Description

Method for breeding strontium-rich hermetia illucens larvae
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect breeding, in particular to a breeding method of strontium-rich hermetia illucens larvae.
Background
The hermetia illucens can effectively digest solid organic wastes such as kitchen waste, wet waste, poultry excrement, waste gas and crops, and a large amount of active ingredients such as crude protein, crude grease, mineral elements and the like are accumulated in the body, so that the hermetia illucens is an excellent protein feed for livestock and poultry and animals.
Strontium is a multifunctional life nutrient, and the functions of the strontium are mainly closely related to the formation of bones and are normal components of the bones and teeth of a human body. It is also related to the function and structure of blood vessels, and its action mechanism may be that strontium competes with sodium in the intestine for absorption sites, thereby reducing sodium absorption and increasing sodium excretion. Excessive sodium in the body is easy to cause hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, while strontium can reduce the absorption of sodium by the human body, so the strontium also has the effect of preventing diseases. Inorganic strontium has certain toxicity and cannot be directly used as a strontium source for eating. And the organic strontium has low toxicity and good palatability, and is easy to be absorbed and converted by organisms. Therefore, the development and research of organic strontium sources are very necessary.
At present, the strontium-rich breeding of hermetia illucens is not reported, and in order to further improve the application value of hermetia illucens, a breeding method of strontium-rich hermetia illucens larvae needs to be developed.
