针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种美容养颜养生汤,具有美容养颜、抗衰老以及提高免疫力的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种美容养颜养生汤,包括如下重量份的原料:玫瑰花1份-4份、柠檬13份-17份、茉莉花0.7份-2份、青果2份-5份、蜂蜜1.5份-5份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述玫瑰花为1份、柠檬为13份、茉莉花为0.7份、青果为2份、蜂蜜为1.5份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述玫瑰花为2份、柠檬为15份、茉莉花为1份、青果为3份、蜂蜜为2.5份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述玫瑰花为3份、柠檬为17份、茉莉花为1.5份、青果为4份、蜂蜜为3份和水。

实施例1:
一种美容养颜养生汤,包括如下重量份的原料:玫瑰花1份-4份、柠檬13份-17份、茉莉花0.7份-2份、青果2份-5份、蜂蜜1.5份-5份和水。
在另外一个实施例中,所述玫瑰花为1份、柠檬为13份、茉莉花为0.7份、青果为2份、蜂蜜为1.5份和水。
在另外一个实施例中,所述玫瑰花为2份、柠檬为15份、茉莉花为1份、青果为3份、蜂蜜为2.5份和水。
在另外一个实施例中,所述玫瑰花为3份、柠檬为17份、茉莉花为1.5份、青果为4份、蜂蜜为3份和水。
在另外一个实施例中,所述玫瑰花为4份、柠檬为17份、茉莉花为2份、青果为5份、蜂蜜为5份和水。
玫瑰花的营养价值:
玫瑰花茶中含有大量的维生素、氨基酸、可溶性糖、生物碱。另外还含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、钾、铁、镁等矿物质以及多种香酚。
玫瑰花茶中维生素C含量最丰富,能够起到很好的美白嫩肤、预防败血症。
玫瑰花茶中含有的单宁酸能够促进脂肪代谢,帮助降脂减肥。
玫瑰花茶中含有的香酚能够起到舒缓精神、提神醒脑、清除异味的作用。
玫瑰花茶中含有的丰富的氨基酸,能够帮助提高免疫力,并且还具有抗氧化的作用。
玫瑰花的功效作用:
玫瑰花茶,有理气解郁、活血散淤、调经止痛、美容养颜等功效,用于肝胃气痛、月经不调、赤白带下、食少呕恶、跌扑伤痛等症。
玫瑰花茶具有行气活血、调和脏腑的功效,经常饮用可滋润肌肤、促进血液循环、消除色斑、改善肤色。
中医认为,玫瑰花的药性温和,能够理气活血、疏肝解郁,具有镇静、安抚、抗忧郁的功效。女性在月经前或月经期间常会有些情绪上的烦躁喝点玫瑰花可以起到调节作用。点玫瑰花,安抚、稳定情绪,
玫瑰花茶具有活血散淤、调经止痛的功效。对于那些痛经较严重的朋友,除了喝玫瑰花茶外,痛经发作时还可用鲜玫瑰花200克,煎汤,浓缩成稀糊状,摊在四层纱布上,趁温热敷于脐部,胶布固定,每天换药一次。
玫瑰花茶性质温顺,有健脾、和血、散淤、温胃等功效,能治腹中冷痛,胃浣积寒等症。
饮用玫瑰花茶能够活化停滞的血液,降低心脏充血现象,强化微血管,促进全身血液循环。
中医认为,玫瑰花味甘微苦、性温。此外,玫瑰花的药性非常温和,能够温养人的心肝血脉,舒发体内郁气,起到安抚、消除疲劳的功效。在身体疲劳的时候,喝一杯玫瑰花茶,有缓解之功用。
玫瑰花茶中含有多种香酚,如香叶醇、橙花醇,所以常喝能改善口臭,变”臭”为香。早上用玫瑰花茶漱口可以有效改善口臭。
玫瑰花采集时呈半开状态,并通过自然晒干成花饼。
柠檬的功效与作用:味酸甘、性平,入肝、胃经;有化痰止咳,生津,健脾的功效;主治支气管炎、百日咳、维生素C缺乏症、中暑烦渴、食欲不振、怀孕妇女胃气不和、纳减、噫气等。
生津解暑开胃别看柠檬食之味酸、微苦,不能像其他水果一样生吃鲜食,但柠檬果皮富含芳香挥发成分,可以生津解暑,开胃醒脾。
预防心血管疾病柠檬富含维生素C和维生素P,能增强血管弹性和韧性,可预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗塞症状。近年来国外研究还发现,青柠檬中含有一种近似胰岛素的成分,可以使异常的血糖值降低。
清热化痰柠檬也能袪痰。柠檬皮的袪痰功效比柑橘还强。夏季天气湿热,如果饮食上不加以注意,人体的内湿和自然气候的外湿相互感应,湿浊郁积日久就可生痰。因此,夏季痰多,咽喉不适时,将柠檬汁加温水和少量食盐,可将喉咙积聚的浓痰顺利咳出。
抗菌消炎柠檬富含维生素C,对人体发挥的作用犹如天然抗生素,具有抗菌消炎、增强人体免疫力等多种功效,平时可多喝热柠檬水来保养身体。
美容果柠檬中含有维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C等多种营养成分,还含有丰富的有机酸、柠檬酸,柠檬是高度碱性食品,具有很强的抗氧化作用,对促进肌肤的新陈代谢、延缓衰老及抑制色素沉着等十分有效。
茉莉花的功效:
行气解郁,清肝明目,益气解表,健脾和胃。
茉莉茶叶又称茉莉花茶,其味甘性平,偏凉,淡雅清香,归肝、肺、脾经,功能行气解郁,清肝明目,益气解表,健脾和胃。主要作用:
疏肝解郁:可以行气止痛,解郁散结,常饮可以缓解胸腹胀痛,下利后重等症。
清肝明目:性凉入肝,清肝明目,可以排毒润肤养颜。
益肺解表:常饮可增强免疫力,防治外感。
健脾和胃:常饮茉莉花茶可以调整胃肠菌群,治疗泻、呕吐,开胃健脾,增进食欲。
茉莉花采集半开状态的茉莉花以及自然晒干的茉莉花。
青果的功效:
具有清热解毒,利咽,生津功效。主治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽烦渴,鱼蟹中毒。
1、咽喉肿痛,咳嗽烦渴:本品性平偏寒,功能清热解毒,生津利咽,化痰止咳。
2、鱼蟹中毒:本品甘平解毒。
3、西医诊为急性扁桃腺炎、急慢性咽炎、上呼吸道感染、流行性感冒属于风热表证者,食物中毒等属于热毒蕴结者。
蜂蜜的功效:
蜂蜜的主要成分是果糖和葡萄糖,约占蜂蜜的70%。它们还含有少量的酶、芳香物质和维生素。中医认为蜂蜜质甜滑,属肺脾,能补中润燥,止痛解毒。可用于治疗肺燥咳嗽、肠燥便秘、上腹痛、乌头毒素。现代医学认为蜂蜜具有消炎、抗菌、通便、扩张血管、滋养心肌、提高免疫力、促进皮肤修复等功能。
蜂蜜中含有多种糖类、蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质和多种有益酶、维生素等营养成分。
蜂蜜中含有大量的糖分,多为葡萄糖和果糖,与普通白糖不同的是,蜂蜜中的葡糖糖和果糖不需要经人体消化,能直接被人体肠壁吸收利用,因此不会加重肠胃负担,对于儿童,老年人以及病后恢复者来说尤为重要。
蜂蜜中含有敌多种维生素,尤其是B族维生素最多,每100克蜂蜜中含有300—400微克维生素是人体生命代谢中不可缺的重要元素,一旦缺乏会出现各种皮肤炎症,所以,吃蜂蜜补充B族维生素可以促进身体健康。
蜂蜜中所含的矿物质含量不高,但种类较多,比如有益身心的钾,强筋健骨的钙,健脑的磷以及起镇静作用的镁,增补血液的铁,铜。
蜂蜜中含有多种酸,有机酸主要有葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、醋酸、丁酸、甲酸和苹果酸等;无机酸主要有磷酸、盐酸等。一部分参与人体代谢的生命过程,有些是代谢的中间产物,有些具有显著的生物活性,能防病、治病。
蜂蜜中的酶类含量丰富,如转化酶、淀粉酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、还原酶和脂肪酶等,酶是帮助人体消化吸收和一系列物质代谢及化学变化的促进物质。
其中蜂蜜为:桂花蜜、龙眼蜜、荔枝蜜、山花蜜、荆条蜜、树胶蜜或油菜花蜜。
本发明主要以玫瑰花、茉莉花、柠檬、青果、蜂蜜为原料,主要针对美容养颜以及提高自身免疫力的一款饮品。
