随着近年来生活水平的提高,高品位衣服增多,导致新的多样化。同时,不同的高品位衣服清洗要求不同,对衣服的干洗预处理就至关重要,但是由于污渍的不同、清洗要求的不同,干洗预处理剂需要采用不同的配方,但是为了更有效率地进行预处理,干洗预处理剂的通 用性则至关重要。

一种服装服装干洗预处理剂,包括干洗溶剂、油包水型乳化剂、非离子表面活性剂、环氧基硅烷、单宁酸、可溶性木质素、羟基乙酸、三聚磷酸钠、聚醚、磷酸钠、硅酸钠、四氯乙烯;以100重量份干洗溶剂作基准,所述的油包水型乳化剂用量为25-88重量份;所述的非离子表面活性剂用量为5-10重量份;所述的环氧基硅烷用量为1-30重量份;所述的单宁酸用量为1-50重量份;所述可溶性木质素为2-10重量份;所述羟基乙酸用量为1-50重量份、所述三聚磷酸钠用量为1-50重量份、所述聚醚用量为20-80重量份、所述磷酸钠用量为1-50重量份、所述硅酸钠用量为10-50重量份、所述四氯乙烯用量为2-50重量份。
在一些实施方式中,所述的干洗溶剂选自醇溶剂、酯溶剂、酮溶剂、烃溶剂、氟化物溶剂、溴化物溶剂、碳氯化物溶剂、硅溶剂中的一种或几种。

  1. 一种服装服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,包括干洗溶剂、油包水型乳化剂、非离子表面活性剂、环氧基硅烷、单宁酸、可溶性木质素、羟基乙酸、三聚磷酸钠、聚醚、磷酸钠、硅酸钠、四氯乙烯;以100重量份干洗溶剂作基准,所述的油包水型乳化剂用量为25-88重量份;所述的非离子表面活性剂用量为5-10重量份;所述的环氧基硅烷用量为1-30重量份;所述的单宁酸用量为1-50重量份;所述可溶性木质素为2-10重量份;所述羟基乙酸用量为1-50重量份、所述三聚磷酸钠用量为1-50重量份、所述聚醚用量为20-80重量份、所述磷酸钠用量为1-50重量份、所述硅酸钠用量为10-50重量份、所述四氯乙烯用量为2-50重量份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,所述的油包水型乳化剂用量为25-88重量份;所述的非离子表面活性剂用量为5-10重量份;所述的环氧基硅烷用量为1-25重量份;所述的单宁酸用量为1-50重量份;所述可溶性木质素为2-10重量份;所述羟基乙酸用量为1-50重量份、所述三聚磷酸钠用量为1-25重量份、所述聚醚用量为20-80重量份、所述磷酸钠用量为1-30重量份、所述硅酸钠用量为10-50重量份、所述四氯乙烯用量为2-50重量份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,所述的油包水型乳化剂用量为32重量份;所述的非离子表面活性剂用量为8重量份;所述的环氧基硅烷用量为12重量份;所述的单宁酸用量为10重量份;所述可溶性木质素为8重量份;所述羟基乙酸用量为22重量份、所述三聚磷酸钠用量为25重量份、所述聚醚用量为 22重量份、所述磷酸钠用量为12重量份、所述硅酸钠用量为30重量份、所述四氯乙烯用量为25重量份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,所述的干洗溶剂选自醇溶剂、酯溶剂、酮溶剂、烃溶剂、氟化物溶剂、溴化物溶剂、碳氯化物溶剂、硅溶剂中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,所述的油包水型乳化剂选自具有聚硅氧烷-亲水基-烷基分子链结构的乳化剂、聚醚多元醇以其羟基与脂肪酸形成的酯类乳化剂、聚醚多元醇以其羟基与脂肪醇形成的醚类乳化剂。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的服装干洗预处理剂,其特征在于,所述的环氧基硅烷选自环氧乙烷基硅烷、环氧丙烷基硅烷、环氧丁烷基硅烷中的一种或几种。
