Abstract
本发明公开了一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、准备尿素、氨水、三聚氰胺、乌洛托品、聚乙烯醇、水、甲醛溶液、甲酸和氢氧化钠;步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,加入氨水搅拌;步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;步骤四、搅拌后开蒸汽升温,缓慢升至80‑90℃,保温20‑40min;步骤五、催化反应,用甲酸调ph6.0,缓慢反应;步骤六、用氢氧化钠调ph9.0,保温25‑35min后开水降温;步骤七、降温至65‑75℃加入二次尿素,关水保温搅拌15‑25min;步骤八、再次进行开水降温,温度降至50度,测ph8.0,即可放料。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:具有阻燃、耐磨、硬度高、较强的胶结强度的特点,同时有效避免浸渍板材开裂情况。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浸渍胶技术领域,具体是指一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺。
背景技术
目前国内外在建筑物内墙装饰和家具制作中流行板材装饰,尤其是纸质阻燃装饰板,现有技术中生产阻燃装饰板,为降低成本,且适应消费者的需求,生产厂家针对胶和纸进行改进。生产纸质阻燃装饰板用的浸渍胶有多种,较早的以苯酚和甲醛为主的酚醛胶,其中的游离酚、游离醛含量高,污染严重。随着环保意识的增强,人们逐步改良浸渍胶,通过低成本的三聚氰胺替代原30%左右的高成本的苯酚进行改性,降低了成本,增加了板材的防火功能,而且减少了苯酚用量,降低了对室内空气的影响,但是不可避免易产生裂纹的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种浸渍后板材阻燃效果更好,具有很强的胶接强度,较高的耐沸水能力,低温固化能力,硬度高,不易开裂且耐磨耐用的一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备尿素130-180份、氨水20-30份、三聚氰胺12-18份、乌洛托品3-5份、聚乙烯醇6-11份、水10-15份、质量百分比浓度为35-40%的甲醛溶液260-360份以及用于调ph的甲酸和氢氧化钠;
步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,打开搅拌器,加入氨水搅拌8-15min;
步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;
步骤四、搅拌15-25min后开蒸汽升温,缓慢升至80-90℃,保温20-40min;
步骤五、催化反应,用甲酸调ph6.0,缓慢反应,40-50min反应完成;
步骤六、用氢氧化钠调ph9.0,保温25-35min后开水降温;
步骤七、降温至65-75℃加入二次尿素,关水保温搅拌15-25min;
步骤八、再次进行开水降温,温度降至50度,测ph8.0,即可放料。
进一步的,步骤一中选用质量百分比浓度为36.5%的甲醛溶液,最终得到的浸渍胶质量效果最好。
进一步的,步骤五反应过程中取样滴入10℃清水,观察反应雾化,查看反应进度。
进一步的,步骤五中带反应完成后,涂四杯测粘度6-8秒。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:以甲醛、尿素、氨水、三聚氰胺为主要原料,制得同时含有三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和脲醛树脂的浸渍胶,具有三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的阻燃、耐磨、硬度高、较强的胶结强度的特点,脲醛树脂的加入有效避免板材开裂缺陷,改善产品缺陷,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备尿素150份、氨水25份、三聚氰胺15份、乌洛托品4份、聚乙烯醇8份、水12份、质量百分比浓度为36.5%的甲醛溶液300份以及用于调ph的甲酸和氢氧化钠;
步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,打开搅拌器,加入氨水搅拌12min;
步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;
步骤四、搅拌20min后开蒸汽升温,缓慢升至85℃,保温30min;
步骤五、催化反应,用甲酸调ph6.0,缓慢反应,中取样滴入10℃清水,观察反应雾化,45min反应完成,涂四杯测粘度6-8秒;
步骤六、用氢氧化钠调ph9.0,保温30min后开水降温;
步骤七、降温至70℃加入二次尿素,关水保温搅拌20min;
步骤八、再次进行开水降温,温度降至50度,测ph8.0,即可放料。
实施例二
一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备尿素130份、氨水20-份、三聚氰胺12份、乌洛托品3份、聚乙烯醇6份、水10份、质量百分比浓度为36.5%的甲醛溶液260份以及用于调ph的甲酸和氢氧化钠;
步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,打开搅拌器,加入氨水搅拌8min;
步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;
步骤四、搅拌15min后开蒸汽升温,缓慢升至85℃,保温30min;
步骤五、催化反应,用甲酸调ph6.0,缓慢反应,中取样滴入10℃清水,观察反应雾化,40min反应完成,涂四杯测粘度6-8秒;
步骤六、用氢氧化钠调ph9.0,保温30min后开水降温;
步骤七、降温至70℃加入二次尿素,关水保温搅拌20min;
步骤八、再次进行开水降温,温度降至50度,测ph8.0,即可放料。
实施例三
一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备尿素180份、氨水30份、三聚氰胺18份、乌洛托品5份、聚乙烯醇11份、水15份、质量百分比浓度为36.5%的甲醛溶液360份以及用于调ph的甲酸和氢氧化钠;
步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,打开搅拌器,加入氨水搅拌15min;
步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;
步骤四、搅拌25min后开蒸汽升温,缓慢升至85℃,保温30min;
步骤五、催化反应,用甲酸调ph6.0,缓慢反应,中取样滴入10℃清水,观察反应雾化,50min反应完成,涂四杯测粘度6-8秒;
步骤六、用氢氧化钠调ph9.0,保温30min后开水降温;
步骤七、降温至70℃加入二次尿素,关水保温搅拌20min;
步骤八、再次进行开水降温,温度降至50度,测ph8.0,即可放料。

1.一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备尿素130-180份、氨水20-30份、三聚氰胺12-18份、乌洛托品3-5份、聚乙烯醇6-11份、水10-15份、质量百分比浓度为35-40%的甲醛溶液260-360份以及用于调ph的甲酸和氢氧化钠;
步骤二、将甲醛溶液打入反应釜,打开搅拌器,加入氨水搅拌8-15min;
步骤三、加入半量尿素、乌洛托品,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和水,调ph9.0;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤五反应过程中取样滴入10℃清水,观察反应雾化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材生产用浸渍胶的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤五中带反应完成后,涂四杯测粘度6-8秒。
