本发明还提供一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,包括如下步骤:
S1、A料制备,将丙烯酸树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙酸丁酯混合、硅烷偶联剂混合,并以500r/min搅拌4min,得到A料,备用;
S2、B料制备,将季戊四醇、凝酸二氢铵、双氰胺、氢氧化铝混合,混合后,并以300r/min搅拌5min,得到B料,备用;
S3、C料制备,将十溴二苯醚、水合硼酸锌、碳酸钙、勃姆石、聚二甲基硅氧烷、三氧化钼与S2所得的B料混合,并以800r/min搅拌6min,得到C料,备用;
S4、D料制备,将纳米蒙脱土、膨胀石墨、硅油与S1所得的A料混合,并400r/min搅拌3min,得到D料,备用;
S5、E料制备,将钛白粉与S3所得的C料和所述S4所得的D料混合,600-1000r/min搅拌1-3min,得到E料备用;
S6、将S5所得的E料喷涂在聚氨酯发泡产品表面,常温晾干,即得阻燃层。

一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,所述聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层按照重量的配方如下:季戊四醇10份、凝酸二氢铵3份、双氰胺1份、氢氧化铝3份、二氧化硅2份、碳酸钙1份、水合硼酸锌3份、勃姆石1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、三氧化钼1份、十溴二苯醚4份、氢氧化镁4份、丙烯酸树脂30份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、乙酸丁酯10份、纳米蒙脱土1份、硅烷偶联剂3份、钛白粉9份、膨胀石墨1份、硅油0.5份。

本发明还提供一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,包括如下步骤:

一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,所述聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层按照重量的配方如下:季戊四醇11.6份、凝酸二氢铵4.5份、双氰胺2.6份、氢氧化铝7份、二氧化硅4份、碳酸钙1.8份、水合硼酸锌4份、勃姆石1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、三氧化钼1.7份、十溴二苯醚5.4份、氢氧化镁6.8份、丙烯酸树脂44份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5份、乙酸丁酯16.5份、纳米蒙脱土3份、硅烷偶联剂6份、钛白粉12.3份、膨胀石墨1.8份、硅油1.12份。
本发明还提供一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,包括如下步骤:

一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,所述聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层按照重量的配方如下:季戊四醇10.5份、凝酸二氢铵3.3份、双氰胺1.5份、氢氧化铝4份、二氧化硅2.3份、碳酸钙1.1份、水合硼酸锌3.3份、勃姆石1.1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、三氧化钼1.2份、十溴二苯醚4.3份、氢氧化镁5份、丙烯酸树脂35份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.2份、乙酸丁酯13份、纳米蒙脱土1.2份、硅烷偶联剂4份、钛白粉10份、膨胀石墨1.2份、硅油0.7份。
本发明还提供一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,包括如下步骤:
S1、A料制备,将丙烯酸树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙酸丁酯混合、硅烷偶联剂混合,并以500r/min搅拌2min,得到A料,备用;

1.一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层按照重量的配方如下:季戊四醇10-12份、凝酸二氢铵3-5份、双氰胺1-3份、氢氧化铝3-9份、二氧化硅2-5份、碳酸钙1-2份、水合硼酸锌3-5份、勃姆石1-1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、三氧化钼1-2份、十溴二苯醚4-6份、氢氧化镁4-7份、丙烯酸树脂30-50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12-18份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、乙酸丁酯10-18份、纳米蒙脱土1-4份、硅烷偶联剂3-6份、钛白粉9-13份、膨胀石墨1-2份、硅油0.5-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:季戊四醇、凝酸二氢铵、双氰胺、氢氧化铝的重量比为7-11:3-5:1-3:3-7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:十溴二苯醚、水合硼酸锌、二氧化硅、碳酸钙的重量比为5-6.3:3.3-5:2.8-5.9:1.1-1.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:勃姆石、聚二甲基硅氧烷、三氧化钼、氢氧化镁的重量比为1.2-1.4:2-4:1.3-3:3-7.2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:丙烯酸树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙酸丁酯的重量比为35-50:10-20:6-8:14-23。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:纳米蒙脱土、硅烷偶联剂、钛白粉、膨胀石墨、硅油的重量比为2-4:3.5-5:10-12.5:1-2.5:1-1.8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层生产制作配方,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层按照重量的配方如下:季戊四醇10.5-11.6份、凝酸二氢铵3.3-4.5份、双氰胺1.5-2.6份、氢氧化铝4-7份、二氧化硅2.3-4份、碳酸钙1.1-1.8份、水合硼酸锌3.3-4份、勃姆石1.1-1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-4份、三氧化钼1.2-1.7份、十溴二苯醚4.3-5.4份、氢氧化镁5-6.8份、丙烯酸树脂35-44份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13-16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.2-3.5份、乙酸丁酯13-16.5份、纳米蒙脱土1.2-3份、硅烷偶联剂4-6份、钛白粉10-12.3份、膨胀石墨1.2-1.8份、硅油0.7-1.12份。
8.一种权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡产品产品表面阻燃层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、A料制备,将丙烯酸树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙酸丁酯混合、硅烷偶联剂混合,并以300-500r/min搅拌2-4min,得到A料,备用;
S2、B料制备,将季戊四醇、凝酸二氢铵、双氰胺、氢氧化铝混合,混合后,并以200-300r/min搅拌4-5min,得到B料,备用;
S3、C料制备,将十溴二苯醚、水合硼酸锌、碳酸钙、勃姆石、聚二甲基硅氧烷、三氧化钼与S2所得的B料混合,并以600-800r/min搅拌4-6min,得到C料,备用;
S4、D料制备,将纳米蒙脱土、膨胀石墨、硅油与S1所得的A料混合,并300-400r/min搅拌2-3min,得到D料,备用;
S5、E料制备,将钛白粉与S3所得的C料和所述S4所得的D料混合,600-1000r/min搅拌1-3min,得到E料备用;
S6、将S5所得的E料喷涂在聚氨酯发泡产品表面,常温晾干,即得阻燃层。
