸皂2~5份,1,2-丙二醇1.5~5份,去离子水3~8份,葡萄糖三乙酸酯2~5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14~25份,一缩二丙二醇30~50份,荧光增白剂cbs-x 0.2~0.5份,丁烷1~4份,碳酸钠5~10份,沸石5~10份,苯甲酸钠0.5~1.2份,柠檬香料0.02~0.05份,黏土15~24份。本发明提供的衣领净能够有效地去除衣领上的汗渍、黄垢,见效快,并且不损伤衣物。然而,其含有较大量的不溶性无机颗粒,洗涤之后需要二次清洗。颗粒的存在,对洗衣机等也存在一定的损伤。
CN102071111A公开了一种洗衣液,0.1~5.0%亲油改性聚合物、0.2~5.0%羧酸聚合物、1~25.0%非离子表面活性剂、1~25.0%阴离子表面活性剂、0.01~1.5%酶、0.1~15.0%酶稳定剂、0.5~8.0%泡沫控制剂、0.5~10%其他助剂和水制备得到。对泥油污垢的去污力强、抗污垢再沉积能力强。主要通过采用亲油改性聚合物,用于提高洗衣液生产过程中表面活性剂的溶解速率,提高洗衣液的去污性能以及抗污垢再沉积性能。
为了更好地去除油污等污渍,一般需要单独使用衣领净等洗涤剂局部施用在油污较重的衣领、袖口等处,然后人工洗涤。只能针对单次洗涤,对织物再次污染污垢后清洗效果无任何帮助,使用不够方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的技术的至少一种不足,提供一种适用于聚酯织物的洗涤液。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的第一个方面,提供:
一种洗涤液,以质量份计,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
0.5~2.5份磺酸盐、1~4份表面活性剂溶剂、2~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、5~8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1~4份葡糖酰胺、0.5~2份非离子表面活性剂、1~4份醇醚溶剂、0.1~0.3份蛋白酶、1~2份聚酯类聚合物。
在一些实例中,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1~1.5份磺酸盐、1~3份表面活性剂溶剂、4~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6~7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2~3份葡糖酰胺、1~2份非离子表面活性剂、2~3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
在一些实例中,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1.5份磺酸盐、2份表面活性剂溶剂、4份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份葡糖酰胺、1份非离子表面活性剂、3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
在一些实例中,还添加了荧光增白剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、香精或色素等洗涤液常用助剂中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述磺酸盐包含辛烷基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述表面活性剂溶剂包含以下质量含量的组分:30~50%乳化剂、10~20%N,N-二甲基9-葵烯酰胺、5~10%D-柠檬烯。
在一些实例中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚EO-9。
在一些实例中,所述葡糖酰胺为椰油基甲基葡萄糖酰胺。
在一些实例中,所述醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述聚酯类聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯。
本发明的第二个方面,提供:
一种含聚酯织物的洗涤方法,包括使用本发明第一个方面洗涤液清洗。
在一些实例中,所述洗涤液的用量为所述含聚酯织物重量的0.5~5%。
在一些实例中,所述洗涤液在水中的添加量为1~30mL/L水。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的聚酯织物洗涤液最终pH值在7.0~8.0之间,中性不伤手不伤衣物。椰油基甲基葡萄糖酰胺是糖基表面活性剂,由葡萄糖和天然油类组成,其可再生碳指标高达95%符合市场对绿色产品的要求。通过脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、非离子表面活性剂组合成活性体系,可以有效去除尘土颗粒、油垢等各种类型的污渍。辛烷基磺酸钠,碳链短更易渗透织物,加快污渍与织物分离。表面活性剂溶剂、二丙二醇丁醚组成的溶剂体系可以加快污垢与织物剥离,溶解分散污渍,更加容易清理。蛋白酶有针对性的高效去除蛋白类污渍。聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯的加入可以在聚酯织物表面形成分子膜,防止油垢深入织物来保护衣物,便于提高再次洗涤效果,同时协同表面活性剂提高清洗效果。
本发明的一些实例,对蛋白和皮脂类污渍具有良好的去除效果。
本发明的一些实例,对聚酯织物上吸附的油污,特别是老化后的机油等难清洗的油污,具有极好的洗涤效果。
本发明的一些实例,可以减少聚酯织物对油污的吸附力,洗涤之后可以提高聚酯织物的耐污能力,特别是耐油污能力。
具体实施方式
本发明的第一个方面,提供:
一种洗涤液,以质量份计,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
0.5~2.5份磺酸盐、1~4份表面活性剂溶剂、2~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、5~8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1~4份葡糖酰胺、0.5~2份非离子表面活性剂、1~4份醇醚溶剂、0.1~0.3份蛋白酶、1~2份聚酯类聚合物。
在一些实例中,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1~1.5份磺酸盐、1~3份表面活性剂溶剂、4~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6~7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2~3份葡糖酰胺、1~2份非离子表面活性剂、2~3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
在一些实例中,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1.5份磺酸盐、2份表面活性剂溶剂、4份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份葡糖酰胺、1份非离子表面活性剂、3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
蛋白酶的作用在于增强洗涤液的蛋白类污渍去除能力。蛋白酶的量可以根据需要进行一定的调整。
在一些实例中,所述磺酸盐包含辛烷基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述表面活性剂溶剂包含以下质量含量的组分:30~50%乳化剂、10~20%N,N-二甲基9-葵烯酰胺、5~10%D-柠檬烯。
在一些实例中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚EO-9。
在一些实例中,所述葡糖酰胺为椰油基甲基葡萄糖酰胺。
在一些实例中,所述醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述聚酯类聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯。该聚合物通过防止油垢深入污染织物来保护衣服,并使得去除顽固污渍更加容易。
本发明的第二个方面,提供:
一种含聚酯织物的洗涤方法,包括使用本发明第一个方面洗涤液清洗。
在一些实例中,所述洗涤液的用量为所述含聚酯织物重量的0.5~5%。
在一些实例中,所述洗涤液在水中的添加量为1~30mL/L水。
洗涤液具体的用量可以根据织物的污染程度进行相应的调整。
为了更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明的内容,但本发明的内容并不仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1~4聚酯织物用洗涤液组分及质量百分比如表1所示。

**非离子表面活性剂为CLARIANT公司的GENAMIN 1530,非离子表面活性剂的混合物;
葡糖酰胺为椰油基甲基葡萄糖酰胺。
聚酯类聚合物1#为聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯,CLARIANT公司的TEXCARE SRN260。
实施例5~8和对比例1~2的聚酯织物用洗涤液组分及质量百分比如表2所示。

葡糖酰胺为椰油基甲基葡萄糖酰胺。
聚酯类聚合物1#为聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯,CLARIANT公司的TEXCARE SRN260。聚酯类聚合物2#为改性聚酯;聚酯类聚合物3#为水溶性聚酯。
方便比较起见,实施例与对比例均按如下方法制备:
(1)将A组分加入锅中,搅拌至完全分散;
(2)B组分加热至45~50℃后加入锅中,搅拌至完全分散;
(3)C组分混合均匀后加入锅中,搅拌至完全分散;
(4)加入D组分,搅拌至完全分散,即得成品。
去污力测试
参照GB/T 13174-2008标准《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中规定的方法进行测试,去污力比值如下表3所示。

从表中可以看出,实施例1~8的去污能力均优于标准洗衣液,其中对比例2对皮脂去污力略有降低,实施例8在使用更少表面活性剂辛烷基磺酸钠的情况下,通过和其他组分的协同作用,较实施例1~7蛋白和皮脂的去污效果更好,具有意料之外的效果,为本发明优选实施例。
下次易清洁性能测试
测试方法:
1、测试布预处理:配制1%洗涤液水溶液,聚酯布料浸泡在测试样溶液中,浸泡10分钟,漂洗一次,自然晾干;
2、把经预处理后的聚酯布料放置于干净的培养皿中,用滴管在预处理的布料上滴3滴大豆油/老化机油,静置40秒后,用镊子夹住测试布边缘放入1%洗涤液水溶液中按照规定的时间洗涮,结束后用自来水漂洗一次后晾干、用白度计测试白度值;
3、把全新未经预处理后的聚酯布料放置于干净的培养皿中,用滴管在预处理的布料上滴3滴大豆油/老化机油,静置40秒后,用镊子夹住测试布边缘放入1%洗涤液水溶液中按照规定的时间洗涮,结束后用自来水漂洗一次后晾干、用白度计测试白度值;
4、按以下公式计算去污提升率
去污提升率=(预处理后清洗白度值-首次清洗白度值)/首次清洗白度值×100%

从表4可以看出,本发明的洗涤液在经过预处理后去污力提升率明显高于标准洗衣液,同时也高于对比例,实施例6较实施例1-5、7、8去污效果提升更高,为本发明去除大豆油油污的优选实施例。

从表5可以看出,本发明的洗涤液在经过预处理后去污力提升率明显高于标准洗衣液,同时也高于对比例,实施例7较实施例1-6、8去污效果提升更高,为本发明去除老化机油油污的优选实施例。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种洗涤液,以质量份计,其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
0.5~2.5份磺酸盐、1~4份表面活性剂溶剂、2~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、5~8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1~4份椰油基甲基葡糖酰胺、0.5~2份非离子表面活性剂、1~4份醇醚溶剂、0.1~0.3份蛋白酶、1~2份聚酯类聚合物;所述磺酸盐为辛烷基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述表面活性剂溶剂为STEPAN公司的STEPOSOL CITRI-MET;所述聚酯类聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤液,其特征在于:其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1~1.5份磺酸盐、1~3份表面活性剂溶剂、4~5份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6~7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2~3份椰油基甲基葡糖酰胺 、1~2份非离子表面活性剂、2~3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤液,其特征在于:其洗涤活性成分的组成为:
1.5份磺酸盐、2份表面活性剂溶剂、4份脂肪醇EO/PO嵌段共聚物、6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份椰油基甲基葡糖酰胺 、1份非离子表面活性剂、3份醇醚溶剂、0.2份蛋白酶、1.5份聚酯类聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤液,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚EO-9。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤液,其特征在于:所述醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。
6.一种含聚酯织物的洗涤方法,包括使用权利要求1~5任一项所述的洗涤液清洗。
