Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition for treating psoriasis, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Psoriasis is a common chronic, easily recurring inflammatory skin disease with characteristic lesions. The early stage is inflammatory red papule, about millet to mung bean in size, and then gradually expands or fuses into brownish red plaque with clear boundary, inflammatory red halo around the plaque, obvious substrate infiltration, and multiple layers of dry grey-white or silvery-white scales on the surface. The surface scale is scraped off slightly, and a layer of pale red and bright semitransparent film is gradually exposed, which is called the film phenomenon. When the film is scraped off, a small bleeding spot appears, which is called a spot bleeding phenomenon. White scales, shiny films and bleedings are important features for diagnosing psoriasis, called triple features. The skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris can be roughly divided into three stages from occurrence to final regression: an advance period, a rest period, and a retreat period.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the main causes of psoriasis are wind-heat and dampness attacking the skin externally and entering the blood system to cause skin and blocking meridians, or caused by emotional disorder, fire transformation due to depression, improper diet, endogenous damp-heat, fire depression, deficiency of qi and blood for a long time, malnutrition of the skin of the meridians, dryness and desquamation. At present, more traditional Chinese medicines are used for treating the disease, but the truly effective scheme with breakthrough significance is less.

Evaluation of clinical efficacy
120 patients with psoriasis clinically diagnosed are selected, 66 men and 54 women, the age is distributed between 30 and 62 years, the average course is 6.5 years, 39 spotted lesions, 20 discs, 16 figures, 9 wheels and 36 mixed cases are selected. All patients were divided into control and treatment groups, treatment methods: control group: orally administered XIAOYINKE granule 3.5g for 3 times a day; treatment groups: the traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition for treating psoriasis in the embodiment or the comparative example is administered on the basis of the control group treatment method, and the using method of the traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition comprises the following steps: soaking the Chinese medicinal composition in water (160 g:10000ml) for 5 hr, decocting with strong fire, boiling, and decocting with slow fire for 1 hr; adding a small amount of warm water (only by sitting in a bathtub and passing over buttocks) into a bathtub or a bath barrel to be soaked, pouring the decocted medicinal liquid into the bathtub, controlling the water temperature at about 40 deg.C, and soaking, wherein when the water temperature is too low, boiled water can be added to adjust the temperature. The medicine is taken once a day, each time of soaking bath is 60 minutes, 10 days are taken as a treatment course, and 2 treatment courses are continuously performed.
PASI scoring: the human body was divided into 4 parts, namely, a head and neck part (occupying 10% of the body surface area), an upper limb (occupying 20% of the body surface area), a trunk (occupying 30% of the body surface area), and a lower limb (occupying 40% of the body surface area). And calculating the skin damage area integral and the severity degree of each, multiplying the results by respective coefficients, and finally adding the results to obtain the PASI total score. The erythema (E), the infiltration (I) and the scale (D) were examined and evaluated on a 0-4 point scale: 0 ═ none; 1 is mild; 2 is moderate; 3-severe; 4-very severe. Erythema (E): 0-no erythema visible; 1-is light red; 2-red; 3-deep red; 4-extremely deep red; infiltration (I): 0-skin lesions level with normal skin; 1-skin lesions are slightly elevated above normal skin surface; 2-moderate elevation, the edge of the plaque is round or slope type; 3-the skin is damaged and thickened and the bulge is obvious; 4-the skin damage is highly thickened, and the uplift is very obvious; scale (D): 0-no visible scale on the surface; 1-scale is covered on the surface of part of the skin damage, and the fine scale is taken as the main part; 2-most of the skin damage surfaces are completely or incompletely covered with scales which are flaky; 3-almost all the surface of the skin damage is covered with scale which is thicker and layered; 4-all the damaged surfaces are covered with scales, and the scales are thick and layered.
PASI score ═ head E + head I + head D × head a × 0.1+ (upper E + upper I + upper D) × upper a × 0.2+ (trunk E + trunk I + trunk D) × trunk a × 0.3+ (lower E + lower I + lower D) × lower a × 0.4.
And (3) healing: PASI integral drop > 93%; the effect is shown: the reduction is 60 to 92 percent; the method has the following advantages: the reduction is 30 to 59 percent; and (4) invalidation: the drop was < 30%. The results are shown in the following table.
TABLE 1 comparison of PASI scores before and after treatment
Compared with the contrast group, the ratio of the composition,*p<0.05,**p<0.01。
TABLE 2 comparison of the treatment results of two courses of treatment
The results show that compared with the control group, the PASI score of the treatment group 1 added with the traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition of the invention example 1 has very significant difference (p is less than 0.01), and is obviously superior to that of the control group, the treatment group 2 added with the traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition of the comparative example 1 and the treatment group 3 added with the traditional Chinese medicine bubble bath composition of the comparative example 2; the total treatment effect shows that the effective rate of the control group is 73.33 percent, the effective rate of the treatment group 1 is 96.67 percent, and the effective rates of the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 are 83.33 percent and 90.00 percent respectively, which shows that the composition has reasonable raw material proportion, and the raw materials are compatible with each other, thereby achieving better effect of adjuvant treatment of psoriasis.
