本发明涉及一种地毯清洗剂,属于化工产品技术领域。
背景技术
用于工业污垢清洗的化学制剂,一般应满足下述的技术要求:1.清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底。清洗剂自身对污垢有很强的反应、分散或溶解清除能力,在有限的工期内,可较彻底地除去污垢;2.对清洗对象的损伤应在生产许可的限度内,对金属可能造成的腐蚀有相应的抑制措施;3.清洗所用药剂便宜易得,并立足于国产化;清洗成本低,不造成过多的资源消耗;4.清洗剂对生物与环境无毒或低毒,所生成的废气,废液与废渣,应能够被处理到符合国家相关法规的要求;5.清洗条件温和,尽量不依赖于附加的强化条件,如对温度、压力、机械能等不需要过高的要求;6.清洗过程不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响产品的质量;7.不产生影响清洗过程及现场卫生的泡沫和异味;8.清洗剂不能是易燃、易爆物,或对所需清洗的产品或设备具有某种潜在的安全威胁;9.清洗剂要求尽量做到无磷环保,并减少COD值。

本发明的目的是提供一种地毯清洗剂,克服了上述缺陷。
本发明由以下的物质制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-13份、羟基乙酸10-15份、硫酸钠6-7份、三聚磷酸钠2-8份、聚醚0.6-0.8份、磷酸钠3-5份、四氯乙烯20-28份、焦磷酸钾5-7份、烷基酚乙氧基铵盐6-8份、乙二胺四醋酸钠0.1-0.3份、水90-100份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洁效果好,不损伤纤维,安全环保。
