The one-step forming surface engraving unglazed thin-body white porcelain product is characterized in that the white porcelain body comprises the following raw material components: 30-40 parts of kaolin, 15-20 parts of alumina powder, 10-15 parts of potash feldspar, 10-15 parts of titanium oxide, 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of cryolite, 1-3 parts of graphene, 1-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 1-5 parts of a release agent.

The one-time forming surface-engraved unglazed thin white porcelain product according to claim 1, wherein the white porcelain body is prepared from the following raw material components: 38 parts of kaolin, 17 parts of alumina powder, 13 parts of potash feldspar, 14 parts of titanium oxide, 9 parts of titanium dioxide, 4 parts of cryolite, 2 parts of graphene, 1 part of sodium tripolyphosphate and 2 parts of a release agent.
3. The one-step forming process of making thin glaze-less white porcelain product includes the following steps:
step 1, weighing and mixing raw material components of the white porcelain blank according to the proportion, mixing and ball-milling for 20-30 hours to obtain ceramic blank slurry, wherein the mixing and ball-milling time is as follows: water: the proportion of the balls is 1: 2: 2-3;
step 2, preparing a die, wherein a die cavity matched with the white porcelain product is arranged in the die, and relief grains are arranged on the cavity wall of the die cavity;
step 3, injecting the blank slurry into a mold, absorbing water in the mold, and pouring out the residual slurry when the cup wall in the mold cavity reaches the required thickness;
step 4, when the water content of the blank is 15-20%, placing the mold into a roller press, extending a rolling head into the mold cavity, rolling the mud blank on the inner wall of the mold cavity, and conducting the acting force of the rolling head in the rolling process to tightly press the mud blank and the embossment grains to form grains on the side wall of the white porcelain product;
step 5, demolding after the blank body is dried to obtain a blank body of the white porcelain product;
and 6, putting the blank body of the white porcelain product into a kiln for burning and molding, wherein the burning temperature is 1306-1315 ℃, and the burning time is 18-26 hours.
