Abstract
Description
様々な実施形態では、高密度ポリウレタン層は、イソシアネート反応性成分をイソシアネート成分と反応させることによって形成されるポリマーマトリックスから形成され得る。具体的には、ポリマーマトリックスは、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基、および/または尿素基を含み得る。
単位面積当たりの膨張可能なグラファイトの量=(高密度ポリウレタン層の全成分に対する膨張可能なグラファイトの重量%)/100×(高密度ポリウレタン層の密度)×(火災バレル層の厚さ)
硬質ポリウレタン発泡体204を形成するためのポリウレタン配合物は、ポリウレタンポリマーを形成するためにイソシアナート成分から提供されるイソシアナート部分とイソシアネート反応性成分から提供されるイソシアネート反応性部分との反応生成物であるポリウレタンポリマーの形成に依存する多成分系から調製することができる。得られるポリウレタンベースの発泡体は、ASTM D−1622従って、25kg/m3〜75kg/m3(例えば、30kg/m3〜70kg/m3、30kg/m3〜50kg/m3、35kg/m3〜45kg/m3など)の適用密度を有する。
上記に提供されたように、いくつかの実施形態では、断熱構成要素106は、少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含むことができる。実施形態では、フェーシング層は、硬質ポリウレタン発泡体層または高密度層または両方に隣接して位置決めされてもよい。したがって、いくつかの実施形態では、高密度ポリウレタン層202は、フェーシング層と接触していない。
プルスルー試験
試験は、試料からねじを引き抜くために必要な力を測定して行われた。各試料は、35mm×80mm×50mm(厚さ)であった。ねじは、5.25mmの直径、および25mmのねじ込み深さを有した。ねじを、5mm/分の速度で引き抜いた。セル荷重は、10kNであった。分析ごとに5つの試験片があった。
火災に対する反応は、主な分類が、F〜Aに分類されるEuro分類システム(EN13501−1)に従って行わた。煙(s3、s2、またはs1)および滴下(d2、d1、d0)には追加の分類がある。可燃性材料は、着火性試験(EN11925−2)および中間スケール角試験(EN13823、SBIとして知られている)の2つの方法で試験される。前者は、小さな垂直試料の炎の高さを測定するために使用される。後者は、熱放出と煙の発生を測定するために使用される。可燃性材料に利用可能なEuroclassを満たすための要件を表1に示す。EN15715によれば、SBIの試験アセンブリの取り付けおよび固定は、長い翼の1つの垂直ジョイントおよび1つの水平ジョイントで行われている。同じ試験で垂直ジョイントおよび水平ジョイントを使用した試験は、最悪のケースの状況を反映しており、最も広い用途分野を提供する。

DABCO(商標)TMR7は、Evonikから入手可能な触媒であり、
DABCO(商標)TMR31は、Evonikから入手可能な触媒であり、
OMYACARB(商標)5UMは、Omya、Inc.(VT、Proctor)から入手可能な炭酸カルシウムであり、
GHL Px95HEは、Georg H.Luh GmbH(Germany)から入手可能な膨張可能なグラファイトであり、
POLYCAT(商標)5は、Air Products and Chemicals Inc.から入手可能なペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン触媒であり、
BYK W969は、Bykから入手可能な湿潤分散剤であり、
VORATRON(商標)EG711ADDITIVEは、The Dow Chemical Company(Midland、MI)から入手可能なヒマシ油にゼオライトを50%混合したものである。
Claims (15)
- 外部断熱複合システムであって、
(i)コンクリートまたは石積み壁と、
(ii)前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁上の多層断熱ボードであって、前記多層断熱ボードが、ASTM D 1622に従って100kg/m3〜2000kg/m3の第1の密度を有する高密度ポリウレタン層と、ASTM D 1622に従って100kg/m3未満の第2の密度を有する硬質ポリウレタン発泡体と、を含む、多層断熱ボードと、を備える、外部断熱複合システム。 - 前記高密度ポリウレタン層が、少なくとも第1のイソシアネート成分と、第1のイソシアネート反応性成分と、任意選択的に第1の難燃剤と、任意選択的に充填剤と、を含む、第1の反応混合物の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記第1の混合物が、添加された物理的発泡剤を除外する、請求項2に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記硬質ポリウレタン発泡体が、少なくとも第2のイソシアネート成分と、第2のイソシアネート反応性成分と、物理的発泡剤と、を含む、第2の反応混合物の反応生成物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記高密度ポリウレタン層が、前記硬質ポリウレタン発泡体に接着されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記多層断熱ボードが、飽和ガラスフリースおよび非飽和ガラスフリースのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記高密度ポリウレタン層が、少なくとも第1のイソシアネート成分と、1つ以上のポリエステルポリオールを含む第1のイソシアネート反応性成分と、第1の難燃剤と、を含む、第1の反応混合物の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の外部断熱組成システム。
- 前記高密度ポリウレタン層が、膨張可能グラファイトを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記硬質ポリウレタン発泡体が、ガラス繊維マットで補強されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 外部断熱複合システムを調製する方法であって、
コンクリートまたは石積み壁を提供することと、
100kg/m3〜2000kg/m3の密度を有する高密度ポリウレタン層と、100kg/m3未満の密度を有する硬質ポリウレタン発泡体層と、を含む、多層断熱ボードを提供することと、
接着剤または機械的固定デバイスを使用して、前記断多層断熱ボードを前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の外面に取り付けることと、
前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の前記外面に取り付けられた前記多層断熱ボードに、ガラス繊維メッシュ補強が埋め込まれた補強コーティングを適用することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記多層断熱ボードが、連続的なプロセスによって調製され、前記プロセスが、
最下層として第1のフェーシングを提供することと、
第1の反応混合物を分配して、前記第1のフェーシングの面上に前記少なくとも1つの高密度ポリウレタン層を形成することと、
第2の反応混合物を分配して、前記成形高密度ポリウレタン層上に前記硬質ポリウレタン発泡体層を形成することと、
最上層として前記硬質発泡体ポリウレタン層上に第2のフェーシング層を提供することと、
前記多層断熱ボードが2つの離間した対向する成形コンベヤ間で硬化することを可能にすることと、を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のフェーシングが、除去可能なフィルムである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記除去可能なフィルムが、製造後に除去され、前記多層断熱ボードが、機械加工によってさらに処理されて、前記高密度ポリウレタン層の厚さの少なくとも一部にわたって粗い面および/またはトラフを提供する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の反応混合物が、少なくとも第1のイソシアネート成分と、第1のイソシアネート反応性成分と、任意選択的に第1の難燃剤と、任意選択的に充填剤と、を含む、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の混合物が、少なくとも第2のイソシアネート成分と、第2のイソシアネート反応性成分と、物理的発泡剤と、を含む、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
