本发明公开了一种防刮抗酸碱保护膜及其制备方法,包括基材层上设有耐酸层,耐酸层上设有耐碱层,耐碱层上设有疏水层,疏水层上设有防刮层,基材层表面设有离型膜。本发明具有耐酸效果好、附着力强、光学性能稳定、粘着力稳定等优点,提高了抗酸碱保护膜的耐高温性能,增加了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护膜,具体地说是一种防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上的抗酸碱保护膜基本上是以纯PET为基材,在贴合到相应的设备上时,贴附性差,耐酸碱性差。要提高抗酸碱的功能,通常需要再采用新的保护措施,如增加多一层包装等手段,这种手段通常要投入更多的材料和人力,不符合节能环保经济原则,而且抗刮性较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防刮抗酸碱保护膜及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种防刮抗酸碱保护膜,包括基材层上设有耐酸层,耐酸层上设有耐碱层,耐碱层上设有疏水层,疏水层上设有防刮层,基材层表面设有离型膜。
所述疏水层的厚度为10-20μm。
所述疏水层的网孔形状为多边形、圆形或椭圆形。
所述疏水层为网孔状,网孔孔径为2-10μm。
所述耐酸层由耐酸涂料涂布而成,该耐酸涂料是由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%。
所述耐碱层由耐碱涂料涂布而成,该耐碱涂料由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂。
所述助剂为流平或消泡剂。
一种防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
配置耐酸涂料,将乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%混合后放于分散机中分解处理,得到耐酸涂料;
配置耐碱涂料,将固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂,置于分散机中分散处理,得到耐碱涂料;
将耐酸涂料涂布在基材上烘干凝固形成耐酸层;
将耐碱涂料涂布在耐酸层上烘干凝固形成耐碱层;
将疏水层粘合复合在耐碱层上,疏水层上复合防刮层,防刮层上贴合离型膜。
本发明具有耐酸效果好、附着力强、光学性能稳定、粘着力稳定等优点,提高了抗酸碱保护膜的耐高温性能,增加了其使用寿命。

本发明揭示了一种防刮抗酸碱保护膜,包括基材层上设有耐酸层,耐酸层上设有耐碱层,耐碱层上设有疏水层,疏水层上设有防刮层,基材层表面设有离型膜。
所述疏水层的厚度为10-20μm,疏水层的网孔表面张力大具有较好的疏水能力,提高保护膜对酸碱液体的疏水能力。
所述疏水层的网孔形状为多边形、圆形或椭圆形。疏水层为网孔状,网孔孔径为2-10μm,起到较佳的疏水能力。
所述耐酸层由耐酸涂料涂布而成,该耐酸涂料是由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%。助剂为流平或消泡剂。
所述耐碱层由耐碱涂料涂布而成,该耐碱涂料由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂。
一种防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
配置耐酸涂料,将乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%混合后放于分散机中分解处理,分散机中分散20min,搅拌速度600rpm/min,搅拌速度300rpm/min,搅拌后静置2小时后,得到耐酸涂料。
配置耐碱涂料,将固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂,置于分散机中分散处理,分散机中分散30min,搅拌速度650rpm/min,搅拌速度350rpm/min,搅拌后静置3 小时后,得到耐碱涂料。
将耐酸涂料涂布在基材上烘干凝固形成耐酸层。
将耐碱涂料涂布在耐酸层上烘干凝固形成耐碱层。
将疏水层粘合复合在耐碱层上,疏水层上复合防刮层,防刮层上贴合离型膜。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述疏水层的厚度为10-20μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述疏水层的网孔形状为多边形、圆形或椭圆形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述疏水层为网孔状,网孔孔径为2-10μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述耐酸层由耐酸涂料涂布而成,该耐酸涂料是由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述耐碱层由耐碱涂料涂布而成,该耐碱涂料由如下质量分数的原料混合而成:固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜,其特征在于,所述助剂为流平或消泡剂。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的防刮抗酸耐碱保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
配置耐酸涂料,将乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯25%,分散剂0.5%,聚苯乙烯5%,丙烯酸树脂40%,聚异氰酸酯8%混合后放于分散机中分解处理,得到耐酸涂料;
配置耐碱涂料,将固体高聚物25%,光固化树脂50%,活性稀释剂20%,光引发剂2%,助剂1%,余量为溶剂,置于分散机中分散处理,得到耐碱涂料;
将耐酸涂料涂布在基材上烘干凝固形成耐酸层;
将耐碱涂料涂布在耐酸层上烘干凝固形成耐碱层;
将疏水层粘合复合在耐碱层上,疏水层上复合防刮层,防刮层上贴合离型膜。
