Abstract

一种铝型材框架的站台门应急门或端门,其包括型材门框、门体玻璃、闭门器、推杆锁、上转轴、下转轴,所述型材门框包括左竖框、上横框、右竖框、下横框、连接件,上横框、左竖框、右竖框、下横框各自通过连接件连接在一起,所述上转轴、下转轴分别安装在左竖框的上下端上,所述上横框上固定闭门器,所述推杆锁设置于右竖框内的空腔中并固定在右竖框上,所述玻璃粘接在型材门框上。本发明使用铝型材框架,能更好的保证门体框架的尺寸及公差要求,使玻璃粘胶更加简易,减少了整个门体的报废率,门体也更加美观。使用新的限位方式,减少了零部件的同时也减少了应急门及端门门锁故障,不仅提高了门锁的使用寿命,也提高了应急门及端门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及站台门门应急门及端门。
背景技术
地铁站内的站台门需要使用应急门及端门作为应急和备用通道。应急门用于当地铁车辆停靠位置有误时做为进出通道,端门用于司机进出站台,因此,应急门及端门的性能对整个站台门的安全运行至关重要。
现有的站台门应急门或端门通过方管焊接,因此,其门体框架加工过程中存在较大误差,使门体粘胶复杂,有时甚至因门体框误差过大而导致门体报废。
此外,现有的站台门应急门的门体限位接触面积过小,环境恶劣时会出现门体关闭过位情况,使应急门及端门门锁故障,影响门体功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种铝型材框架的站台门应急门或端门,使其加工方便、质量好。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种铝型材框架的站台门应急门或端门,其包括型材门框、门体玻璃、闭门器、推杆锁、上转轴、下转轴,所述型材门框包括左竖框、上横框、右竖框、下横框、连接件,上横框、左竖框、右竖框、下横框各自通过连接件连接在一起,所述上转轴、下转轴分别安装在左竖框的上下端上,所述上横框上固定闭门器,所述推杆锁设置于右竖框内的空腔中并固定在右竖框上,所述玻璃粘接在型材门框上。
更好地,所述上转轴、下转轴卡装于左竖框中与连接件连接,竖板卡装于右竖框中与连接件连接,上连接卡装于上横框中上横框连接,下连接卡装于下横框中与下横框连接,
为了防止门体关闭过位,需要增加限位装置,所述限位装置包括限位挡板、限位橡胶,限位挡板与右竖框外侧连接,限位橡胶卡装于限位挡板中,这样,整个限位装置使用侧式接触,与立柱及立柱包板配合,使限位更安全可靠;使用橡胶可起到缓冲及降噪的作用。
更好地,所述限位橡胶中内置“U”形钢,以增加限位橡胶的刚性及强度。
更好地,所述限位橡胶设置空腔,使其弹性更好。
更好地,上横框上设置闭门器安装槽,闭门器安装在闭门器安装槽上,这样设置更方便,更合理。
更好地,上横框上边设置上横框安装槽,毛刷或橡胶安装在上横框安装槽中,这样通过毛刷或橡胶能够紧贴门框,起密封和防尘等作用。
更好地,左竖框侧边设置左竖框安装槽,毛刷或橡胶安装在左竖框安装槽中,这样通过毛刷或橡胶能够紧贴门框,起密封和防尘等作用。
更好地,还设置防踢板,防踢板活动连接在下横框上。
更好地,上述防踢板卡扣在下横框上,这样连接更方便。
更好地,所述闭门器有锁闭功能、开启90°定位功能、开启小于90°自复位功能,因此,闭门器连接到门框上时,门体具有锁闭功能、开启90°定位功能、开启小于90°自复位功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:(1)、门体框架使用铝型材,减少了原先方管的加工误差、框架的焊接误差,能够直接将门体玻璃粘接在门体框架上,避免了原先粘接时需要处理方管表面等工序,优化了门体玻璃粘胶工序,减少了生产门体时的报废率。
(2)、使用铝型材框架能更好地保证门体框架的尺寸及公差要求,使玻璃粘胶更加简易,门体也更加美观。
(3)、使用侧式整侧的限位方式,在减少了零部件的同时也减少了应急门及端门门锁故障,不仅提高了门锁的使用寿命,也提高了应急门及端门的使用寿命。
(4)、门体采用推杆锁,内置上下天地锁,实现锁闭功能,内置式推杆锁使门体更简洁、美观、整体化,上下式更安全可靠。
(5)、闭门器安装在门体框架的上横框上,其连接于门楣上,这样比安装于门槛上的地弹簧更简易,检修更加方便,并且能够实现开启90°定位功能、开启小于90°自复位功能。整体结构示意图。

下面结合附图、实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1--9所示,一种铝型材框架的站台门应急门,包括铝型材门框2、门体玻璃1、防踢板5、限位挡板6、限位橡胶7、推杆锁4及闭门器3。
铝型材框架的站台门端门结构也与所述应急门结构一样。
所述铝型材门框2包括左竖框21、上横框22、右竖框23、下横框24、上转轴25、下转轴26及连接件。
所述上转轴25、下转轴26分别卡装于左竖框21的上下端中,分别使用螺钉等紧固件与上连接件27、下连接件29连接,上竖板28、下竖板20分别卡装于右竖框23上下端中并分别使用紧固件与上连接件27、下连接件29连接,上连接件27卡装于上横框22中使用紧固件与上横框22连接,下连接件29卡装于下横框24中使用紧固件与下横框24连接。
所述上横框22中设置闭门器槽221,闭门器3固定在闭门器槽221中,闭门器3与门框连接,这样,装卸闭门器3十分方便。
所述上横框22上边设置上横框安装槽222,毛刷或橡胶9安装在上横框安装槽222中,这样通过毛刷或橡胶9能够紧贴门框,起密封和防尘等作用。。
所述左竖框21侧边设置左竖框安装槽211,毛刷或橡胶9安装在左竖框安装槽211中,这样通过毛刷或橡胶9能够紧贴门框,起密封和防尘等作用。
所述防踢板5上下二边分别设置卡扣51,下横框24向前伸出的上下二边上设置相应的卡扣槽241,卡扣51卡入卡扣槽241中,将防踢板5固定在下横框24上,这样连接更方便。
所述下横框24底边上设置用于固定螺钉的安装孔242,安装条243通过螺钉244、安装孔242固定在下横框24底边上,安装条243上设置安装槽2431,毛刷或橡胶9安装在安装槽2431上,这样通过毛刷或橡胶9能够紧贴下门框,起密封和防尘等作用。
所述推杆锁4设置于右竖框23内的空腔231中并固定在右竖框23上,这样平常推杆锁4隐藏在右竖框23内,通过推杆锁4可将铝型材门框2锁在门的立柱上。
所述门体玻璃1通过粘胶8连接在铝型材门框2上,这样操作十分方便。
为了防止门体关闭过位需要增加限位装置,本实施例中门体采用整体式限位,其限位装置包括限位挡板6、限位橡胶7,限位挡板7与右竖框23外侧通过紧固件螺钉与右竖框连接连接,限位橡胶7卡装于限位挡板6中,限位装置与门的立柱及立柱包板配合,使其能够限制门体过位,实现限位功能,而且,通过整个侧面的限位,使限位更安全可靠,能够达到更好的限位效果。而且,使用限位橡胶7可起到缓冲及降噪的作用。
所述橡胶7中内置“U”形钢(图中未画出),这样能增加橡胶的刚性及强度。
所述橡胶7还具有空腔。

1.一种铝型材框架的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:其包括型材门框、门体玻璃、闭门器、推杆锁、上转轴、下转轴,所述型材门框包括左竖框、上横框、右竖框、下横框、连接件,上横框、左竖框、右竖框、下横框各自通过连接件连接在一起,所述上转轴、下转轴分别安装在左竖框的上下端上,所述上横框上固定闭门器,所述推杆锁设置于右竖框内的空腔中并固定在右竖框上,所述玻璃粘接在型材门框上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:所述上转轴、下转轴卡装于左竖框中与连接件连接,竖板卡装于右竖框中与连接件连接,上连接卡装于上横框中上横框连接,下连接卡装于下横框中与下横框连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:设置限位装置,所述限位装置包括限位挡板、限位橡胶,限位挡板与右竖框外侧连接,限位橡胶卡装于限位挡板中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的站台门应急门,其特征在于:所述限位橡胶中内置“U”形钢。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:所述限位橡胶设置空腔。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:所述上横框上设置闭门器安装槽,闭门器安装在闭门器安装槽上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:所述上横框上边设置上横框安装槽,毛刷或橡胶安装在上横框安装槽中。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:所述左竖框侧边设置左竖框安装槽,毛刷或橡胶安装在左竖框安装槽中。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的站台门应急门或端门,其特征在于:还设置防踢板,防踢板活动连接在下横框上。
